I have just installed Premiere Elements 15, an no matter what I do the program crashes with this information:What is wrong?

Hello. When I use pan and zoom on Premiere 13, it blurs the images. How do you avoid this? Here are before and after screenshots. Thanks in advance for answers.

Adobe Premier Elements 12: @ !While stumbling through creating credits, I have managed to incorporate a one line fade-in function - which I don't want.  Can't seem to find how to return to the default function of rolling from bottom to top.  Help.

hello all,have started using Premiere Elements this year, mostly for editing together timelapse clips into longer presentations. TLs ( done in LRTimelapse) Initially, no problems, using a mix of TL's rendered in both 1080 and 4K.  Also some regular video editing , using 1080 captured via Gopro. But a problem is absolutely crippling me now--some, or all, clips loaded as media show up with large black areas, and false colours. This was only occasional, to start with, and could be fixed by removing the clip from the project, then re-loading. But now, it is affecting everything I attempt. I am a using Win 10, on an i7 machine with 8meg of RAM. Raw footage is is stored on an external drive.  Attempting to render brings the same effect in the finished product.

A friend has 2 catalogs under PSE and i was wondering how easy it would be to merge all these albums and catalogs so I have just one catalog and then I can backup and move the windows PSE across to a new Imac OSX system he is thinking of buyingthanksWayne

Hello!1. I have a lot of titles(say, 200) in my project which are working as subtitles for dialogs. Is it possible to change font or color or smth else for all desired titles at once?Or I have to edit each title one by one?2. What the difference between copy+paste and duplicate in context menu which appears on right-click on an object in Project asserts? They seem to do the same thing.Thanks in advance!

Hi,I have 100's of image files that when played in sequence animate eyes.  They are superimposed over a speaker that I'm bringing to life with the eyes.  So track 1 is the speaker vidtrack two is 100's of image files/eyes. So so I need the video footage of the speaker to playback at normal speed, and the track 2 with the images to play back x10 faster.  Otherwise I'm going to have to adjust every frame/image shorter in the timeline.  Super hard to do.  I've tried selecting all but when I drag the image to a shorter time only the one changes length. Is there a way to speed up one track?  Or a way to drag my images into the timeline with predetermined lengths of each image?  The stock time is a something like a secret per image.

I have completed a project in Adobe Premiere Elements 7 and I am now ready to burn same to a DVD.  When I go into the SHARE MENU, and attempt to burn my project, I receive a pop-up message, "Activating Component".   It, reads,  "You must activate this component to use this feature."  My serial from Adobe Premiere Elements 7 is showing, and a website is given.  www.adobe.com/go/encoderactivation.  When I go to this website, I receive a message that "This page is not available".I have spent many, many, many, many hours preparing this project, and it is DUE now.  How can I burn my project.  Please help!!!!!

Hi all,I Edited a video of about 17 mins long but when Iexport it to an MP4 it's 3 minutes too short, the video just stops at 14 minutes. I edited a lot of videos and this is the first time this happens. What could be the problem?Thanks in advance!

I have a flawless project and I choose "Export and Share" with 1920 x 1080, Best Quality, MP4, 29fps, Processing Rate = 8580kbps, Total Transfer Rate = 8737kbps.When it is ready and I will play the video, the video will flash in the bottom of 1/3 of the image. The first 0:00:44 and the last 0:00:46 and the total time of the video is 0:04:45. No other problem can be detected!However, there is nothing visible in the Premiere timeline.You can see blinking places here: https://youtu.be/1zF7aXCjW7MPlease ask for more information if this is not enough to resolve.

I have been using Adobe P/E 11 but am moving to P/E 15.  I am having old super-8 films converted into digital by http://www.just8mm.com/.   Conversion is available into avi, MP4, or MOV.  For my PC Windows computer, which is preferred file format for use with P/E 15?

