Premiere (Beta)

The imported after effects compositions in my project, don't load in. The media pending screen stays on for ever. If i load in a new composition premiere pro crashes.

In order to ease the transition from an established Legacy Titler workflow to an Essential Graphics workflow, we have added two new commands that allow you to upgrade your Legacy Titles into Source Graphics in the latest Beta build of Premiere Pro. Using test edit in Premiere Pro Beta (23.6 Build 13) and the search bar doesn't actually search the whole transcript. I tmight provide me with one or two, but I also have the old transcription of the same sequence and I know the phrases I'm trying to jump to on the timeline exist, the program just won't find it. I'm talking simple words like "fun", it won't find

I'm not sure why this is happening but I've had 5 crashes on today's build (8/16/23) in the last hour upon opening a project that is created for Premiere 24. I'll run through the troubleshooting steps and all but I just wanted to get this out there in case others were experiencing the same thing.

I am running Premiere Pro Beta 23.6 on Mac Ventura 13.4.1... All renders are hanging at 3% since I updated the premiere pro beta. I have tried creating new sequences, new projects and nothing is working. Help!

 

When creating a team project I get an error that there was an error Auto-Saving.  I cannot even create a team project because I cannot get past this point. Happens to me in the normal versions of Premiere also   

I do a lot scientific work with space images. My question is. Has any one of you used the Adobe premiere pro software as a scientific tool? I am looking for some input in this subject. Thank you all.

Click "Custom Size" and lock proportions6 Enter a horizontal dimension and start typing "400"Result: ...First digit (typing "4") flips to a 1. Cannot start with 2, 3, 4 or anything else. Maximum small size is 199. I just upgraded to Beta build 30. The previous beta was totally stuttering though the one before it was totally working well. Honestly, I'm thinking of dropping off the beta program. I expected to try out new features and have the occasional crash, but it's been major bug after another and now, permanent Media Pending! 😞Windows 10

In Adobe After Effects, if one duplicates any asset, the "new name-02" is auto-incremented to the next number or just adds a "2" if there is no number currently at the end of the title. I am requesting such in Premiere Pro instead of "... Copy 01..." that it adds now.  (or perhaps a preference to determine such behavior) Thank you.

Estou utilizando o Adobe Premiere Pro Beta. Hoje apareceu uma atualização e agora não abre nenhum projeto que ja estava editando. Aparece a seguinte mensagem: "Não foi possível carregar o projeto, provavelmente, porque ele está danificado ou contém elementos desatualizados".Não sei o que pode ser e como resolver.

Hello, I had a Premiere file i was editing on my m1 max mac, in v24. After a few hours of editing, I tried opening the file again to the error: "The project could not be loaded, it may be damaged or contain outdated elements." I looked online, logged out and in of Adobe Creative Cloud, restarted my computer, re-installed the software, tried to recover an auto save of the file, tried to use Premiere (Intel) version, nothing worked. I read about opening it on another computer and sending yourself a new saved copy with the media unlinked, so that night I slack'd myself the file, opened it at home on a windows machine (it opened,) saved it as a new file, sent it back to myself, the next day I went back to my Mac at work, tried to open the file, it didn't work. I then uninstalled and reinstalled premiere pro, then opened the file, NOW IT WORKED! 🙂 I made some edits, exported some things, then closed premiere to bring the clips into Capcut to use th

Kein Absturz des Programms Gestern und heute ist es mir passiert, dass ich gerade eine Fotografie in der Anzeigedauer einstellen wollte, der Autosave startete und sich das Programm direkt schloss. Beste Grüße

All the projects I made using Build 22 can no longer be opened by Build 23 on Windows 11 -Any project file I made (i've worked on a few) all return this error. -Starting a new project and importing the file does not work (same error).-Installing the only earlier beta build does not work, which is v23.6 My friend uses a Mac, where the latest Build is still 22. The file opens perfectly for them.I was able to have them export it as an XML for a partial recovery (all effects, adjustments were lost) Suggestions:-Give beta users the ability to roll back to the previous build.-If you haven't already, turn off auto updates or risk bricking any projects you're editing with the beta.

Was working a project on Premiere Pro (Beta) and couldn't open the project back when it was updated to 24.0.0.23 on 8th Aug 2023. and the error message as per subject mentioned. Same goes with all my Auto Saved (at least 7) of the same project.  Worst of all, same project cannot open by Premiere Pro due the version is newer than the current 23.5.

From what I understand you can only cut one pause at a time, which is not very fast...

When viewing the sequence timeline, audio waveforms don't match the actual audio.  I have to zoom in quite a bit to get it to match. In the attached pictures, this is the same frame, same sequence, with 1 zoom level difference. It's not even close to matching.

When I try to load project files in the recent update of Premiere Pro (Beta) I get this message: "The project cannot be loaded, it may be damaged or contain outdated elements" This is happening to all my projects that had previsously been working fine in Premiere Pro (Beta) I opened the files in the Premiere Pro 2023 and saved as a copy but this produced the same message.  How do I get project files from old versions of the software to work in the most recent update?

Using the newest Premiere Pro Beta with an M1 Macbook Pro. When I reverse and change the speed of audio it plays back fine. But after I edit the levels with the pen tool, the audio won't play back. Current work around is using a fade transition.

This has been in the main version and the Beta for months - a double warning (in different fonts) for exporting with proxies present when going to the export page from the edit page. To be fair, at one point there was a triple warning so there is some progress 🙂The first warning is on the edit page and the second on the export page  Win 10, Pr Beta 24.0.0 b14
