Photoshop Elements

Hallo liebe Community, da ich eine NAS betreibe brauche ich weder bei einem PC-Wechsel noch bei der Datensicherung den Katalog inkl. der Bilder zu sichern. Ich möchte also lediglich die Datenbank ohne die Bilder in mein Backup packen, da ich sowieso nicht vorhabe, die Bilder über Adobe wiederherzustellen. Fragen:Wenn ich unter Windows 10, C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Elements Organizer\Catalogs meinen Katalog in die Datensicherung kopiere und sich an den Speicherorten der Bilder nichts ändert: Kann ich dann diesen Ordner wiederherstellen und mein Katalog funktionert wieder?Angenommen ich würde den Hauptspeicherort der Bilder ändern, z.B. F:\Fotoalbum => G:\Fotoalbum privat (aber die komplette Struktur darunter bleibt gleich), könnte ich dies dann irgendwo anpassen? Vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe schon im Voraus!

Hi! I purchased in 2017 a laptop from Dell with licence (product key) for Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 y Adobe Premier Elements 2015. Now I had to change the hard disc of my laptop, and trying to reinstall intead of asking me for the product key, it is compulsory to "log in" in de Adobe account linked to the product key. The thing is that I never created an adobe account with those product keys, or if I did, I cant remember because I have never had issues until now. Does anyone know how can I Re-install the products with the product keys?, or how can I find out the account user linked to them? Thanks!

Hi, I previously bought Photoshop Elements 19 and need to download it onto my replacement computer but cannot find it to download in my adobe account - there is no "orders page" Kind regardsMichael 

I am not sure how this has happened, but my catalog has a number of photos with icons in the top right corner which I took to mean stacks. But in using the Find/stacks command, I found I actually have none. They are version sets. Whatever that is. When I use Ctrl D to change the grid, I see a small arrow on the right hand side of the picture, about midway down. Clicking on the very first one on the list, it appears to be the same photo, with a different orientation. Some questions:1) is there some reason why I would need both orientations?2) are version sets limited to two versions for each photo? If not, how do I tell which photos are "versions" of the main one? (In my grid, Version set A seems to be parked right next to Version set B, so I am not sure where one stops and the other begins)3) if the photos are always identical (are they?), is there some single command that will remove the unnecessary versions? Will this affect the thumbnail links to the "main" or principal version

How do I get the PSE Editor (2021 version) to stop asking me if I want to save file to a version set?

Following the previous advice, my PSE 2021 in Windows 10 showed me 45 UNTAGGED ITEMS in my Folder 1. So, I went through each and every one of these 45 photos and tagged them with either People, Event, or Places. Then I used the following sequecnce of tasks:1. Show All Media2. Menu/ Find/ Untagged Items - showed me 3090 Untagged Items3. Selected my Folder 1 - now showed me 45 Untagged Items4. Reviwed eac of the 45 and tagged them with People, Place or Event or some combination tags.5. Show All Media again - still showed 3090 Untagged Items6. Selected my Folder 1 - still showed 45 Untagged Items!I am a bit puzzled. Why would it show me the same 45, that I had tagged, one at a time, as still being in Untagged stage?I sure can use your help and advice. Thank you so much.

I recently bought a Panasonic S5. WHen I previously bought a Panasonic G9 I had to update cAdobe Camera Raw to the newest version. It was so frustrating that I just updated to Elements 19. Now I'm faced with the same problem with the S5. I need Adobe Camera raw 13.1. I downloaded it and ran the execute program but Elements still won't open the S5 Raw files. The update says it's complete. What the hell is it updating. 

I recently update my Mac to MacOS Big Sur Version 11.2.1. I had Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 running just fine until I updated recently. The error message I am getting says the developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. 

I have Photoshop elements organizer version 17.0.0.0 Windows 10, after I create an album on organizer; I cannot find it after searching for it. On organizer's folders I'm unable to make a folder. How can I install actions in PSE 9 using Windows 10? (To work in the effects panel, not the actions player.) Just started using new computer and can't figure out how to reinstall these. Please help!!!

Good evening from France I know that this topic was already discussed during October 2020 with the title of '' Problem uploading images from PC to Iphone'' without final conclusion at the end by the conributor (You are not alone as I have spent the last couple of days trying to resolve the same frustration. I don't have a solution!)..As the problem is still existing and that i iunderstand that the software of Itunes will not be longuer updated by Apple (it's the case now since a couple of months), I come back with the same topic and the same trouble described as '' no more possibility to synchronize photos between a windows PC and an apple device (iphone or Ipad) by using the catalog of Photoschop elements 2021 from Itunes ''in the hope that there is now an existing solution or that someone has found one...Since my update did at the end of last year in PSE 2021 and also in the n+1 issue of Itunes, when I try to use Itunes to synchronise all my photos contained in my PSE album

we recently installed microsoft 10 soft wear to our computer ..  at first there was no problems printing from my adobe elements 2013  ..now one note has highjacked  the printing from photo shop and wont allow me to use my external printer to print my images has anybody else had this problem ???how did you fix it ??? tried deleting the program   and making my canon printer the default printer still not working

I used to be able to open a new file by selecting a transparent background and now every time I select to open a new file with a transparent background, the background is white. How can I reset it? I'm using Photoshop Elements 14. Thank you in advance

I am using PSE 2021 in Windows 10 Desktop environment. I have close to 40,000 Photos and using hundreds of folders; my FOLDER NAMES  are structured to help me identify the photos as to their DATE TAKEN and the PLACE ot Other type of identification.With All Media, when i use Menu/ Find. Untagged Items, PSE2021 locates 3000+ UNTAGGED ITEMS. It would be lot easier for me to tag these if I could work with one FOLDER at a time.So, I select a single folder, and then Select Menu/ Find/ Untagged Items, but unfortunately, it gives me the TOTAL number of Untagged photos in my ENTIRE Catalog, and NOT restrict to the Photos in that Folder!Can you please help me if there is a way for me to IDENTIFY UNTAGGED PHOTOS, FOR ONE FOLDER AT A TIME?Thank you so much.

