Premiere Elements

I have elements 15 and am trying to export my video in 1080 at 60fps which I know it was shot in with my gopro. When I try to export it I have to go to custom settings to change the framerate to 60fps. When I do this and save my changes and hit the save button it tells me that my file name is invalid. I tried many different options for file names, even the default one, and still nothing worked. If anyone has any tips I would appreciate it. Thanks

I am trying to create a simple title with a Lens Flarevideo is blank (black) 5 seconds. I add lens flare and open Applied Effects. and the stopwatch. I then set the brightness to 0 and click the stopwatch on the left that adds a key frame. I then move the time-line along and change the brightness to 100%. No keyframe. I try to click key frame and it just moves the original keyframe along the timeline...Anyone know how this works on a Mac. Is El Capitan 10.11.6 Am using Premiere Elements 11.

I am a registered as being an owner of Photoshop CS6.I also have bought Premiere Elements 2012 & 2013 and use them successfully.I am concerned about so many web sites and companies use of Flash and the fact it is easy for the bad guys to send me corrupt files without my knowledge.Many companies are no longer using Flash because of this.My question is this:I now use Flash only for Adobe Premiere. I uninstall it when not in use for Premiere 2012 & 2013 which I purchased from you.I am an avid online reader of any information which will help me use my programs.One of the things I have read is that there is a version of "Flash" safe to keep on my computer which is not subject to hacking because is has limited things it is capable of doing. Please answer the following:1/ Is this true? The windows version I have been taking on & off my W-7 / I-7 machine is 24.0.0186.2/ Does Premiere 15 still need flash to run?3/ Is Premiere a standalone program or a transparent update on the 2013

Is it possible to re-allocate the number of buttons on each page of Scenes Menu?

I'm usually pretty good at sorting myself out with errors, but this on has me stumpted.Running PE11. Win 8.1.Quicktime updated.No pending or outstanding Windows updates.Nvidia graphics updated.Removed and reinstalled PE11. Fresh install onto C drive, with a large amount of free space.Software runs fine, until I try to adjust something. Gamma, Color, SmartFix - within the adjust tab.. etc. instant runtime error.Anybody got anything else to try to knock this on the head? really need to get a project over with.thanks all.

I'm coming from premiere elements 14, and I never ran into this issue before.  I'm animating a rocket going across the screen, I want it to rotate like it's out of control.  It use to be simple, after i set the path, i rotate each individual frame.  But now, when i rotate, it rotates the object for all the frames.  How do i set it to rotate for each individual frame in the path.  Thanks again.  Dan

This is on a Win 10 Pro PC.I am trying to remove older versions of PS and Premier (P) Elements (ver 11) as I have ver 15 of these newly purchased and installed.I used the ControlPanel_Add/Remove to uninstall PS and P Elements ver 11.I still have the following that I would like to removeDirectory: Z:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements 11\SystemFiles in the above directory: ADMUI2.fon, ADMUI3.fon, Premiere.fon, Premiere.sifListings in CP-Add/Remove for PS and P Elements 11I tried deleting the fonts corresponding to the above files in CP-Fonts, but those are shortcuts and don't get deleted.Any idea how to get rid of these items?Is there a tool to completely remove all traces of these (and other) Adobe software from my PC?Thx.Aloke

Hi,I am new to Adobe Premiere Elements 11 so I would like a little advice on the input device I am attempting to use-;I am about to begin transferring a large number of home movie Beta tapes from my old Beta machine and onto my computer hard drive.I am using a Canopus ADVC110 converter into my computer via FireWire/Thunderbolt connector. When I attempt to choose  the input type from the drop down list I am told this is the incorrect input and will not give optimum results, the software identifies the ADVC 110 ok.My computer is a iMac 5K display running an i7 processor, a AMD Radeon R9 M259X graphics card and 24GB memory.I am new to video editing but following many promises to people to provide the Beta content I have to start now.Thanks in anticipation.Carl Taylor

Am using elements 11 on a MacThis used to work but now I don't understand why I am unable to add keyframes in the motion effects window. I can still add a keyframe in the timeline but I would prefer to work in the applied effects window. See image:I can't find any settings for this or why in one project the keyframes are active but in another they are not. The image is a simple bitmap

I had recently brought Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 & Premiere Elements 14 about three to four months ago and after I had seen Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 & Premiere Elements 15 came out. I cannot return Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 & Premiere Elements 14 to the store because I have already used the codes and installed it to my computer also the selves at the store is restocked with Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 & Premiere Elements 15. Is there a way for me to upgrade to Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 & Premiere Elements 15 for a discount? I did see an offer for it to be 89.99$ but that was a limited deal and I couldn't afford it at the time.... I know this is a bit hard to read due to the various references to the product. Thank you in advanced for anyone who can answer my question.

So, I'm not very experienced in using Premiere Elements, and I'm definitely not experienced in using Photoshop, so I need a little help from you guys. When adding a logo, that I edited in Photoshop Elements 15, to Premiere Elements 14, the logo populated with a black border on either side of the logo itself. I can't find any troubleshooting tips on how to remove this anywhere online, so I'm turning to the experts for advice. Please help, as I need to upload this video to YouTube, and can't have this border on the sides of my logo. Thank you all.

