Photoshop Elements

I now have many photo stacks in my Organiser following edits, but can not see how to view the content of these stacks within Elements. In Organiser/View the "Expand all Stacks" option is greyed out and there is no response to clicking the individual image or its stack icon. I am obviously missing something which is presumably under my nose, and have failed to identify the help area I need - so a pointer in the right direction would be much appreciated, please.

Hi Adobe Teams, I see you just recently released Photoshop & Premiere Elements version 2021. Can you please confirm if this version will be supported on Apple Silicon / M1 based Mac computers ? Or should we wait next year and edition 2022 if we plan to soon upgrade to these Macs ? Thank you

I am considering switching to photoshop elements because Apple Photos wasn't managing my photos the way I want and I was not really using iCloud photos (I am using OneDrive). I have watch folders working with import but not with photos I remove from OneDrive. Is this normal behavior or is there a way to get elements to see that the photos are no longer in the onedrive folder?

My GF recently got a Nikon Z6II.   When she tries to open a Raw file it invokes Adobe Camera Raw 14.1 and it does not have a way to save as a TIF or other file format Elements can edit.   It only has a choice of saving as a DNG (digital negative) file.   What's the best way to work with NEF files with Photoshop Elements?Thanks in advance. 

I am trying to import MP4's recorded on my Android Phone. Windows media player, TV and Media, and Google can play them OK, but I get the "generic error" when importing into Premier Elements.  I've read the answers about Premier Pro, but many of them don't apply in elements.  Anyone able to help with more things I can try? Here is what I've tried: Renaming the filesMoving their location from Dropbox to my local PCTrying different formats in "project settings" When I open the Properties in MP it says: Resolution: 1920x1080Frame Rate: 29.852Audio Channels: 2 (stereo) Item Type: .mp4 Thank you in advance!

Hallo, ich habe meine Frage schon einmal mit einem falschen Anwendernamen  gestellt. Unter PSE 10 konnte ich unter Aalbum" die Reihenfolge der Fotos verändern. Bei PSE 2021 geht das nicht mehr!  Attempting to open PSE file. Instead of loading file, it is giving me a font error. Previously with a font error, the file would at least load and I'd be able to substitute the font. Now, it won't load the file. I just had a new windows update. Is this a fun side effect of the update?

I started on Photo shop with v. 2.2 on windows only.  I lost control around CC.  LOST my way with 2018.  Crashed and burned ...incinerated...with 2020. My machine doesn't function under 2020 because I am running OS10 13.6.  AND  I must iupdate to a Metal video card to get 2018 to run....Blah blah.  He man, I am an old buzzard and will die soon.  I have not the time or energy to dance the two step with this foolishness.  But, I do have thousands of digital files and want to see them finished like only Adobe has been able to do..  Is Elements an answer?Anybody got anything?Thank you.

HiI'm pretty new to Photoshop.  I've used Premiere Elements a bit longer.I want to put a red ring (hollow circle) over something in Permiere.  I understand how to make transparant areas with solid objects such as circles and stars.  I want to essentially make a .png of a circle with both the outside transparant and a second circle in the middle which is also transparant.  I know how to put it into Permiere after that.I've struggled for three hours in trial and error and searching documentation and tutorials.  I don't see how to remove a circular area from a larger circle on a transparant background.ThanksJanis

I have a new install of PSE2022. It will not open Nefs, says there is a program error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail

I have to correct about 200 files in Elements and once I have them corrected, is there a way to batch save all of them to one folder?

I have just updated my Photoshop Elements Organiser from version 14 to 2022.  I have 60k images, and everytime I try to move down the organiser it freezes.  Running Task manager the program is not using all the memory space on the computer, less than half in fact, but I do not know what to do to be able to use the program now. Any suggestions - has anyone else found there is a maximum number of images or size which the Organiser can cope with?