Hi, I am shooting video in either XAVC S 4K(24p 100m) or XAVC S(24p 50m). Under new project settings what format(s) should I use to get it to work correctly on the time line. I have been using the DSLR 1080p and my renders have been blurry and worse than not rendering at all. I have plenty of computing power(i7/3.6GHz, 16MB ram,SSD hard drive, AMD Radeon RX 560 video card 2GB SDRAM). At this point I only wish to output 1080p but I like the additional depth from 4K. Should I downsize that before editing?Thank You

I also have a Sony cam and changed settings from recording MP4 to AVCHD.I use Adobe Premier Elements 11 and found it worked fine by dragging the mps file to the timeline.It took some digging.The mps files are located in the path PRIVATE / AVCHD / BDMV / Stream and no file extension name shows, but filenames show as sequenced file named like 0008, 0009 etc.Here is a screenshot of my SD card directory path showing the unlabeled mps files.Just copy the files to your PC, then drag them onto the Elements timeline and they work fine, including audio tracks.I didn't do anything with the other folders. So copy all these mps files to your pc, then I assume delete them on the SD card.[Branched into a new thread by mod]

Happens with both Premiere and Photoshop Elements 15 on my iMac. I lied and said I was using CC to start a chat and they did help me with permissions which were correct anyway. But yet the problem continues regularly every two or three weeks. Works fine after reinstall but then after a few weeks something triggers it and I have to reinstall both again. I have not received any useful assistance with this. Any other Mac user having a similar problem? Is there a final solution?

Hello!First post here, but I've got a question that's been bugging me for some time now.Screenshots at the end, if I don't properly explain what files I'm using.I've always had issues with Premiere Elements playing back and properly using videos I throw at it. Before I was using H264 and video playback was flawless, but audio was getting out of sync eventually. Switch to X264 (per recommendation of recording software, Bandicam) and the audio is spot on, but now the video messes up (screenshot below)Okay, let's see if this helps sort out what I just said.1. This is the video messing up, as if I was trying to watch a video on a really poor connection, maybe? Playback is flawless watching in Media Player.2. I didn't fully read how to use this software, but maybe there is some helpful info here on codecs and such?3. Some Bandicam settings.4. More settings in Bandicam.5. I've created a template-based video story in Premier Elements 15 and was dismayed to find most of the images(pictures) were inserted too large for the frames. Only a center portion of the picture is there in some of them, particularly the main title slide.  How do I re-size the images to make them fit?

Using PE15 on MAC. Does Adobe know when PE15 will recognize new Apple SuperDrive DVD player?

I've been using Premier Elements successfully for several years and until recently have had no problem using VLC  Media Player for play back of videos made from stills.  However, I now have an odd problem of both audio and video corruption with some hangups which begins to occur only after the video is about 30 minutes in.  These videos vary in size from 8 - 20 Gigs in size and all are prone to this problem.  VLC has been upgraded recently but I am wondering if this is likely a Codec issue.  Can anyone advise me on this problem?Speyguy

So I was wondering if there is a way to modify the work space in Adobe Premiere Elements 15. I've seen similar suggestions in older versions, but not for 15. I know about the duel monitor work space, but all it does is move the timeline, which is kinda pointless because the control options (render, play button, zoom in/out timeline) is still in the same place. From all the looking I've done it doesn't look like I can change that. If I am wrong, I would love to know how to change it.If not here's a small suggestion for the duel monitor option. Along with moving the timeline, have the above options available. Another idea would also have the side toolbar detachable as well. This would make fine tuning key framing easier since the preview video is much larger. Here's a picture explaining what I mean.Anyways, just a quick question/idea I wanted to ask since I didn't see the question for Premiere Elements 15.Thank you.

DVD branden met premiere elements lukt niet als mijn AVG internet security aanstaat. Ik krijg dan de foutmelding dat de DVD module niet naar een geheugenlocatie kan verwijzen.Uitschakelen Internet verbinding en Virus programma lossen dit probleem op, dan werk alles zoals het gebruikelijk is.Wat moet ik doen om van dit probleem af te komen.ik gebruik de versie 14, opnieuw installeren lost niets op.

What is the best way to save a JPG for a Premiere Elements Slideshow...1) RGB or Grayscale?2) Use "Save As" or "Save for Web"? Save for Web automatically turns it to RGB, but I read it doesn't save as many colors. Does it matter if viewing on an LCD HDTV? 3) Any reason not to make my images 1920x1080?I haven't picked my output resolution yet (720p or 1080p). It's been a long time since I did this - I won't be using DVDs anymore. I'll either play it from a USB drive or cast it to the TV. Any tips would be appreciated. I'm just about to re-edit a lot of Grayscale JPG scans.
