Premiere Elements

Is it possible to download the User Guide for Premiere Elements 14? I'd like to be able to use it in a place that has no internet connection.

Hallo Adobe Premiere Elements users!Recently I exported a video clip on which I applied a blur-effect. In Premiere Elements everything looked correct, but after exporting it, the effect has much less intensity than I want it to have and in addition it has such strange horizontal stripes instead of an normal continously blur effect!Here you can see my problem after exporting the video to mp4:And that is a screenshot from Premiere Elements and how I want it to look after export:Could you pleas help me with that problem?Best greetings, Thomas!

Dear All,I used the Premiere Elements for about five years but over this week I simply couldn't start working with it as it won't open.I use a PC with Windows 10 and had no issues at all with the Premiere Elements 11 until now. I've recently started recording videos for my YouTube channel using my Google Pixel phone (rather than my old JVC Everio Camcorder). I'm trying to find the right preset (in the Change Settings menu when I start a new project). I've set my phone to record videos in 1080p - 29 frames a second (I think). Problem is that there's no obvious preset for phone videos - the closest being DSLR 1080p25 - which is obviously only 25 frames a second not 29/30. Has anyone else had this problem and what would they recommend? Does it have any obvious effect on video quality if you get the presets wrong? It's surprisingly difficult to find anything on the internet or Adobe help on this, which is why I'm on the forum! ThanksCharlie

I have an iMAC 10.11.6  OS X El CapitanI'm using Adobe Premier Elements 11I have made two different videos that I need to imbed in a PowerPoint. I saved the first one for Computer and it made a MPEG and Powerpoint won't recognize it. I got a prompt that said it couldn't insert it because either the file is non-standard or Quick Time is not installed properly.This Powerpoint with the imbedded videos is for a really important presentation I'm giving on Monday at the Princeton Library, Princeton NJ.HELP!!!thank you,Arla207 890-0966

I cannot figure out what this is and I am not able to get rid of it.  cannot edit videos with it.  When I click "continue" it just comes back. I even uninstalled PE13 and reinstalled. 

I have a problem with my Premier Elements 4. Yes I know its old but so am I and it worked for all these years until I lost a hard drive and had to rebuild and reload. Now when Adobe opens up only to tell me I need an unlock key. The people at Adobe sent me here after 2 phone calls. I do not want to buy elements 15. This is the code it gives me [removed by moderator]My elements 4 is all original and I have the correct serial # they just do not know how to service and or will not service this product any longer. I want to help myself and Adobe by asking if anyone else has had this problem. I have tried it on an old XP and a laptop with 7. Either one comes up with the same problem. Any ideas are welcome. I have browsed through a search for information on personal websites and as informative as they are there was no mention of brands of websites.I am retired and would like to set up as quickly as possible as time is precious. Is there a brand that a majority of video makers prefer. I would use it to present my travel videos. I noted in some of the discussions that the videos are usually uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo then embedded in the personal website. Can anyone recommend a website brand that I could design and run and would not take too long to master. Also, is it possible to edit videos on the website and to prevent downloading.

je viens de faire un montage video avec adobe element 15 , tout c'est bien passé, j'ai enregistré mon projet avant de  faire  un export (peripherique  au format HD20) tout  va bien  la aussi .j'ai  ensuite tout fermé mais aujourd’hui  j'ai voulu rouvrir mon   projet: il a disparu alors que le fichier .mp4 est bien là.est ce quelqu'un peux m'expliquer ce qui se passe car j'ai beau faire des recherche sur mon dd , je ne retrouve que mon projet datant de la veille.merci pour votre réponse gg

I have Windows 10 64-bit machine and have Adobe Premiere Elements 12 installed.When creating a movie with two small scenes and try to make an InstantMovie, the systems hangs.When applying the "theme" it shows the status 100% but stays there for hours....When clicking the popup a message says "not responding".How to solve this ?

I'll just list the steps that I'm taking, and then ask my question:Load up whatever video I'm going to be exportingClick on File, and then "Export and Share"Here, I have the "Devices" section selected, and the "Computer" subsection selected within itI export my videos at 1080p. For my Format, I have MP4 - H.264 selected. Beneath the Format drop down box, there's a little slider Quality, and here's where my question lies. You can basically choose between three options: Low, Medium, and High. Changing this obviously changes the file size, and it looks like the only other thing that changes is the bitrate: 5Mbps, 15Mbps, and 32Mbps, respectively.I've tried exporting videos at both low and high and compared them side by side, and to be honest, I see no difference. Can anyone tell me what the real difference is, aside from the bitrate number changing?

I have Elements 15 and I was wondering how to move a gif with it's animation from across the screen (left side to right side / up and down) while your main video source is playing. Thank you! I try to research these types of things but I get are the od Element videos.

Hello, Adobe Forum folks --Here's a puzzler for you!  I was editing a large MP4 file recently in Adobe Premiere Elements 15.  Everything went well until the export was 98% done, and then the project froze.  I canceled the project and deleted the prel file.  Then I re-did the edit, which saved OK in another location... but:I now have a Windows Shell Common file  s9no. on my desktop which is huge.  I can't delete it, can't rename it, can't refresh the Desktop. When I try to delete, I see this error:                              Could not find this item.  This is no longer located in C:\Users\******\Desktop     Verify the item's location and try again.Size is  31.6 GB !        The file may be gone, but the file marker is still there.    A

How do you flip an image or gif (Mirror Image) on Adobe Elements 15 Video Editor?Thank You. I tried looking it up but all I get are the old Element Video Editors.

I have a video that was captured at 60 fps.  I have imported into Premiere Elements 9 and the time bar advances the frames in 15 fps.  Can I change the frame rate to display and advance in 60 fps?

Hell clever Adobe people.I am in the process of creating an Elements video, but would like it to be in widescreen format ideally AND with text underneath the video, as you would see with a subtitled movie.Are either of these things possible?I can't see an option in the output section or in the settings to make the final video widescreen. And the video itself will have various video clips and photographs from different parts of the world so I wanted to write under each clip WHERE it was so it stands out, like a film subtitle.Any help much appreciated.Thanks,Gary

I was successful in creating an animated horizontal route on a map as shown on your website. I sometimes use circular routes and can't figure out how to create the circular animated line using the Crop Tool. Is there a different tool or method for doing this?

Hey.I've got a problem.When I started to work on a project, I accidently accepted, that Premiere "repaired" the quality problems in the clips that I imported to the project. That's a long time ago. But now that i rendered the project because I finally finished it, you can see quality issues.And these issues were not there, before PE "repaired" the clips.So my question is: does anyone know, how I can "reimport" the clips to the project and deny the repair?Or is there another way to undo the work by PE?Thanks a lot,Leopold

I have edited a short 2 minute piece but when I play it back it continues playing for another thirty seconds of black. How do I get it to stop playing when the video ends?
