Photoshop

Hello I am using Photoshop for 10 years now and is my go-to program over them all Wondering if the Devs can make my life easier since I am a long time paying customer for there Program. Here are some of my ideas: Updated Pentool (I find many errors with current one seems outdated)New gradient tool3D tool for Layers/textColor palette toolSteal some stuff from illustrator to give Perfectionists who don't edit photos a better more fun experience (for instance quallity issues)  I attached my latest text design made in photoshop with 300 layers to give a better example of what I mean. Its hard to create what I do in Photoshop, but I will always choose this program. 🙂

Is it possible to make the tools on the left side of the Photoshop screen so that you can pull them out of the dock like in Illustrator. Just add the little arrow on the end of the tool-tab. It would we great for tools that you use in combination, like the different Pen tools, or the different masking technique tools. 

id love to see you guys impliment this form of colour blending so that your technology can be used to more accurately mimic, and render real world style images and concepts. as a user of physical media as well as digital, the yawning chasm of difference is frequently apparent to me.

I had an issue of applying similar filters to seven layers, I'd like the possibility of saving this series of seven filters as an action and simply applying it to another object.  Actions should be more versatile and ought to make life easier by allowing a user to record virtually anything done in photoshop to apply it to other layers or objects. Please consider this.   I'm positive lots of users would appreciate this improvement.

The recent files list changes order when another document is opened. However, the thumbnail images on the Recent section of the Photoshop welcome screen also change order when new files are opened, but this may be misleading since they are horizontally positioned and don't look like a list. Thanks.

Dear Adobe, please can you add the decrease and increase button for brush size to the next update? It's quite annoying changing brush size when I use a pen. When i want to change size 7 to 8 px it's jumping XX numbers. It makes me slow when I draw. It's just a idea, thank you!

Affinity Photo has the best brushes. The customization and the ability to add multiple brush tips or nozzles is how photoshops should be. PLUS you can use images with color/multiple colors as brush nozzles. A bunch of other applications can do it as well. Its a bummer and total pain to switch programs to utilize it. Photoshop is a power house that is very weak here.-Affinity Phots Brush Editing

PLEASE bring back the default view of the Photoshop swatches or at least an option where I can choose by myself what kind of view I like to have,  if I want this complicated and awkward folder system or just the old and easy way with a default palette of colours.BITTE bringt die alte Standard-Ansicht der Farbfelder zurück oder zumindest eine Auswahlmöglichkeit, wo ich selber entscheiden kann, welche Ansicht ich möchte. Entweder diese nervige und umständliche Ordneransicht oder einfach die gute alte Standard-Farbpalette. Please fix this..In the beginning tI thought my PS was broken! I love the idea of the artboard tool. This year I have used this feature a lot. But there is some problems that I hope that adobe dev team could dicuss for  next updates.- Select tool changes to artboard tool / There is no shortcut specific for this tool:When I'm dragging elements near of the border of the artboard the artboard itself is selected and dragged. Once you are working with heavy elements you could crash the PS or delaying your work. This is a nerve wracking situation.Suggestion of workaround: Do not automate the artboard handling. Make a specific tool, with specific shortcut for it. Keep it simple.-Dragging element bigger than artboard (or multiple elements) problem:When I'm dragging  some element bigger thar the artboard or when the position is offset the element appear in the artboard nearby or in outside the artboard. Some times just don't go on the AB that I whant to put it. It's like PS is choosing for me witch one is the best.Suggestion of workarou

Hello, Fireworks in no more in the versions of creative cloud, and yet it was the most user-friendly app. kindly can you make a version that is easy to use, light, and able to handle huge graphics. thanks

I think the actions panel could benefit from some improvements to make the whole process of exporting and importing actions, more friendly and easier to the user. Tips: 1 - Allow the export/import of single actions, instead of the whole set. If I just created a new action and it resides inside a set with 100 other actions, maybe I don't want to export all 101 actions? Maybe I just want to export that 1 action to maybe share it with another user? Or maybe to just have them organized by actions and not sets? Of course you can create another set, create a copy of that action and export the set. That's not the point. I'm talking about easy of use, not workarounds. 2 - Allow the export of selected actions or sets. It would be great if we could select a few actions or sets and export those as a package. Again, exporting the whole set is a bit too much. The same for when importing. Maybe I just want to import 1 action, not a set with 100 actions to clutter my actions menu. Again, of

I wish we had a transparency color on the color library. When we set this color to a leyer, all other elements which stands behind this layer become transparent. Think about that like masking but whole other level. it will make easier even the masking itself. Sometimes i needs elements in my design that has transparent areas. But if i made it with masking it sets me so many boundaries. But think about that i paint a leyer with transparency color and wherever i put this layer it makes transparent. I know you have this feature in Masking Panel but i want to use it more freely. Masking Panel makes it limitative.

