Photoshop Elements

Ok I am coming from LR6 where I was able to create and save various presets on my importand this was very handy when using various cameras and I wanted to put the imports intotheir respective folders.   In PSE 2021 I dont see anyway to save an import  for later use as I switch between my camerasI am able to build the rename as needed with camera name and YYYYMMDD and filename and subfolderfor shot date but It seems I have no way to save that as a preset and then re-use it as I importfrom the different cameras Any thought or suggestions would helpful

I bought elements 11, then updated  to 15. I just re-set windows 10 on my PC having fully backed up, but element 15 won't open, and I can't find an EXE file to boot with.I have elements 15 on my laptop, can I transfer?I have lost my key code, and would like to update as per your offer.

Hello, I use PSE 13. until now it worked fine. Since a few weeks, when I import pictures from camera to PSE, it creates a file with the correct date, but the picture ar not visible in that file in PSE, and the file is not visible until I say "show all files". I can see in my pc that the pictures are in the file.  When I go to the file and say "import media" the system says that they are already there, but I can't see them. Only when I drag the pictures from the main screen to the file, they become visible and have immediately a new number with -1.What can I do to go back to normal?? Hope to hear from someone what to do, or get a telephone number in The Netherlands to explain the problem to an Adobe employee.Dick Sleiffer

 Hi - can somebody help me? I have an older PC with Photoshop Elements and approx. 150,000 images, 1.7 TB. I have to move to a new PC. What is the best way to move this to a new PC and at the same time keep all albums and tags with the same hierarchy as on the old one? RegardsJohan Martin Lium 

When I try to load Elements, it completes the initialisation but then when the message 'Please wait while the catalogue is loading, is displayed, it just crashes.

Have loaded Elements 2021 on MacOS Big Sur 11.1 Have loaded all subsequent updates.From Organiser Grd screen can see all photos. When I select a photo with double click I get Grey box with? in the centre.On 2019 version and previous versions I get pict for inspection of subsequent editing.Tried all different viewing options but nothing works.Help please

Question: I am considering purchasing Elements 2021 to teach a post-processing class to 7th & 8th graders at an inner-city Middle School. The specs say that I can install Elements on up to two computers. If I purchase 6 copies of Elements and install the software on 12 computers will 12 students be able to use their computers installed Elements at the same time? Thank you for your help. Dan Chavez

I just purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 - PC/Mac Disc Version and then I realized that I bought the wrong version...I don't have a disc reader. I am seeing that there may be a possibility that I can simply take the serial number and enter it on the Adobe website and download it that way. Is that true?I have a Lenovo Thinkpad PC and use Windows 10 Pro.

My Adobe Photoshop elements 2019 organizer has mysteriously stopped opening. When you click on the icon it looke like it will open but after a few seconds it closes again. Not sure why, I have rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled. Fortunately I can still see my photos in editor but it annoying that I cannot see the entire catalogue. Suggestions please.

When I uninstalled Flash I didn't realize that Picasa wouldn't work anymore. How can Iimport my photos to Elements Organizer without access to Picasa? Thanks. I use a Mac.

I am trying to figure out how to create structure within my albums. I know I can create Categories and Albums but I want to break my albums into sections. similar to the in the Documentation but can't figure out how to do it. I saw a post that described the concept of having folders within Albums to achieve this but I haven't been able to figure out how to do this. Folders are generally associated with the File Structure not a container within the context of an Album. Could someone describe how to implement the folder concept within Albums?Thank you!  

Will PSE 2021 work with Mac OS El Capitan okay as well as Big Sur?

Hi there.  Can somebody help me?Since the last update, my Elements 2021 has been freezing.  This has happened while working on a file, the screen freezes and I can't even end Elements with Windows Ctrl Alt Del command.  I have to turn my computer right off and then back on.  The file I have been working on is retrieved as a black file with nothing in it.  Yesterday, I deleted Elements 2021 from my system and reloaded it.  Today it froze again.  Below is some further info:  (...also I don't use the Cloud).I have an ASUS gaming computer which is about 2 years old, but should meet all the requirements for Elements 2021.

I bought the elements premiere 2021 bundle. Everything worked until I wanted to restart the next day. My Photoshop elements no longer start up. The rest is. So there is something wrong with that part of the software. How can I fix this?

Am having trouble downloading dng converter to use with elements 2021. I can find the download page but it wont allow access. My location is australia. elements does not allow z ii raw files et.

I've been trying to install the latest update for PSE 2021 v19.0.....but  a pop-up screen opens with the follow messag:  "Could not launch HDUpdater because the file is empty".  What does this mean??  Please respond..... thanks      

Hi, can I buy photoshop elements in one country (e.g. Germany) and use it in another (e.g. Poland)?I looked through license terms and I saw there Territory for consumer means worldwide. Also for customer residing inside EU "country" means whole European Union. In this case I should be allowed but I want to be sure.

I upgraded PSE to 18.0 July 20  and after  importing photos I found that there were duplicates and many disconnected files. I have look on you tube to find ways of understanding the  folder list and tree but can make no sense of it. Before I uninstall it I thought I would try to delete folders and begin importing to a blank as it were. Unfortunately the delete folder option is greyed out. Is there a solution or do I simply uninstall to see if that works.I am using Mac Big Sur os. 

I have Photoshop Elements 2021.  Everything was fine until the update ran.  It was installed automatically, can't seem to stop it.  After the install, Photoshop Elements was not found.  It also killed Lightroom and most other Adobe programs, all my Canon Photo software and any other editing program, including some music programs.  None of the damaged programs can be uninstalled for the control panel.  Says "Program Missing".  I ran the creative cleanup tool then reinstalled Elements 2021.  Again, the Program was crashed.  Before I reinstall 20 softwares, is there a way to stop Elements from updating?  Or is there a different solution to this problem?  I just bought the upgraded version Elements software recently and would like to be able to use it without screwing up everything else on my computer.