When I try to open graphics I purchased with my photoshop elements they will not open as editable PNG transparent background type they should be. When hitting open on the PSD file photo shop opens and shows a box that says "This document uses an unsupported color mode..." and suggests "convert to RGB. When you convert it to RBG you cannot edit anything...The only other file types that came in the package that is supposed to be changed and editted using photoshop are .ai and .eps I am not sure what to do with them to get them to work. These are graphics for me website and to create a new logo for my business. I am working on a PC with Windows. Can someone please help me?

Hi, I am currently using Lightroom CC (the cloud version, where all my pics are stored online - not Lightroom CC Classic). Sometimes I need a pixel editor. The full photoshop, that you can use with Lightroom, is overkill for me and not worth the added subscription money. Does anyone know if it is possible to use Photoshop Elements with Lightroom CC?  

I recently upgraded to PSE 2020. I had to wait to use it while Dell made and shipped me my new XPS17 2TB, 32GB RAM, NVIDIA(R) GeForce RTX (TM) 2060 6GB, 10th gen i7-10875H. I bought the fasted laptop I could afford in hopes it would make running PSE manageable. My previous PSE9 and old laptop were very frustrating. I am not a pro but have a large catalog of photos that I had hoped PSE2020 could handle. All I'm trying to do is get all my photos in one place and do some minor editing. I can't perform any functions without PSE constantly crashing. Any tips appreciated. I am trying to back up the catalog so I can do a complete re-install but that isn't working. I think I may have to start from scratch! I have wasted several weeks on this install and catalog build. Anyone have other photo catalog/editing programs to suggest. I have lost all faith in Adobe. I want to edit my photos in Photoshop Elements 17.0 but a weird problem showed up: some photos won't open in full versions. They are missing segments from the top and the bottom. When I check the small pictures of the photos in the folder or if I open the photos in Microsoft's Photos application, the photos are okay. But as soon as I move to Photoshop Elements to edit the photos, they are missing parts as in they have been cropped even though I have not done that. This doesn't occur with all the photos, just with some. Normally when I save a photo after editing it, the size is 5472x3648 if I don't use crop. With these photos the size is 5472x3078. Why does this happen? What can I do to fix this?

About 3 years ago I bought the upgrade in The Adobe photoshop app. About 4 months ago it took away my purchase and now wants me to sign up to pay yearly. I can't figure out how to contact customer service about this. Anyone have any tips and know why this happened?

I have imported into the catalogue a USB drive. It imported it from USB E: (PSO 2021)How do I make it see the files from another letter say G:  I have read about backing up and moving catalogues. But I dont really understand. Or maybe I do but I dont want to move forward without confirmation.I have done a backup NOT FULL including pictures, just the tags and other basic data. (too big to backup pictures and thats not want Im trying to do.)I have manually changed the USB Drive Letter from E to G in diskmanager.  Win 10.I go to the Organizer and set the restore from location, then I can choose to restore to:This is where I'm stopped. Do I just choose the new location G: drive and say OK. My concern is that this drive has all my good pictures.  I dont want any thing to be overwritten or photos added. Im just trying to get PSO to understand that the pictures are not on drive E: but are now on drive G: , which is acturally the exact same drive, and all the pictues a

Theresa and myself each have a Windows 10 PC containing all our photos.  The photos are in a folder structure by year, month and day.  Eg. a photo taken on 5th January 2021 is in the following folder:-C:\Users\Martin\Pictures\2021\01\2021_01_05 on my PCC:\Users\Theresa\Pictures\2021\01\2021_01_05 on Theresa's PCUp until earlier this year I would save the photos on my PC to a hard drive and retore them onto Theresa's PC with the same folder structure (but under a different user).  I had Photoshop Elements 2019, which I used to categorise, edit and view the photos, but Theresa only had Microsoft Photos, which didn't allow Theresa to see the categorisation of the photos (Keywords etc.) that I had applied in Photoshop. Earlier this year, after some discussion on this forum, we bought two copies of Elements 2021 and installed one on each computer.  After a few attempts I managed to backup the catalogue and all the photos on my PC and restore them to Theresa's PC in

How do I switch from one version to another, since the organizer displays only the current version?

I have just bought 2021 PS E&P.I probably have several questions mixed in together here... I had my 1TB USB drive in the computer with my pictues on it and decided to import it.That worked OK.But then I learn that there is the option to import with type offline.Well that seems good in that I hve sevaral USB keys, drives etc. which often connect as drive E: for example and PS seems to like to use the same drives letters, so gets confused unless its offline.  Makes sense.How can I convert my E drive that PSO thinks is not a USB drive into an off line type config. I just want to import the thumbnails, not the photos.I have done some testing and I cannot seem that any of the helps line up with the software that I have.For exmaple when I try to Camera/cards it does not find the E. Drive that I have.Do I have to delete the catalogue for E currently then go back and import again properly. Can I convert to Offline, from on line.I cant see any helps on this type of topic. Seems od
