Photoshop Elements

When I press print Elements just shuts down. Any indeas?

Techno dinosaur using older version of Elements.  Trying to put together lots of photos for a family reunion.  All of mine are working well because they are already Jpeg files.  Many relatives have sent photos in PDF formats and I cannot figure out how to convert them to be able to use them in the slide show.  I am hoping this is a very simple question? 

I have bought a new Mac and Elements will not start up.  I am asuumed it is because I didn't sign out of Elements on my old computer so I started up my out computer and started Elements, went to Help and clicked on Sign Out [Personal information removed by moderator.]  and nothing happens.  What is the solution to this problem.     Thanks for any help you can give me   Fred

This is quite possibly the worst version of Elements ever! I am not sure how the windows version works, but the macOS version has massive memory leaks and always becomes unresponsive with the simplest of tasks. Tried everything to fix, but I get the "its not my problem, its the other guys fault" from adobe all the time. SIGH!

After upgrading from Photoshop Elements 2018, I upgraded to Photoshop Elements 2020. Bonjour, la liste des étiquettes (mots clés) n'est pas triée par ordre alphabétique (cf. pj).J'ai l'impression que les étiquettes importées sont en premier (triées), puis ensite celles les nouvelles que je viens de créer (triées aussi). Mais l'intégralité de la liste n'est pas triée.Les étiquettes en question sont toutes dan sla même catégorie.Une idée ? 

Help!  I'm completely at a loss at what has happened to my Photoshop Elements 2021.  I purchased this earlier this year and until recently it has been running without problem.  For the last couple of days though I have had time to have a shower, make a brew and watch tv whilst waiting for the program to load the home page.   Once the home page comes up it works ok.My laptop operates using Windows 10 and on checking the last Windows update was mid-August so I am assuming this has not had an umpact on the Elements program.I have looked at various help pages and am loath to disconnect my anti-virus support which is one option being suggested.Is there anyone on this community who could help me please, with my limited knowledge of IT I can follow instructions but do not have the indepth knowledge to start dabbling with the operating systems.

Looking for suggestions, here is my tale of woe.... PSE 2019 organizerGot a new hard drive, installed it as C:, orginal hard drive is now E:Did a full backup from catalog on E:Restored the backup to same folder name on C:, restore file structure.All my pictures are now disconnected, when I try to reconnect to files on C drive it will not, "files already in catalog".In tree view folder structure appears on E: and is grayed outIf I disable my E: drive in device manager catalog is fine, all conected, file info location is correct, C drive.Changed my E drive to F: just for kicks, now folder structure appears under F:16k disconnected pics.... Infuriating....  help.....  Please.

I am using MacOS Catalina and Photoshop Elements 21. I cannot get the remainder of the images under "backgrounds" in the graphics panel to show. When I click on it to try to use it anyway since it will give the name of the item, I get a window that says the server must be busy but this has gone on since I purchased Elements 20 and 21. I am connected to the internet. It doesn't matter the time of day, I get the same results.

Hi, After opening the exe file to start the installer, the installer opens but remains blank. (see picture). I'm not able to start the installation proces or to hit continue in order for the program to be installed on my laptop. I dowloaded the exe file from the adobe website. Help is much appreciated. Kind regards, Ria

How user friendly is it?  Are there resources to learn how to use it?  On the Adobe website there is no tutorial for Elements 2021?I got Elements 11 years ago and never really learned how to use it.  I would like to learn how to use Elements 2021 but need resources, tutorials etc.Tx!

Hallo liebe Community. ich besitze ein MacBook Pro mit M1 Prozessor. Photoshop Elements 2020 und Premieren Elements 2020 funktionieren unterirdisch. Rechenprozesse dauern eine Ewigkeit. Ist es richtig das die 2020 Version den M1 Chip nicht unterstützt?Würde ein Wechsel auf die 2021 Version das volle Rechenpotential des Macs unterstützen?Danke schon mal im Voraus für eure Zeit.

Hi, it took me almost a week to get my Topaz Plug-Ins up and running in PSE 2021 and I am not keen to start the process again.I see there is a minor update to PSE 2021. does any know if the update will grab and install all my plug-ins (shown through "filters") or will I have to reinstall them all?Thanks.

I shoot in raw and large jpeg. I have been trying to open the files from Elements 20 and get a response that says can not complete your request from a program error message. Anyone else experiencing this and how do I troubleshoot?

I am considering using 2021 instead of what we use now: PSE 5.where have they hidden the color variations?where you can adjust the whole image, a little more red etcthankseven tho Email me when someone replies is tick. i still do not get replies.

I own Premiere & Photoshop Elements Version 14.  Neither will open now that I upgraded my Mac pro to Catalina OS 10.15.7.  Is there any update or fix for this? thxAndrew

Dear people, I translated this message with Google, the terms may not match, but I hope you understand me. Crop photos in photoshop elements 2020 always went well. Suddenly the 'custom' (in screenshot: aangepast) option disappears after I cropped 1 photo. It then jumps to: 'photo proportions' (in screenshot: fotoverhoudingen) and then nowhere in the list the option 'custom' (in screenshot: aangepast) is to be found again. I hope someone has a tip, because now I have to type the dimensions again and again for every picture of  a series in 'photo proportions' (in screenshot: fotoverhoudingen). When you restart Photoshop, the option for 'custom' will return. But after I had one photo cropped the option disappears again. Regards, Ellen

I normally use Elements every day but I have been unable to get it to work for the last three days.  I was using it one minute, I went to lunch, when I came back I  was going to update a new request to update.I was doing it the same way I always do it when I got a box saying "Update Conflict and Error Code 131" message.  I would have been better off not trying to update the program.  The box will not go away, nor let me get back to the older version.  I am so far behind now I want to shoot my computer.  I once loved computers but I am beginning to hate them.  Just after I fix one problem, a new one pops up. If anyone can tell me how to fix this, I would greatly appreciate it.  If I upgraded would that install anything that might be missing? Margaret

When well RTX 3000 series support be added to Photoshop Elements 2021?

Was running trial version then purchased PSE 2021 at big box store. Obtained s/n online using redemption code. Entered s/n in program - no problem. Tried to register product in my account using s/n. Get a message: "this serial number already in use." Spent an hour on Adobe chat - no help.
