Actually, sorry about getting your name wrong once; Grimandi is the last name of my sister’s boyfriend.I have decided to get a new computer. I figured if I just added things like an SSD, it would just be putting money into a failing enterprise. It’s got 16 of RAM, an SSD and is an I7. It also has a 2TB hard drive. Apparently, it was only another $5 or $10 to get the larger hard drive.I realize that you said that perhaps the reason I was getting all the freezing was because I had different video formats, but 1)the freezing would stop if, while watching, I would just quickly stop and then restart the project, and 2)as I had once said, the video footage of Woodstock was simply from the same camera (DSLR) that I had used to record myself---I simply pointed the camera at my monitor, zooming in just enough that I didn’t see the borders of my monitor, while a video of Woodstock was streaming.I’ll

Greetings,I just bought Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 5 days ago with the intent of recording with my USB webcam. I have the Logitech Brio which works just fine with the Logitech software and OBS. When I would open the webcam for recording I could switch to the Brio and see the preview. When hitting the capture button, I would get a Driver Error (photo included). I installed APE 2019 on my laptop and it works with my built in camera but when I connected the Brio, same problem, Driver Error.Yesterday (off for Thanksgiving) I participated in a chat with Adobe and the Tech remoted to my computer to look at things. He looked various settings and also my device manager, concentrated more on the sound settings as I believe he thought this was the issue, installed newest video drivers. No luck.I had a Logitch 910, which I attached and it worked. I was able to record a video but now preview.Now, my preview does not even work. Hi,     I've  installed Premiere Elements 15 and Photoshop Elements 15 on the same Windows 7 64Bit machine, both installed successfully but Photoshop Elements open to the Welcome screen fine, Premiere Elements won't open at all (no error). Has anyone else had the same issue?

Hallo!Ich habe ein Problem beim konvertieren von Monofiles zu Stereo.Im Grunde genommen beziehe ich meine Audiospur aus Adobe Premiere und versuche sie dann in Audition zu bearbeiten.Jedoch ist mir jetzt aufgefallen, dass wenn ich meine Mono Datei in Stereo umwandeln will, sich das Programm aufhängt.Jetzt weiß ich nicht, was ich machen soll und hoffe, dass ihr mir da weiterhelfen könnt.

I installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 and Premiere Elements 2019 combination software and neither program is working. When I attempt to create a new project in Premiere elements it freezes and Photoshop cannot find any of my files/photos to upload into organizer. I have Windows 8.1, 64 bit, 4.00 RAM and 210 GB free space. Wondering what my options are as I bought software at Best Buy and cannot return it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and it still does not seem to help. Is this a common problem people have had? Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

I am having problems with my 32 bit CS5 on the Mojave OS. I can not find how to change it to 64 bit so I am considering purchasing Premiere Elements.Will it work on a 64 bit system?

Hi I need some advice with trying to render several 1920/1080 HD clips into one huge clip but I don't want to lose any quality but rather just somehow join them all together. One out of the 7 clips as 29 FPS but all the rest is 60 FPS. So is there a way i can render them all together without having to change FPS to match the other? I did a test of what i thought was the correct method and that was to render them all as 29 FPS, because i didn't think it was a good idea to try and save at 59 FPS seeing there was a clip with 29FPS in the project,  but the outcome was terrible!! I lost so much quality!

Hi,I shoot 4K videos and edit them in Premiere Elements. You know how lame the editing panel is in Expert mode. It is too slow to describe and my friends at Adobe do not bother to fix or improve anything at all since last 5/6 years. Well, that was not my point, my point was, does the project settings really have to do anything with video output? For example, this is my present project settings:As you can see this is quite big and creates pressure on the CPU. Adobe has no intention to share some of the pressure with Nvidia/AMD GPUs so what if I take a project with small memory footprint like this one:Then after finishing editing I export the video as 4K? Will that effect my video output quality?

Hi, I am creating a video which I want to apply multiple masks (as mosaic to blur out multiple peoples faces). Is this possible? If so how am I able to do this? Thank you in advance.

