Premiere Elements

Hello. I was about to add audio over my videos and upon clicking the icon, I realized there is NOTHING. Is this the case? Because PE 12 didn't have this issue. If PE 2018 really doesn't have any available audio, please advise where I can download and add audio. Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to make a simple photo slide show and want to have some songs playing in the background.  How do I import a song from my iTunes library into the video?

So I down load my video ( which is converted  VHS to disk). I put it on the edit line and start playing it. The edit screen freezes but the edit line keeps moving. The same disks work fine on Premiere 9 but not on 2018. I have a new HP pc with i5 and  12 gbs of memory with windows 10Also digital still camera video works ok. 

I have created a video with pictures in expert mode. there is a title in the first position.  when you play it the title shows before the first picture as it should.  when I display the file in file explorer it shows the picture after the title.  It worked ok for a number of videos, but now I can't get it to work the way it was before.I have tried to many things to fix but to no avail.Would applicate any help.Thanks Dick

Hello,Premiere Elements 15;I have read quite a few posts related but I could not find the answer.I have an mp4 videos with different resolutions. Hello,at first, sorry maybe for the wrong translation of the apps. I use the premiere 14 in german, so the name of the editing programs could be wrong. However, the opportunities to enhance the Video-Quality in case of colour/shades doesn't work. So in case of the shade processing, there is no action if i push the button. If i try the smart correction, there occurs an error message.Do you have any idea how i could solve the problem?Best regards Georg

I have lost my work space in the editor. It is now a small black screen with a tiny image of my project. When I go to restore work space an click on it the screen flashes and then it goes back to the little screen.Any one know how to fix this?

Recently, I installed a trial of Adobe Premiere Elements. I made a quick video to test the software and attempted to render the video file. To my surprise, the video rendered to a black screen which is weird because it plays perfectly fine within the editing software. I've tried to render the video multiple times using different quality settings but to no avail. I can hear the sound of in the background but the video does not appear throughout. How do you get lines of text to act independently?For example I saw the "fade in by line" (and fad out by line) feature and thought that meant that the text would line by line fade out, or in.But it will not because I can't hit the accept key if I have more than one line of text in the text box. I have the lines separated by the enter key because I want certain text on certain lines. So that makes me wonder what the "fade in by line" feature is for since if you have only one line of text you can use the just "fade" feature to make the text fade in or out. Also on the title page I would like to have each line (or maybe two lines then the next one line) enter independently. How do you do that?Maybe premier elements can't do this and whatever text  you have works as a unit?? but it seems that there are an awful lot of features so it should be able to do this?Also an unrelated question, how do I learn Premier Elements? I have Premiere Elements 9 running on a windows 10 i7 7500 with 16GB memory.  Every time I attempt to load a project it crashes and I get a runtime error or file error" ...\ win\winfile.ccp-766"I have reinstalled twice and updated to 9.01What is the fix?

I am just trying to learn PE 2018 I got it for Christmas and I am having a very difficult time with it.I have watched lots of tutorials that say to add text put it on the "Title Track" but in my view I don't have a Title Track above the video??So what I want to do is add text onscreen while the video is running. In GoPro studio that was easy just put it on the text track above the video section where you want it to appear. Easy! Any help on how I do this would be appreciated.

Every time I want to do a pan & zoom on a photo the program is fixed and I have to restart it again.  I can do a preview and I can cancel if I want to but the moment I push the "done" button it's misery.  I already deleted the program from my mac en re-installed it again but nothin helped so far.Can anyone help me.Thanks

Years ago I purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0 and Adobe Photoshop 4.0 in one packages. I threw away the package, including the serial number / activation code. I wrote down the code, but I recently found out that I wrote down 20 digits instead of 24 digits. Can someone help me finds the 4 missing numbers, so I can get this software back to work?

Since upgrading to Windows 10, from Windows 7, Premier elements won't open.  Can anything be done to get this to work with Windows 10?

I have clicked the export & share option and agreed for Premiere to access my account on YouTube but when I drag and drop the video from Premiere onto the YouTube page it keeps telling me "Upload failed: Can't process file". I have Googled how tos, but most of them are either out of date or very vague on the specifics needed to get it to work. I played around with a couple different format options but after waiting around for the upload time half a dozen times just to get the same error, I have just about ran out of patience and have no clue what else to do. I'm sure it's a simple solution but I just can't seem to find it. Any information would be appreciated. I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 2018. Thanks.

I go to change my asio settings but all it has is settings rather than asio so I cant change it what is going on and how can I fix it  asap

I have only ever owned/used Premiere Elements 14 to create my projects but now all the projects I have created say that they can not be opened with the current version but I never updated to a newer version, I'm running the same version. Please Advise on how to resolve.

So I am pretty new to using adobe and also new to having a Youtube channel (TheSilly5).  I am curious to know opinions on the best way to upload my videos to facebook for views and subscribers! Should I upload straight to facebook from adobe or should I upload it to YouTube first and then share it to facebook?Thanks in advance for all the advise-Kaley

I've had no problems with 18 till the latest project. Now when it loads a message comes on that says "catalog can not load" (never seen that before)  and when I try to create a title, the curser comes up and I can place it but the keyboard then becomes inactive. If I type, nothing happens. Have I mistakenly hit a shortcut key?  I have done other projects with no problems... any help?... thanks

All prior .iso file burns to my computer have saved. The most recent attempts to burn the .iso file lists as successful on Premier Elements, but the saved file location does not show the .iso file. I have now perfromed this three times on the same project. The Encrpting Media dis take ~45 minutes, but the Burn time is very short which makes me suspicious there is something wrong. I have closed the program, perfromed a full comptuer re-sdtart and the problem exists. Suggestions?

Hello there! (newbie editor here)The last few days I am experiencing an issue with the pan and zoom tool. When I try to zoom in in a video or a freeze frame, i can preview it but when I hit the "done" button the program crashes and I must "force quit" it. Some days ago it worked fine.I am using the adobe premiere elements on a mac book pro (early 2016), meeting the requirements, on an OS High Sierra and latest premiere update installed.What to do?Thank you in advance

I tried using this software through a different email as I forgot the old one (and I have numerous emails) , and used the serial to download the software and use it.However I'm very positive the reason the video won't export is because that the product is not registered to my account.Is there a way I can check to see what email it is registered to?I tried contacting Adobe Support but after waiting over an hour I figured they just didn't want to hop onto my case so I came here to see if anybody else had this problem before.
