Premiere (Beta)

We are used to seeing lots of metadata that is embedded in MXF files showing in Avid bins, but the same is not true in PP. Currently we get the first line ('EVS Device Src') in 'Comment' and 'EVS_NOTES' shows up as 'Log Note'.Any chance this could be displayed via the metadata window? Bonjour, J'ai déposé mes fichiers au formats .wav dans le logiciel, qui a pu les importer correctement. Au moment de les transcrire, Premiere s'arrête subitement sans message d'erreur et me redemande de lancer la transcription de la source.  J'ai suivi votre logiciel deux fois et ma méthode semble être totalement identique à la votre. Je ne comprend pas pourquoi ça ne fonctionne pas .   PS : J'ai déjà redémarré le programme Premiere et ça ne change rien ...  Que dois-je faire ?

Hi, right now if I use the speech enhance feature available in the Beta for a russian, ukrainian, belorusian, bolgarian, polish or any other slavic language, the speech thus enhanced acquires a beautiful american accent and in those parts where Premiere pro failed to recognize the speech it becomes fully english. This might have been fine if I were to take part in some humour competition with my videos but for a serious production it is ridiculous. Adobe tech support told me Adobe had no plans of training the slavic language model at the moment and it seems the Speech enhance feature is moving to its release so without the proper language model this feature will just be useless for more than 450 million people around the world. Is Adobe planning to do something with it?

The "New Layer" button is missing in the Essietial Graphics window under the EDIT tab on my work space.

Hello everybody.I'm using the last Premiere Pro beta (because lots of bugs are fixed).The issue is that the export delimiters in the upper bar of the timeline are not thereas it is depicted in the attached image.I wonder if it is a bug or if I do not know how to make them appear (I've not found out any help in the doc).Thank you for any help.Jean-Paul 

Hi Kevin, one aspect of the software that is not working: When I attempt to select part of of Speaker 2's speech, the software grabs part of Speaker 1's (intro to interview) speech. I have attached actual names to identify and differentiate between the two speakers. Why am I not able to seamlessly "Insert" or "," my selection of text or speech, as it were?

I am trying to enhance a small clip and have been waiting several minutes. The progress is still at 0% and the initializing bar is not moving. This feature used to work. I just updated and now it's not working.

can someone help me? i saw some tutorial on youtube that you can delete pauses and delete filler word instantly on adobe premier pro beta. but why mine has no option on deleting it and i only have 3 option text, pauses, search settingsfiller words is missing and delete is greyed out. is this a bug?ca 

In Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Media Encoder, support for Sony X-OCN files has been improved. The color space of the file is now detected and automatically selected in the Effects Control panel. Previously, X-OCN files would be displayed in Rec.709, regardless of the color space selected in camera.    We would welcome your comments on this change.     

Why does this need to be in front of the workspaces and in bright blue? How about putting is next to Quick Upload or next to the Export tab. Make the selected workspace bright blue.

In the lastest versiosn of Premiere Pro Beta 24.1  a stereo music track when placed on audio track 1 is only plyaing and exporting audio out on the left channel.   If I drag it to track2 it only plays and exports the audio on the right channel.  If I drag it to a new (5th track) it plays on both sides - but then doesn't export any audio.

Transcription was working fine up to yesterday. I was working in Release 24.0. Opened the project in Beta and it's not working there either.

Even though it's selected as an output in the preferences, I don't see anything on my output monitor.  Premiere Pro Beta 24.1.0 Build 59 Output works perfectly fine on the standard current release version of Premiere Pro (24.0.0 Build 58)

I wish I hadn't updated to this version in the mddle of my project. I'm having to go back to regular PP to work now.

In Adobe Premiere Pro 24.1 beta, Interpret Footage Input LUTs are embedded directly into a project file to make collaboration and sharing easier.   Previously, Input LUTs assigned to footage in the Interpret Footage dialogue were not embedded into a Premiere Pro project file. When you shared this project with someone else, or moved to a different machine that didn’t have the LUT, Premiere declared it offline and wouldn’t render it.   This meant requiring the extra step of sharing any associated Input LUTs assigned in the project file. In Adobe Premiere Pro 24.1 beta, this is no longer necessary because Input LUTs assigned in the Interpret Footage dialogue are now embedded into the project and travel with it.   An Interpret Footage Input LUT can be assigned to a clip in two locations:   1) By Control-Clicking the video clip in the Project Browser and selecting Modify > Interpret Footage > Color Dialogue.     2) In the new Lumetri Color Settings Panel

Hi I hope someone can help me out.  I'm finding me feet with Premiere Pro Beta and recently, ripple deleted all pauses and filler words from a video about 55 mins long.  This partitioned the video into numerous sequences.  Now when I try to export, only 'Sequence 1' will render.  I've tried nesting all sequences together for export but it's no good.  I've tried closing/reopening etc. but to no avail.  I'd appreciate any advice,Thanks in advance, Anna

I'm shooting on Canon and it makes .MXF and .XML files. I'd like to rename and organize footage so that outside of Premiere, I can actually find things or share footage. Does Premiere use the .XML files from cameras? Premier Pro (Beta) crashes when trying to open a project.Adobe says that since it is Beta they do not provide support, but they do not clarify that if you open a project in the premier beta then you CANNOT open it in Premier Pro 😞 because it has been published in a more modern version. Thank you Adobe 😞Premier Pro Beta 24.1 y anterioreswindos 11 Intel i9 64 gb raam  cuadro P220steps to reproduce the problem:- Open file that links to premiere pro beta- open text based editing panel- edit and cut using text based editing- premiere crashes- go to auto-save and hope there's a more recent save- copy over what you lost and save again to the main file- app crashes again- double click to open the file again- premiere pro beta pops on screen and then crashes immediately.

Using the AI powered filler and pause remove function creates stubbon gaps in the timeline in Premiere Pro Beta.  Is there any way to prevent this?  Is this a bug?

Hi there! I'm following this guide last updated 10/10/23 (https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/premiere-pro-beta.html) and can't figure out how to download the beta...it seems like it's been pulled or unavailable to me. I don't see a Beta apps tab in my creative cloud desktop app at all. There is a prerelease tab but the only option is for illustrator. What's going on here? Even when I click on the "Get the Premiere Pro (beta) app" button, it opens CC but gives me a blank screen...something has been changed . Any help would be appreciated, I'd really love to test the Enhance Speech feature!

I dont think its just me or my system - Studio Ultra - three 4k monitors - i just installed this beta  - didnt remember any of my preferences - no saved windwo set ups no keyboard short cuts - in rebuilding my windowing - it seemed many of them were not context aware to know they were in 'docking' mode.   Thanks!!