I have added a .mov audio/video file on track 1 which initially plays fine. Audio is heard normally.And on two separate occasions the sound went missing. I added a still image overlaid on a section of the video which caused the sound to stop on the entire video. The sound bar is still there just doesn't play. The default sound is still the speakers as per the audio hardware.This same thing happened when we added a mosaic to the video as we needed to blur out some faces. As soon as we added the blue the sound stopped.Not sure what we are doing incorrectly?

Hello everyone,I was creating a video with Adobe Premiere elements  and everything was going well until I rewrote the files I saved (all video clips and sound) as different names. I saved it, it was working fine, then when i restarted my computer the next day, the adobe reader says it cannot open .prel files, because a codec isnt installed. This has never happened before, and when I ignore the message, it cannot even read any of the videos on sequence. This is very annoying, because I spent a lot of time on this video so far. Plesae let me know what the issue is if you guys know this problem, it would be helpful.Thank youMark

Cependant la taille de l'image de mon projet ne s'adapte pas, contrairement à ce que je trouve dans les tutoriels "Préconfiguration de séquence dynamique  Lorsque vous ajoutez une séquence au montage en mode Expert, Adobe Premiere Elements modifie automatiquement les réglages de votre projet en arrière-plan pour les faire correspondre aux propriétés de ladite séquence. Les propriétés concernées sont la dimension, la définition du nombre d’images par seconde, le rapport L/H en pixels, et l’ordre des trames.".La taille reste à 640x480. Comment faire pour qu'elle s'adapte ? Merci !!!

Dear forum,Could anyone help me with the answer on my question how to add Arabic subtitles in my video made in Premiere Elements 2018?I have added an Arabic keyboard to my computer but the program cannot make the letters, I only see crosses. Hello,New APE user, I have a big problem with the burning of an Iso image in Blu-ray format of the film of 1h15mn I realized with APE 14.1 .... and that I have to present in public (about 300 spectators) in 3 weeks.The APE online help does not address this problem (incompletely updated, it often refers to APE 13!) and no answer to my problem on the forum in French.Although not very fluent in English, I found two discussions on this english forum but one is very centered on APE 13 and proves that burning ISO image > 1 GB does not work (but it is written that the problem is solved with APE 14). The other only concerns a small Iso image (film with menus, which will concern me) with burning a DVD (successful) and not a Blu-ray. I've read and agree with the frustration about Adobe's decision to remove blu ray disk support from Premiere Elements. I recently purchased PE 2019 to create a wedding video. I created a movie menu, but will that menu be available only if I burn the video to a standard DVD? Would I get my movie menu if I used Export and Share and selected HD 1080 from one of the Devices options and then used another program that does burn blu ray disks to create the blu ray? Thanks!

Preconditions:- Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 installed with all updates installed. Version 16.0 (20170902.daily.l297587)- Install Logitech Brio webcam (USB) with current drivers and Logitech Camera control app installed.Steps to reproduce:1. Launch APE 2018 and create a new project.2. Click Add Media and select Webcam.3. Select webcam from source and wait for live preview to display in capture window.4. Click Capture button to start recording.Result:- APE 2018 displays a Recording Error popup with the message, 'Driver Error'.I'm not sure if anyone at Adobe is monitoring these forums or not, but posting this here in case anyone has solved this problem or has some insight into the issue.

Hi, When I scan my E drive with McAfee it Blue screen crashes. I have identified the file causing crash as "device_manager.js"  Its a 17kb file and is located as follows. Adobe Premiere Elements 13/Mozilla/Chrome/Pippki/content/pippki/device_manager.js      McAfee technician has looked into problem and says to contact Adobe to say file is corrupted. I have uninstalled it and then scan is fine. I have reinstalled and it now crashes to Blue screen when scanning above mentioned file once again. Anyone else with this problem? Not sure where I go from here.

How to get a down loaded template into premier elements.The file has a .morgt file and premier keep saying it doesn't recognize the file. Have tried Photoshop and AI with the same results. Seems like it should be much easier then this! Also I just downloaded an I am using the 2019 release of Premier Elements.

Is there a way to rearrang the title and buttons on movie menus. I’m using the Pan & Zoom template. I want only a title and “play movie” button. Can I move them around the screen? The default location is over a face in the picture I’m using for the background. I tried moving them but then get a warning about objects overlapping.
