Hello, the video is published on Facebook and I have a link. When I access the link I get "this video is unavailable or you cant access it". Thanks for advice! Benoit
I have been a consistent Elements upgrader since version 3.0, so I looked at the comparison between Premiere Elements version 15 & 2018, saw no reference to removing BluRay authoring, upgraded to 2018, and a month into a large video project found out that I could not create a BD disc from PrE 2018 nor could I open that project in my restored PrE-15 which does have BD publishing. Equally bad, after converting my Organizer 15 catalog to Organizer 2018 and removing the version 15 catalog, I found that, since version 15 could not open or convert my 2018 catalog, I had to create a de novo version 15 catalog, thus losing all the image recognition, albums, stacks and version sets, and hidden flags. This is very poor customer service!
I have rendered my video using quick render and I have a video with a property size of 5.8gbWhen I try to copy and paste this to a 32gb memory stick it says the video is too big. I get the same result when I try to transfer it to another hard drive with 360gb spare space. When I try to render it to a separate hard drive it goes all the way through before advising me that it has discovered a problem with the file structure and cannot complete the render.Any ideas.
I am using Premiere Elements 18, Windows 10. I have a 20 minute video I want to burn to a DVD and have a marker at 1 minute intervals on the DVD so users can forward the video one minute at a time. How do I do this?
I downloaded a trial version, to see if I liked it enough to purchase. I did edit and have a video ready to burn - so purchased Adobe Premiere 2018 and opened up my project - and he "trial version" is still on the video. I did enter serial number before installing, and it was accepted. How do I get that trial notice to go away? I assume I don't have to redo it?????ThanksMartha
Greetings. I am very new to Adobe Premiere Elements, and video editing in general. I think what I am trying to do is fairly simple, but I can't seem to figure out what I am doing wrong.I have two clips - A and B. The last few seconds of Clip A is garbage. So what I want to do is:Clip the last few seconds of Clip A offPlay Clip B after Clip Ause a Cross Dissolve between the two.I "dragged" the end of Clip A to the left, to get rid of the last few second of junk, then placed Clip B immediately after Clip A. Then I added a "Cross Dissolve" transition between the two, choosing "Between Clips" for 3 seconds. For the most part, this has worked, except that as Clip B is fading in, I can see the last few seconds of junk from Clip A that I thought I had cut out.How come these supposedly cut frames are appearing in the Cross Dissolve, and is it possible to get rid of them? Thanks in advance for help-M
Apparently if I waited 13 days to buy Premiere Elements 15, I would have a free upgrade to 18. But no. Adobe chat representative denied me and said it's "company policy". Thanks for making a new customer an angry one.
I would like to have an error pointing to a player I need to be highlighted in a soccer clip. Anyone know how to do that?
Was just starting to learn and use this program; i added a home movie that I converted to MP4 froma DVD and when I added it to my timeline, the thumbnails look fine, but the preview video looks so awful that I can't work or edit it ( As shown below ). How can the thumbnails render fine but not the preview video?
I hope this is in the right place. So, premiere worked perfectly (well, not perfectly, but good enough) on my old computer, and did what I needed it to do.It did this despite an old GPU, less powerful CPU, and low hard drive space on all drives. Now though, upon upgrading to a new computer, it worked just fine for the first month or so. Though now all the sudden it wants to keep crashing all the time. I would think upgrading to a new computer would make it run better but apparently not. I can't even use premiere long enough to edit a single clip, let alone a video.Program: Adobe Premiere Elements 11Version: Not sure, but absolute latest version - Just reinstalled again today for the second time. 2017-12-13.Problem:Original Install:After the first month, the program would crash at random intervals while editing, especially when trying to use tools such as pan and zoom. Then could not open a project at all until I restarted the program, though could import video for the most part fine. in der Vorschau beim schneiden hängt das Bild oft und die Geschwindigkeit ist sehr langsam.
