Premiere Elements

After Windows 10 v 20H2 upgrade premiere elements 12 will not load. I have reinstalled the software upgraded the graphics drivers and the welcome screen just sits there and will not open existing or create new.

Hi All, I hope you can helpin 2021, in Expert view, when I make a cut it does not cut all of the tracks that have loaded from the original video and leaves the voice and music tracks uncut. Then if I try to delete and close the gap of the cut section those uncut tracks prevent the Audio 1 and Video 1 from closing. How do I make a single cut that goes through all of the tracks or alternately, just load the videos I am trying to edit onto just the Audio 1 and Video 1 tracks?Thanks for your help,Marc

Ich habe Adobe Premiere Elements und Photoshop 2021 erworben.Photoshop (Fotoeditor) und Organizer funktionieren ohne Probleme.Nur Elements (Videoeditor) bricht beim Starten ab. Ich bekomme die Meldung sie unten, nach ca. 50 Sekunden erlischt die Anzeige und passiert nichts mehr.Historie: Ich habe schon mal probiert das Programm zu aktivieren und habe den Hinweis erhalten, dass das Programm auf einen anderen Rechner installiert ist, das ich deaktiveren müsste. Ich habe, dass Programm auf dem anderen Rechner deaktiviert, aber irgendwie kann ich es nicht auf dem Notebook aktivieren. Es kommt auch nicht mehr die Maske, wo ich aufgefordert werde Seriennummer eingeben kann. Ich schon mehrmals das Programm deinstalliert und neu installiert. Vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen. Vielen Dank im voraus.Ich benutze ein Acer Notebook Concept D3 Pro mit Core i7 10th Gen mit einer nvidia Quadro T1000.

My config: Imac 27 "5K 2017 - 4,2Ghz Core I7 4 cores 64 GB of RAM and Radeon 580 8 GB graphics card.Prem.Elements 2021 that I just installed is very slow. The video files are HD720 5Mbits / s (very small) and do not play smoothly. While I have no problem with them in Premiere Pro CC 2021 or Final Cut 10.5 installed on this same computer. I recently edited 360 ° videos on this machine in 6K without any worries (on FCPX).The user interface is very slow (Zoom of the monitor, of the timeline, manual movement of the playhead ...). My projects are adjusted identically to the characteristics of my source videos.I uninstalled the software with the utility provided by Adobe, installed again ... Dumped the PRAM from my Mac (CMD + Option + P + R). Increased the Premiere Elements cache from 2 to 10GB ... I emptied the Premiere Elements cache ... I don't know what else to do 😞

I am currently using Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 as my video editor and was wondering if there was a way to play two different videos of people singing the same song and getting it to synchronize somehow.  I know there is the video collage option but I was hoping to be able to get both people synchronized with the song they are singing.

Brand new gaming PC, top of the line- i7 6700k, 32 gb ram, 256ssd, 2 tb hard drive, nvidia gtx 1080.  The pc is literally 2 weeks old.  Runs flawlessly.  And for the most part Premiere Elements 15 runs as well 14 did on my old Windows 7 pc, but when I use Hollywood Effects (dreamy look), it freezes the system.  Not all the time, but most of the time.  It is an effect I use a lot.  Anyone have this issue before?  No other effects seem to be problematic.  Any solution?  If not, this is one for the bugs/glitch team to work on.  Thanks. 

Windows 10 Adobe Premiere 15 (Hollywood Effects Dreamy Freezing Premiere)Almost every time I try to apply the dreamy effect the system freezes up. Seems to only happen on the effect. I am using Expect mode and I am rendering my video prior to applying the effect. And I do have the latest drives.Your help is greatly appreciated as this is the most important effect for my work.I found this link but there never was a final answer!Windows 10 Adobe Premiere 15 (Hollywood Effects Dreamy Freezing Premiere)  

when starting elements 2021, it showed a info box, that it´s collecting personal data for user experience which can be revoked at any time in user setting, well I didn´t find anything in all the settings to block or deny any kind of data collection - does anybody know where to block this - btw I´m using an EU Version. thx 4 any feedback

Will Premier Elements 2021 burn Blu-ray discs?

I release basic visualisers for music on youtube and instagram, and feel like my instagram videos would benefit from having a mobile aspect ratio. the visualizers don't have any important information outside of the centre, so I want to crop them out, leaving only the centre of the video, and changing the frame so there won't be black bars on either side after i export - how do i go about this? 

I am using PRE 2019 on a Windows 10 computer.When I highlight a particular audio clip it says "Rubberband:volume:bypass" and the yellow line representing the volume level is much lower than in adjacent clips which say "Rubberband:volume:level".  All the other clips are like this - only one has "bypass".  I have tried changing the setting to "level" but when I close the project and re-open it it reverts to "bypass".  Could you please explain what this means and why it is happening?  How can I permanently change it to level? 

