the same project works fine in premier 24.3 and was working fine in the beta 24.5 two weeks ago. The problem is when a multi track audio sequence is inserted inside a stereo sequence. No sound can be heard and no activity is showing in the audio monitor. Best regards
Hi, I'm having a huge problem with audio on MULTIPLE projects that worked fine yesterday. This has appeared inPR (beta) 24.5.0 build 28. It plays fine in regularPR 24.3.0 build 59. For any clips that have multiple channels, it only plays the first channel all of a sudden. If it's stereo, like from an iPhone, it plays audio, but it's hard to tell which channel it actually is. If you make it mono with 2 channels, then it only plays channel 1. On MXF files from our pro camera, we have 4 channels of audio, and it will only play channel 1 (we have 1:shotgun, 2: nothing, 3: DJI mic1, 4: DJI mic 2 - in this case we actually didn't even use channel 3). I've updated PR (beta), restarted PR (beta), restarted the mac, made new sequence and dropped clips into there, tried old projects, tried autosave versions of this project from yesterday, and I've tried exporting, it still does this. For some reason, the beta version of Premiere Pro keeps darkening photos when I export the final video. The photos aren't adjusted at all because the originals look fine and they look fine on the timeline but the exported version of the video has severely darkened photos. I've looked at all of the settings and don't see anything that would be causing this. Has anyone had any issues with playback to monitors changing? Sometimes Premiere will playback to the monitor I have set up for playback, and sometimes it won't. And in Preferences / Playback it always sees that monitor. My mac studio goes back and forth with me from work to home, and over the weekend it could do fullscreen output to a monitor, and this week it hasn't let me do that. I've done updates, restarted the program and the computer. I have Enable Mercury Transmit checked, and transmit is on in the program monitor. Thanks!
Many of you have told us that you have a colleague responsible for correcting AI transcripts, and that you want an easy way to share the transcript and get corrections from them. Premiere Pro (Beta) now allows you to send the transcript to your copyeditor to make sure that brand names, lingo, names and titles are properly spelled and capitalized. Watch the video below to see this workflow: Open up the Text Panel and make sure you are viewing the Source transcript In the Overflow menu select Export -> Export to text file Save the text file and send it to your copyeditor for corrections When you receive the corrected file, save it to your desktop In the Overflow menu select Import -> Import corrected transcript Now you can use your corrected Source transcript to create a transcribed sequence and generate captions Try it out and let us know how it goes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYmdN-nvQkQ
In the lastest beta, I've imported an AIFF music audio track and it's extremely loud and blown out it should playback at 0. I need to bring it down to -18 but playback is showing -3... I've used this track many times.
I can't export my PP project to Media Encoder. I updated both programs today, before working. The Media Encoder updated in wrong language (I'm german but i'm using english on all my applications). I reinstalled Media Encoder, but still not working plus still in wrong language. I hit export and send to Media Encoder. It loads the beta of ME but not with the project. I also tried with ME open and the project is not sending to ME to render.

Hello Premiere Pro Beta Support Team,I am experiencing a recurring issue with the color space conversion in Premiere Pro Beta, specifically when importing into my timeline images. Despite setting my project and sequence settings to use the default color space, the images undergo an unwanted color conversion once they are in the timeline, significantly affecting the visual quality and color accuracy of my outputs. Here are the details of my workflow:- Project Settings: sRGB IEC61966-2.1- Sequence Settings: Set to Rec. 709, with auto tone mapping enabled.- Source Clip Settings: Attempting to maintain sRGB for exported images, but the exported files shift away from the selected color profile. This issue has been persistent, and manual adjustments for each image are cumbersome and not always effective. It appears that the color management system may not be retaining the specified settings, leading to these inconsistencies.Could you please advise on any potential solutions or workarounds? Add

On open the start screen shows tutorials. They looked interesting so I clicked to start them.Tutorial panel opens, but it just has the circle under "looking for new tutorials."I think it's broken on the server end. For 3 days now the beta version has had faded colors and no contrast. All the color grading was lost while in the full version it looks fine. What happened?
If I want to keyframe a fade in with the opacity there are always a black error frames.
With AI-powered Enhance Speech now in Premiere Pro (beta), you can magically remove noise and improve the quality of dialogue with one click, so it sounds as if it were recorded in a professional studio! We need your feedback to optimize this feature further through adding a comment below and completing a short survey. Here’s how to use it: Open the Essential Sound panel and select a clip containing speech in your sequence. Click on “Dialogue." Then, just click the “Enhance” button. When processing is complete, you can adjust the amount of enhancement using the Mix Amount slider. This slider allows you to mix your raw audio with the enhanced audio, allowing natural background noise to come through. What kind of recordings work well with Enhance Speech? Audio that is recorded with a low-quality microphone (phones, online meetings, on-camera mics) tend to be improved with Enhance Speech. It does not always work well with: Extremely very poor-quality
I am finding that the user interface does not update if I have the window maximized. When I maximize the application window, the elements do not shift around like they normally would. I am uploading a picture for the purpose of demonstration. Note: I blurred the video to protect the identity of the subject. That is not a problem I had with Premiere.
24.5.0 x 21So I'm doing a multicam edit with 4K footage. I did the normal multicam thing and am editing the composite clip just fine. I decided that since my output is full HD, and the overlay graphics are 1080, I'd change the sequence settings down to HD, and make sure everything is "scale to fit." That works for normal playback, but the preview cams in multicam editing are cropped to 1080, and don't show the scaled image. I expected those to scale with the project. I guess I'll go back to 4K for the sequence for now, but you may want to address this.
The colors look different in the display, lacking strontium. After exporting it's fine, but it's hard to work so you don't know what the exact color looks like
Opened a project this morning (Premiere Beta) to find that all my clips were quite overexposed. This was a project I had been working on for several days with no issues. I thought for a second that my color space had been changed somehow but everything is set to Rec 709 and looks normal. I opened up another project and sure enough, I had the same issue. Every clip in both the timeline and source window was overexposed.Anybody else have this issue? I guess I'll just be using regular Premiere for a bit. Same project looks fine in the non-beta version.
When caption background fills are set to "per-line" mode, partially-transparent fills will overlap one another.
Seems like I can't do much stuff with clips in a search bin (e.g. relink, create proxies, change label etc)? I have to 'reveal original' and then modify the clip there.
In the last 3 Builds, including today's every time I open the effects window, Premiere closes. Over all they have not been very stable. The new essential sound is impressive.
When I updated to the latest build 28, my pictures on the timeline are dark. I did find a workaround, but that requires going to each picture and overriding media color space to srgb. My master color space is already rec 709. Again, this used to work before I updated to latest build.