Hello,when I add  Video or Musik into my Project and then press the preview button the preview Speed is to fast. I Looks like the preview has a double Speed.When I Export the Project the Speed is correct.Is there any Option to Change the preview Speed? I rendered the Project - not Change. There is no Change in the Project to run Clips faster or slower.This is related to my Installation of PRE15 - I do not have the same effect in PRE14.Thanks for your Reply.Guenter

Hello everyone. I have recently experienced an issue on a project and have not been able to fix it. The project assets folder is not opening when I add media or want to select a particular file. I have followed some other threads trying to answer this question but their solutions did not work for me. I tried to remove the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs files but it only worked temporarily for the very next new project that I opened, the project assets folder will open. However, it will not work on older projects or any subsequent projects after that first new project is started. I am running Adobe Premiere Elements 12 on a Windows 10 OS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PE12 on imac ,latest OS, I import stills and video  clips from Organiser into PE. All displayed OK in Timeline icons, but in the video itself, some clips are rotated thru 90' I cannot see any logic as to which clips.never seen this before. I can then manually rotated them OK , buts it a real nuisance! Chris

I have a Panasonic x920 camcorder set to record at 1080p 50fps and 5.1 dolby audio.  I have to have 5.1 set to get the audio zoom facility to work on the camcorder.When I import the recorded file the project becomes AVCHD 1080p50.  The audio plays fine in the preview window but is silent when played on the Video/Audio 1 timeline.  If I insert the clip into the video/audio 4 (5.1) position I get audio but can't control it, so I can't fade the start and end of the clip it simply plays at full volume.My understanding is if a 5.1 audio clip is placed in audio 1 to 3 it should play as stereo.  If placed in audio 4 it should play as dolby but export as stereo, as the project is 1080p 50fps which does not have an option to include dolby, only stereo output.Has anyone else had this problem in Premiere Elements 15 version 20160905.daily.1036636?If I manually create a project as Full HD 1080i 25fps with 5.1 dolby audio and import the file it will not play in audio 1 position

I have been using PSE 12 for the past few years and finally upgraded to PSE 15. On my first project I uploaded my videos into my project and applied them to the timeline. On playback they stop and stick and then start again so only showing a couple of frames in the video.  So they dont play smooth. I then put the same videos into PSE 12 and they played back beautifully?The videos are MP4 files and are from my Sony Cybershot HX20V. But they work fine in PSE 12 so it may be a set up issue in PSE 15? My project settings are here in PSE 15And this is the setting for the video itself?This below is the settings in PSE 12 which work fine ?The only thing I can see is the 25fps in PSE12 and 30 in PSE 15? I changed the setting to Frame but that didnt do any goodmy PC is a Packard Bell Windows 8.1 64 bitI dont think its the PC as everything works fine in PSE 12Please let me know if you need any more infoJilly LoweUK 

I am using PE 14 and using the garbage matte effect to change exposures in interior window clips.  The general process is to underexpose one clip, allowing a good exposure of the window, then apply a matte to get that exposure on the "good" clip.  This works well when I have only one window to worry about.  I cannot achieve this with more than one window and multiple mattes.My question, is it possible to use more than one matte on a clip?  I also tried stacking more than two videos, each with its own matte, but that did not seem to work either.The images below show what I am trying to do.  This is kind of a worst case scenario - I am using these for this for testing purposes. The initial image shows the "bad" windows.  The second image show the improved window (left) with a matte.  But I could not get it to work for the second window - using two mattes on the same clip.In Premiere Pro, is this possible, using the new layering/matte method?  

For some reason, my Image Control/Brightness default is -3 -- I'd like to make it 0.  I click Reset and it resets... but only for that specific effect; the next time I go to Image Control/Brightness it's back to -3.  Can anything be done?

I am a new user of Adobe Premiere Elements 15. I recently completed a video project. The person i had hired shot all of the footage in 4K at 3840 x 2160 at 25 FPS. My computer is windows 10 with a 1.80 TB hard drive, 20 GB of RAM, a NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 55TI video card and a i5-2400 CPU running at 3.10 GHz. I have had no problems running the software itself. I can still import the 4K video into the timeline. However, when i play back the video, the video is really choppy. Most of the time, the screen just turns a green color. When i play just the audio from the video, all i hear is a white noise.  When i try to export the video as an HD 1080 file, the video will start to render. After a few minutes, i get an error message that says the video did not render properly even when the screen shows 100% on the export window.I could really use some help resolving this issue. If anyone knows of a better way to render a 4K video to HD 1080 inside Premiere Elements 15, please let me know. I wi

Wher can I find user manuel Dutch premiere elements 15?

I get the above error when attempting to launch Premiere Elements 12 with an account without admin privileges.  Any standard domain user account gets the same error (application installed locally). Browsing the forums it seems like it points to rights to local folders.  However, our domain accounts are setup to redirect to the users personal home directory on a network drive.  Any fix?

I insert 3 video clips, each MP4s about 4 minutes long, 720p resolution. Simple job, a title, and transitions between each one. But as I am playing the video clips back on the timeline, PE will just stop at random, as if I hit the spacebar or stop button.Any logical reason this is happening?

I imported a .mts file into the organizer from a SD memory card.The video was shot on a Sony NEx-5n and I am using an iMac.When I play back the video in organizer there is no sound.I imported that video from Organizer to Premiere and then the sound was ok.Does organizer support sound for .mts files? (I also imported Mp4 video from the same camera into organizer and the sound was just fine)Thanks,

I know how to add two videos together, in most of my videos i pause  and then cut part out and connect the next video right to it and it picks right up. But how do i add some cool kind of transitions between those two videos, like what you can do on powerpoints, do unique transitions between slides. For example as the one video ends it acts like a page of a book is being turned and the new video picks right up from there. How do i add those transitions? Thanks