I just upgraded to the latest version of Adobe Premiere elements 19.0 and the rendering is blurry.  The video have been inconsistently blurry and I can't seem to figure out the cause. I am capturing video using a Hero8 GoPro in 2.7k with 60 fps and I seem unable to render it to 1080p in Adobe Premiere Elements.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Original files. Export settings  

April 2021.  I prepare music videos for posting on YouTube.  They include jpeg photos of scenes and people and TIFFs of sheet music. The Tiffs are exported from Sibelius music notation software.  The quality of the Tiffs used to be very good but suddenly the quality of the TIFFs is very poor both on screen within Adobe and when exported to YouTube.  I have used the best quality Tiffs and tried converting them to Pngs and Jpegs; I also render the video before posting.  Nothing I do improves the quality.  I am on PC Windows 10 64 bit.  An example of good quality music pages Tiff: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r1z7xR0pgds&t=182s An example of poor quality: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wb4o5EL3tMoWhat is going wrong?  This just suddenly started happening, has there been an upgrade?  The virtual assistant is no help, it thinks I haven’t got a product registered but it is there in my account.  Someone please help/

I am running Premiere Elements 12.1 on an iMac running Mojave 10.14.6 with 25 GB of available storage. I have a project that is 1 avi file of 15.5 GB, with a duration of 1 hour and 5 minutes.  It plays fine in elements. I am receiveing the following at the 98% mark of a "Burn in Progress" attempt:unknown error: 2130852354 Anyone have any thoughts?   Thanks for any sugestions. Rick   

Hi,Something weird just happened to my Premiere 2020. Pls see attached images. Every clip is automatically inserted on the same timeline with repeating audio - A1, A, A3 ... A6 - as you can see in the picture.  Also, right click to "insert to timeline" on a video clip gives 4 duplicate copies. I uninstalled/installed the program but it didn't correct anything. What can I do to correct this? Thank you so muchTs 

Im nots ure im in the correct forum or place to ask this but after have talked to costumer support in chat and got the most un-helpfull support and i cant find an email to Adobe to ask i turn to you and see if you can help me.Ok first of im totaly new to film editing in any form, its only for privat/friends use not commercial.Last year (2018) i searched for an easy to use and reasonable priced program to edit my gopro and mobile films, many people suggested  Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 version, so i bought it.In the new year this year i reinstalled my PC and untill now dident need to edit things so i looked at my account to re-download it again and install it.But in my account i can not fint that specific program anywhere? the only thing i found was Adobe Rush that seemed to me be some sort of replacement or name change, so i could download it and tried for s small bit and it seemed to work.Cue yesterday, and i chat with support to help me undersnat what i am missing,Where is Ele

looking to upgrade but I want to make sure 2021 can handle 4k at 60fps in the HEVC/H.265 codec.  I really would like to keep the same editor I have been using and also not have to convert every video file to be able to edit it.let me knowthanks in advanceRobert

Hi there,I installed Premiere Elements 14 on my new laptop and when I tried to start it, the message showed as you can see in the screenshot - too many licenses in use. I deinstalled Premiere on my old laptop, but still the same. Then I found out, that I have to deactivate / sign out and not (only) to deinstall the old Premiere. So I installed it again on my old laptop, chose there Help > Sign out.But different than expected: Both laptops show this message now.Can me help somebody here?I didn't finde any other tips and am really helpless now 😕😕 

I have a trial version of Premiere Elements 2021 and want to clean up a grainy video. The help video says to go to FX find reduce noise and drag to video. I can't find reduce noise, is this available on the trial download?

Hello,Running Premier Elements 2018 on my Win10 (Home) PC, I normally run my sound to my external Presonus AudioBox22VSL audio interface. I do this for all programs I am running. That is, from the system audio output choice, I switch from the default "Realtech(R) Audio" output to "AudioBox 22VSA" setting.   This works fine for all applicatons on my PC except for Premier Elements 2018, which reverses the speaker output choices. That is, in order to get the sound output to channel to my audio interface, I must select the default PC speakers (Realtech Audio). If the setting is set to the audio interface (AudioBox 22VSA) setting, the sound will come out of my default PC speakers. So I must change the speaker setting to be the internal "Realtech Audio" setting that will (strangely) send the audio output to the desired external audio interface instead.Sure, this "workaround" works but it's a real pain in the backside. Hi! I was wondering if anyone here can help me. I have noticed at problem, when I'm going to download my project. It creates a boarder or frame around it, so it doesn't show full screen...or full frame. Don't know how to explain it otherwise. This boarder/frame can been no matter what I do. I have tried to edit my video preferences, pixel and...well, all the logic things I could think of. It still does not show full frame or screen - which ever term is correct, and it's driving me crazy!Before and after editing. I have done nothing but edited it a bit.⬆This is how it shows on Facebook.As far as I know, the videos for my projects are recorded in HD. Please, can someone tell me what to do??Kind regards,Gitte, Denmark

I'm struggling to make Timeline Markers useful to me. Problem 1: after adding some timeline markers to flag places where I want to go back in and add titles, special effects, etc., I stretched a clip at the beginning of the timeline. NONE of the succeeding markers shifted by the amount of time I added. Is this how these are supposed to work? So, if I delete or add a clip, stretch a clip, whatever, all my previous timeline markers later in the timeline now point somewhere I don't want them to? This makes sense why? Luckily, sorta, PrE crashed while I was still trying to adjust all of these mangled markers so I lost all the bad locations. (And some effects I'd created that were part of the stretch and stuff that screwed them all up. Sigh.) Question 2: There is a "Duration" showing in the Timeline Marker dialog box and the Adobe Help topics suggest this can be adjusted (what? nothing shows there besides the word "Duration"...) to create a marker that runs over multiple frames. H
