Premiere (Beta)

I am running Premiere Pro Beta v24.1.0 build 29. Upon opening a project I get the following window (see picture).   (the white blocks are my work).When I'm in this window nothing happens until I press the 'window' menu and then the full windows show. However, it is completely stuck and unusable. When I try to play a video I can sometimes hear the sound but nothing happens. every few minutes it refreshes but is still stuck.  I have been running the non-beta version of Premiere without problem for over 2 years now. So this is very peculiar behavior.  Anyone? 

Bug, previously reported, still extant in Adaptive audio track workflows - it's not possible to mute individual outputs in the track mixer routing for an adaptive timeline track unless A16 is included in the mutes.The project at the link below is a simplified timeline to show the bug. In this timeline track A4 should have A1&A2 outputs muted, but all tracks pass if A16 output is unmuted. https://drive.google.com/file/d/11k5m1Xf8jLEjxuBgh7w5f0SlsfRwQ5Ce/view?usp=sharing - collected project example.I realise this is pretty niche use of adaptive tracks, or others would have noticed. After the most recent beta update, the media wont play at all in the timeline. Space bar, "L" and the play button wont start the playhead across the timeline. Hope this update didnt kill the functionality of beta.

Hi, I'm trying to use the audio enhance feature but every time I press enhance on the selected clip / audio file it instantly pops up with an error message saying the audio could not be downloaded?

The space bar changed its function from a paly-stop toggle to a marking tool. I started the program again and the function was restored correctly.

  Steps to reproduce:    1. cut a clip with interlaced material in a interlaced timeline   2. put an adjustment-layer above   3. put eg the video limiter on the ajustment-layerResult: when stoped choose "Display First Field" or "Display Second Field" makes no diffrent Expected: "Display First Field" shoud show the upper field and "Display Second Field" should show the lower field when stopped. Disable the adjustment-layer shows the expected result, enabling the adjustment-layer freeze the info of first or second field. Hello, I need an urgent help!! I've been working on a project for like 5 days, it is a 2 hours and 30 minutes full course, on Adobe Premiere Pro Beta. When I opened Premiere this morning and opening the project, a message popped up saying " The Project could not be loaded, it may be damaged or contain outdated elements." I need an actual help or my entire work for the last 5 days will be gone for nothing. Ps: I tried to open one of the Autosave Projects, it also shows the same message.  Thank you

When dragging things with my mouse (e.g. if I'm using the Pan Behind tool to drag a clip's in/out points in the timeline, or scrubbing a value), when my mouse reaches the edge of my screens, the dragging/scrubbing stops - kind of as you'd expect - unless you've used Blender. If I'm dragging something in Blender (e.g. moving something in the z-axis), there is no end to the distance I can move it - regardless of where my mouse pointer "should" be. I can endlessly pick up my mouse and  scoot it across my mouse pad repeatedly, and the object will continue to move; mouse input does not stop when the mouse pointer reaches the edge of the screen, because in this instance, the pointer just 'wraps around' and reappears at the other edge of the screen, so I can continue moving it. Lovely. Let's have this in AE, please!

Anytime there is a preview involved (trimming, hover scrub, ect.) it freezes up and I get the pin wheel for about 3 to 5 seconds. Everytime no matter how small or large the project. Does it no matter the file type too (prores, mxf, h.264). I would like to use premiere but DaVinci rules on the mac hands down.