Trying to capture old 8mm tapes from a camcorder. Premiere 12 had DV Camcorder as an available media source. Does anybody know how to add this to the newer version?
why doesn't everything work after download is complete, i.e, photo editor
HelloIs it possible in Premiere Elements 11 to run a MP4 30-second clip with a 30-second countdown timer in the top right-hand corner, so that as the main clip is playing, the timer is counting down simultaneously? When the main clip ends, the timer would be displaying 00:00.The timer clip is an MP4 file with the following dimensions: 1920px x 1080px at 25fps and the main video clip is the same. Under Export Settings, I have this:(I have never quite understood why Export Settings shows 720px x 576px (and not 1920px x 1080px.))The first problem I can see is that the timer clip, since it is the same size as the main clip, will simply cover the main clip in its entirely. Is there a way to get round this? Thanks.

Hi,I thought this issue was fixed. It's started again...Absolutely nothing has changed from last time. Every audio driver on my system is up to date, and every video sounds clean and crisp in VLC, but sounds like utter garbage in Premiere Elements and whatever it renders. This time I got clever and checked through the mixer some more, and I think I found the issue...The track is 5.1, the video is 5.1, but it seems that PE isn't seeing and/or is mixing down the middle two channels in the audio. I did this sample the last time to demonstrate the results, and they're exactly the same this time as well:The problem is that I have no idea what to do to actually fix the issue, beyond buying a different camera or editor - neither of which I'd like to do. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance and happy holidays.
I got a new SSD and cloned my old C drive to it and it was working fine with Pre 14.But I want to move the catalog and files off the nearly full SSD to the other internal drive (old C: drive, wiped and now called E:) for storage, run the OS and program on the SSDI backed up following the backup/restore directions to an external drive and attempted to restore to the E: drive and the Catalog says it's the E: drive, but the Organizer is looking for the files in C: not the E: drive. The rest of the file structure matches what is located on E: starting with the TestPRErestore folder that Pre created with the backup, BUT it's looking in the C: drive. I've tried Optimizing but it just says it is optimized. How do I get Pre to actually LOOK in the drive I've told it to? I don't want to have to manually reconnect 4,000 files. AND I have to turnaround and do the same for 20K images in PSE 13.
I am 3/4 of the way thru my project and my PE 12 is crashing and this seems to have happened after I did a Windows 10 update. I have Quick Time version 7.7.80.95 I have 6 GB of Ram 5.9 is usable. My hard drive is starting to fill, is has 596 GB of which 456 is used. Might that be the problem?I have 448 clips on my timeline with the highest clip 260kb, my music is all on the time line and I am adding my titles to each clip. That is when it is crashing. I have done a "save" after every step of the way, is there anything else I might do to protect my project so if my computer fails I have can restore the project? I don't usually do a copy or an archive of my project until I am totally finished. Also I have an external drive that is backing up my project thus far.My total project is about 29,000 kb.Any insight and help would be great. Thanks
Hello, have a question.May i use adobe premiere elements 2018 serial key in 2 diffrent computers without problems with authority?Thank you
Since Blu-ray support has been dropped from PrE2018, I have used PrE 15 to create menus and burn the Blu-ray discs. My work flow is to use PrE 2018 for all video editing and export my movie to a MP4 files. Then I use the MP4 files in PrE 15 to finish the job. I works. However, in doing so I’ve noticed that the audio on the MP4 (created by PrE 2018) does’t play in PR 15. On the timeline, the audio portion is visible, and its all fine on the burned Blu-ray disc. However, when playing the movie from PrE 15, the audio is always mute. Its annoying and strange.. I’m just curious why the difference. Note that MP4 files created in PrE 15 play fine in both PrE 15 and PrE 2018. Perhaps there’s a new standard for MP4 that’s not downward compatible with earlier level?
I need to add music to my elements 15 video and nothing works. Not one mode will allow me to add the song "Revolution" by the Beatles no matter what the source is. I've tried my CD music, iTunes, Groove Music ... what else do I need to add this song? Please help asap. Thank you!
Using Adobe Premier Elements 12 w/Windows, after creating the movie I would like to retain only the files that are necessary in order to reduce the size and clutter of files. Assuming the movie is finished and will not be further edited, is there any reason to retain the.xmps, .log, and .prel files?
PE14 on WIN7 PC.I'm looking for a sound-effect to replace an expletive in a sound track on a video for a second or two.Something like a loud buzzer or beep. I'd reduce the audio level of the original video to zero for the second or so & apply the sound-effect to another track. So far under "Music" I have not found anything suitable. Any suggestions?