I have a PSD template that I wish to apply to many (275) photos.Firstly, I am a novice at Photoshop Elements. I have the 2019 version.The PSD has a border around it and a couple of graphics (logos). I attach a snapshot of the template I am using. I wish to print the resulting images (after applying the template to all the photos) as 7" x 5" photos.I thought I could simply drag & drop the photo(s) on to the PSD but it appears it's not that simple (why not?) Then there is the matter of the number of times to be done (275). Is there a batch processing element to Photoshop that I can use to do this - and NOT do it manualy? Any assistance or guidance would be appreciated.  I have searched YouTube and other places for hints but nothing seems to match what I am trying to do - well as far as I can see, but as I said I AM an absolute novice at this. Thanks team! 

I have a large collection of photos in PSE 2022 Organiser (375GB, 160k photos.) To date it's worked fine. I now find when I bulk import photos (eg 10 photos in a folder) they seem to import, but the thumbanils have hour glasses showing, for hours! (well forever actually as they are still there).   The photos are not huge (eg 5MB each ). I know this can happen if the pixel size is too large, but I have 16GB RAM, so these photos should not be impacted. Is there some other limit that I've hit?   If so how can I deal with this?  Do I need to turn off analysis while loading?  However, at the moment People Recognistion is unticked.  Task Manager says Organiser is using lots of CPU (63%) and GPU (14%) at the moment (11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700K @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz).

Windows 10. Install Photoshop Elements for Windows 2021 for a Windows user who is linked to a Microsoft Id, with Setting Synch on. Now, when you search under start (you can search just by clicking start and starting to type, any Windows Store app that Search finds will have the Photoshop elements icon (Or at least it does for me). Turning Settings synch off, then toggling the scaling size of fonts and GUI to multiple of 100% and back down to 100% will fix it. Turning Settings synch back on unfixes it again. Upgraded Photoshop Elements 2021 to 2022. I would like to safely uninstall the "old" 21 version. And keep old projects that were created. Any suggestions? Thanks 

I use Photoshop 2021 and according to YouTube when I click on Window, the dropdown should show a 'properties' selection. This is not showing, any idea why this might be. On comparison with the YT video, I have a lot fewer options? TIA

I have the same problem, I have a new Dell PC with Windows 11 and Adobe Photoshop Elements Version 20.0 (x64). The installation went perfectly but every time I launch Organizer, Photo Editor or Video Editor I get the same error message (as shown above in the previous messages: "Sorry an error occurred". If I turn my WIFi OFF, it then works. I can launch with the Wifi OFF then turn the WiFi back on After the program has opened. I didn't have that problem with Windows 10.  Please HELP I AM IN THE SAME SITUATION. Joel

I have just bougt Photoshop elements and premiere elements 2022 version. But it freezes - or more exact stops, gets grey and the message is that elemts organizer is not responding. I have tried many reinstallations bt same problem.The odd thing is that when I open the organizer it asks for the version and then 2022 is not an alternative.I had the problem with my previous version 2019 - but it has become worse now. In reality - the program is useless for me now.  I suspect the problem is with the Organizer.

hi all.bought this software online and got a license for 1 user on 2 windows machines. on my hp laptop with windows 11 it worked.on my imac (osx high sierra 10.13.6) i have installed parallels desktop 15 (with latest updates). in parallels i have windows 10 pro 21H2 running.downloaded the installer, but all the time i got the message:"the installation can not continue as the installer file may be damaged." download the file again. tried everything, no succes. as elements 2022 could not run directly on high sierra i would like to run it in parallels.does anybody have any suggestions?? rgdsPatrick

Hi, I've got a designer to create .psd files for me on Fiverr but I'm unable to open them. Elements always gives me an error stating that it ain't a valid .psd file.   He tells me he never had such a problem, already tried to save and upload them again but it ain't working.   Any idea how to solve such a problem?

Hello My old computer has recently crashed.On this device there was a license for Adobe Photoshop Elements.Normaly, when trying to switch a license to a different device, you need to log out on the old device before loggin in to the new device.Since my old device has crashed I can't do this.On my online Adobe account I can't find any manual ways to switch (or even just log-out) my own license to another device. Surely Adobe most have a way to this from their systems ?Any help is welcome. Many thanks.