I have a question regarding this. Can I paste in place in Photoshop on the Ipad without a hardware keybord? I am copying layers from one file to another in photoshop, but I can't figure out how to paste the image in it's proper position. Since I have a lot of images to do this with, it would be really nice if I don't have to manually correct every time I pasted a layer. (I just purchased a yearly subscribtion to Adobe, so I really can't afford to pay for an Apple Ipad keyboard too, and it has left me sad and frustrated)   Any ideas to a easy work around would be appreciated, thank you.     [Branched to new thread by moderator. This has been a small annoyance for a few years now. I Googled to see if anyone has asked it before but I could only find one match on some third party website and there were no answers, hehe. It def would be nice to have.

Most of Adobe apps use native system menus. In Photoshop it is not the case and the top menu has been replaced with the Adobe style interface text. It causes issues like disappearing text or lags. This might be te case with multiple gpus present in the system and it's been reported but still no fix.

Mac Users enjoy a very good touchpad experience in all Adobe programs. Every Pinch, Zoom, Move gets translated into the App very well. This adds so much to the adobe apps being enjoyable. On windows it is very bad, even with the surface devices. It is only possible to either use it to scroll, or zoom with the touchpad. Not Both. And even when doing that it is not smooth at all. Please change that. There are precision drivers for windows touchpads.

Hi, I can't edit my paths with Show Target Path overlay. It obstructs the color and look of the path. I don't need to see this when I change the style or color of the path. Could you fix this? I makes edinging paths unsusable. Temporaly turning this overlay of and on is not a solution. Make it like in Illustrator wher it is barely visible or get rid of it, please.

I would like to have a preference for saving from PS back to LrC to have LrC automatically open back to that saved image.    Same as PS opens after "edit in PS"  would have having to click on LrC icon in dock each time. ThanksMarty

I am a user of Adobe Lightroom Classic (11.2 release). Periodically, I access Photoshop via the "Photo/Edit In" tab to make specific changes to photographs (e.g., filtering not available in Lightroom). Unfortunately, Photoshop changes are not tracked in the Lightroom history log. My request is a simple one. When Photoshop is accessed via Lightroom and the Photoshop-edited image (typically a .tif file) is saved in Lightroom, the history log associated with the .tif file should show edits made in Lightroom as well as edits made in Photoshop.

In PHOTOHSOP, can we please have the ability to PREVIEW LUTS AS WE SCROLL through them as we do in every other program using Presets? Lightroom, Camera Raw, ON1, the whole NIK Collection, Luminar, all you have to do is scroll through the choices and you can see each look on your preview image (either the main one or in large thumbnails). In Ps we have to click blindly on each name to see it at all. Failing that, could we at least have a way to FAVORITE the ones we like best so we don't have to go through the whole list every time? Thank you so much!

I sometimes want to apply additional motion blur to my motorsport images and whilst you can get some decent effects there is one issue that prevents it from looking truly realistic and this is that the motion is applied in both directions, whereas if you're panning motion should just be in one direction. I know that you can kind of work around it by applying layers and masking out the motion in the direction that you don't want but it can prove very tricky and time consuming and so it would be great if Adobe would add the feature to apply direction to the blur alongside the angle and amount. Apparently other software such has GIMP allows this so I'm sure Adobe could do it.  Is there somewhere that you can send suggestions to Adobe please?

The drop shadow effect in the layer effects panel should have an option to flip the drop shadow either vertical or horizontal (and be able to provide a pivot point for that flip...not always just center), as well as an option to make a "cast" shadow.   It would also be good if one drop shadow could contain several drop shadows. That way you could change the parameters on the parent drop shadow and some of those settings would carry down to the other shadows, such as color, or opacity percentage which could be locked to different percentage pre-formulations (for example 4 drop shadows @ 75%, 55%, 35%, 18%; 3 drop shadows @ 75%, 50%, 25%, or a completely Custom Formulation with up to 6 drop shadows including the Parent). I know you can already do multiple drop shadows in the layer effects panel. This is a suggestion to control them together as a group. If you changed 75% to 80% in one of the groups, the other drop shadows would add 5% opacity to their numbers as well. You would

Am I the only one who finds the 'saving in progress' (flow-interruption) dialogue box extremely annoying and pointless? What was wrong with just quietly continuing, like every other app in the universe. And does this actually affect the progress of the save, even slightly, I wouldn't be surprised, these days...

Id like to be able to control the anchor point at which the artboards resize in photoshop CC.The current default is top left and there is no way to change this.
