Hi Photoshop Community!  Since I was working with Photoshop beta [24.7] yesterday, I have noticed that selecting layers on my artboards no longer selects the layers in the layers panel. This is very frustrating and I have to work from the layer panel all the time. Have I done something wrong? <See video>

Hello, After PS beta crashed I have no saved files opening when PS is starting... like it was with the older versions.I lost a lot of work because of this new habit. PS beta crashed while working on ir or when win decides to do an update (.  Does anyone have the same problem with the Beta?  

Just Amazing! the detail retained just blows you away no effort other than 2 cliks to genrerate the removal of the gps tracker can't wait for the finished product hopefully you will be able to use your own images to fill anything... 

Hi, I'm using to Photoshop beta VersionI would love to Photoshop beta version! and I'm using Window 11 proWhen I using photoshop beta version, just turn off program freaquently. Can you tell me other photoshope beta version users occured this happening?and can you give me some solution?

Last week the Generative Fill on PS (beta) 24.6 was working just fine, this week it seems that the text has now been greyed out. When hovering over the greyed out text, I get the message "Generative Fill is currently not available".  I've checked the mode, channel, bit depth, different images, different image formats, uninstalled/reinstalled, logged in/out, tried to locate the DOB setting on my Adobe profile and Behance (which for some reason is not appearing for me?) and spoke to an Adobe agent to no avail. It seems like it's not just me with the same issue, but the other colleagues within our business plan have the same issue. We're around 45 Adobe CC users - 20% have faced this problem, 3% don't have any issues while the rest do not have PS Beta installed. This new feature has really cut down production time for a lot of the non-skilled Adobe users and we really would like to benefit from it. Bonjour, quand j'upload une photo sur photoshop beta pour modifier quelques éléments (les gens par exemmple), je pers énormément en qualité sur ma photo. Même en rajoutant de la netteté cela ne s'arrange pas. Quelqu'un aurait une solution ? 

I downloaded the latest Photoshop Beta as of today. I used the Generative AI and decided that the selection was not as specific as I wanted, so I went to hover over the selection tool to choose a tool and the machine immediately reboots. I have duplicated this problem.   I have the latest nVidia Studio drivers (just checked). How do you fix the problem when your generater fill box has disappered. I do not get any box .

I test "generative fill" with text replacing the background. sometimes it's interesting, sometimes it sucks.I know AI works with text but is there a possibility (or in the future) to force AI to take an image from my stock (layer) and interpret it to fill the backgroud.Not only use an image without modification in transparency but that IA reinterprets this image at the same time as the selected object.

Al estar trabajando con Photoshop (Beta) se congela la imagen en la ventana del documento, las herramientas sigen funcionando, es decir se pueden cambiar y hasta el navegador del documento se modifica pero todo dentro de la ventana del archivo editado se queda sin modificación, me ha pasado varias veces y me di cuenta que otros programas siguen funcionando es sólo Photoshop el que se queda congelado.

El programa de Adobe Photoshop Beta se cierra o se queda congelado sin razón. A veces lo hace cuando quiero guardar el documento y otras veces sin razón alguna. No me hace copia de seguridad a pesar de tenerla activada y no siempre me recupera el documento. Cuando se queda congelada la pantalla debo cerrar el programa con el administrador de tareas o bien, apagar el equipo a la fuerza porque un par de veces me ha trabado toda la compu... Tambien me ha tirado un error desconocido al tratar de guardar algunos objetos inteligentes... Y, es mucho más lento 😞Cabe mencionar que con la versión normal no me pasaba esto. Alguien con el mismo problema? Se puede solucionar algo?

Help! I have been using the new Photoshop Beta. Photoshop is now infecting a great bulk of my images with either a pink hue, or a neon orange type glow that is ruining the effect. The images did not start out that way, and I did not change settings or profiles. It started happening when I began converting the images into different sizes after upscaling. Please help! I am at a loggerheads, because I cannot use the images this way.

Whenever I try to use the generative fill button I get this error. Hi everyone 🙂Long-time Photoshop user and just wondering: I know there is a notification pops-up for any 3D-based 'Filters' in PS (I am using the latest Beta vsn) but will there still be a way to create a 'Normal Map' inside PS after the 3D filters are made redundant?Wld I have to install an older vsn of PS? (I am on an M1 iMac with Ventura 13.4 currently)  I use Normal Maps in my creative workflow and don't want to lose the ability to create my own inside PS if thats possible?Thnks for any response, appreciated 🙂B.

I have an image of a person lying on the tiled part of a pool. There is only a small prt of the pool water in the top corner of the image. I want to replace that area with the same pool tiles in the rest of the image. Can generative fill help with that? Thank you. Stephen Ps. I got it right with one image. Then using the same prompt on subsequent images it did not work.

After inserting text to the Generative AI text field,and action on that text is interperted generally and not on the text.e.g.Marking the text and pressing CTRL+C executes the prompt instead of copying the textClicking CTRL + left / right moves the cursor inside the text but also moves the selected area.

Hello!I'm drawing some pixel art.Whenever I fill in a area in the canvas with the bucket tool the layer thumbnail preview turns into a weird square.Here's a screenshot: As you can see, on the canvas I have that little monster thing and on the layer thumbnail it's a square.Here are the steps:1. I drew the outline2. Painted with the bucket tool to fill in the shape3. I can open an image in Photoshop directly from Canon DPP but I can not find out a way of getting DPP to open Photoshop Beta
