Cant edit gif.

The app accepts the gif, but there is a lot of freezing in the playback panel, and when I try to export an edited gif, it just exports one frame of the gif, or it exports freezing. How can I solve this?

Hello from Athens! I am reposting a bug that I definitely think that exists in PR Beta (v.24.3.0 BETA build 7):I was now able to reproduce the steps in which the slide tool is buggy. At first everything is in place, but after applying a cross dissolve transition, the whole timeline gets laggy and unable to redraw using the slide tool. Please watch carefully the attached screen capture, as it seems the problem persists in newer builds. Thanks a lot!Stavros Symeonidis System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.3.0.7    OS: macOS v13.6.3, RAM: 128,00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 32

Caption Track Style Not Exported with Create Captions PresetOpen for Voting

I can argue that this is a feature request, a bug, or just an observation that users will be confused when Create Caption Presets are imported.   Caption Track Styles are now correctly SAVED with a Create Captions Preset via the 3 dot menu in the Create Captions dialogue. Saved Presets are automatically added to an "Auto Captioning Presets" Folder in the Project Panel.   But when EXPORTED (via the 3 dot menu in the Create Captions dialogue - "Export Current Settings as Preset"), the .prcaptionspreset file contains no Caption Track Style information and is therefore not imported with a preset.   The Workaround is to copy/paste such a preset between projects, but this requires both projects to be open.   If the Caption Track Style in the Preset is not in the Project, it is ignored, and None is shown. I have not tested whether "none" (a PR default which has an unknown source) is actually used.   It is also inconvenient that you cannot export multiple presets at on

Bulk "lifting" pauses to other track instead of deleting them

I would love to be able to move all "silent" areas of my video (meaning parts where I am not talking) to another track - because I usually do not want to delete them but speed them all up, as I am doing a lot of instructional videos. This would be a real game changer for me. And as it is already possible to delete all "pauses" (lift) I assume it must be quite simple for you to pull these areas to another track. I think this would be really usefull for all who do instructional videos and in general to be able to see and here what would be cut away.

Playback engine crash after frame substitution errorOpen for Voting

Ran into an apparently-corrupt file and it threw a "Frame substitution recursion attempt aborting after multiple attempts on file:  [path]."  Program kept running, was able to remove corrupt file from bin but playback stayed broken. Closed and restarted Premier,  playback OK. System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.3.0.5    OS: Windows v10.0.22621, RAM: 63.83 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 16

Keyboard shortcuts for the timeline sometimes does not work

Cut, roll edit, timeline keyboard shortcuts stops working from time to time. A work around is to enable the tools panel, choose a tool and then the shortcuts start working again.

Feedback on Premiere Pro Beta

Feedback on Premiere Pro Beta:Loving the new beta version for its design and audio enhancements! A couple of suggestions:It would be great if custom keyboard shortcuts and saved guides could carry over to the beta version.An option to convert mono audio to stereo directly in Premiere would be super helpful, instead of having to use Audition for this.Thanks for the awesome updates! Looking forward to more improvements.

Moving images in the PM with the handtool

Moving images in the PM with the hand tool is very wearisome. It moves around like staccato. Not smooth at all. This has been going on for quite some versions/builds. W11 Canon iframe footage.   Timeline cursor does the same, jumps along, especially when ECP timeline is open. Otherwise, it runs fine.

Premiere Crashes every 10 MinutesOpen for Voting

I am working on a project where no effects being used at all. Only cutting down the footage which is 29.97 fps FHD 1080p.And Premiere has crashed like 6 times within last 2 hours. It used to happen on previous versions rarely but yeah, beta is crashing way too frequently than before.