-- I accidentally posted this in the wrong forum 😐 --This is a regression from Premiere Pro 24.1.0 (Build 85) and earlier unless this change is intended.I'm using the current Beta since I enjoy and test out the improvmeents with the updated audio system. Sadly this bug broke my workflow. Steps to reproduce:1. Select high framerate footage (in my case 100fps)2. Open the "Create Mulitcamera source sequence"3. Synchronize with timecode4. Premiere Beta creates a 30fps sequence, while Premiere Pro stable creates a sequence with the correct fpsIf footage with below 60fps is used, it works as intended.I have tested this with multiple files. This happens with 120 fps footage as well. Since the sequence settings after all these years still don't contain high framerate options, you can't easily recover from this. On a side note some feedback for the new audio transition UI in the sequence editorI've sometimes seen the new audio transistion box glitch out and free

The Audio waveform visual is only showing when you zoom in and as you zoom out it disappears

The video thumbnails disapear in the timeline since the version 24.3.0 (Build 12) of Premiere Pro BETA. 

hello guy'sjust want to provide a feed back.when i oppened premier pro beta, and get the pop up (get more out of premier pro)when i cleccked on the second point (dive into text-based editing) and click on start tutorial. premier pro opened but nothing happen, no tutorial, nothing.i believe it was supposed to be a kind of guide totorial throught the new innovation you maked there , altrhought i'de like to report my experience to help your team to improve your tools. cheers 😃 and warmest regard,Nacer YOUS

Hola, uso este programa hace muchos años y nunca tuve este problema, mi hardware de audio esta seleccionado de manera correcta en preferencias pero al querer reproducir el audio en la linea de tiempo de "programa" no se escucha y tampoco se mueven los niveles de audio pero si se escucha en el previo, obviamente que la pista no está muteada. ¿Saben cuál puede ser la solución?

Hey everyone!I got the beta, and all nice and good except for a few minor things I noticed for now. When I double-click the audio file in the project window, it opens in "source" window, and now the background of the audio waveform is quite dark green color and it blends with the color of the waveform itself. in the previous versions, the background color of the waveform was much brighter and contrasty to the waveform itself.can anyone suggest how to change that? of course, I tried the @labels@ section in the preferences but it does not affect the issue with the color I mentioned.Thanks!

Hi, I have version 24.1.0, and since the last version, I have a strange bug. I have two monitors and the way I customized my workspace is that on the right monitor, I have the program window where I have my video preview/playback. But when I send the sequence to render, the program monitor closes, ok, it happened before, but when I went back to "edit" tab, the monitor was back again as my workspace should be. but not anymore! now when I go back, it doesn't appear anymore. to see it again I should switch the workspace to anything else, like, audio or effects workspace, and then right back again to my saved one, then the program window appears again.It happens in the new beta version as well.Thanks!

The title says it all...Premier Beta 24.3.0.012 can't see video transitions on clips.  Specifically I was using the Film Dissolve.  The ones that were there previous to this update still work, I just can't see them.  I can apply new transitions to clips and they work, I just can't see them.

I have a weird thing going on in my project. I'll have a song selected, drag it into my timeline, remix it to the appropriate time lenght, be happy with it, close it, reopen it. Now I can't hear anything. I'm adjusting my volume/gain, making sure I didn't click any box, but still nothing. Anybody run into this issue as well in Beta? 

This would be a game changer and huge time saver.The current automation method when trying to do a simple smooth fade on video clips is clunky to say the least.

Hey Folks,  I had fully edited, and exported a 30 minute video that I had been working on for a couple of weeks.  The finished product was almost perfect.  The next night (1/23/24) I decided I wanted to tweak the 10 second title at the front of the video.  I went to open the project, and got notification that an update was available for my Beta version.  So, I installed it.  (24.3.0 Build 9).  Reopened the program, made my tweak at the front, and then re-exported the finished product.  My project had one video track (V1 and A1), which was a complilation of numerous clips buried in 4 sequences, one music track (A2) and two sound effect tracks (A3 & A4).  When I went to play back the mp4, the audio from A1 was missing, but sounded fine from all three of the other audio tracks.  No mute button set on A1.  I closed that project, and went and re-opened all of the auto-saved projects, stepping back in time, all the way back to a

Would love to be able to see channel name info ON the audio clips in the timeline so I don't have to look at the sound recordists pdf of solo-toggle through audio channels to find that one radio mix. The info does live in premiere in the metadata window. Why not have it on the clips where it's actually needed.
