My computer came with Adobe Elements Premiere Elements Version 12 But my computer was hacked and had to be wiped clean.  How can I recover my product?[Moved from Photoshop Elements to Premiere Elements... Mod]

I use Adobe Premiere Elements 7, it just went into an update.  Now it is asking for a lock code, when I copy the code it asks me to do and then click on the website, I get a messaged that the page is no longer found.  I need the lock code to be able to make a couple of DVD's for the office.  What can I do to get this code.Thank youTeri

Oh, I hope someone can help. My sanity is at stake here...PSE14, Windows 10.Expert mode. AVI files from my game camera. They import and play fine on the timeline and preview/clip monitor.Problem: I need to trim the first four frames from each clip. No matter how I trim each clip, when I play the timeline the clips revert to untrimmed. What I have tried: In preview/clip monitor I advance four frames and set the IN point. Right-click and select Insert to add pre-trimmed clip to timeline. On the timeline the clip appears to be trimmed. I repeat for remaining clips. When I play the timeline the clips are no longer trimmed. I have also trimmed by dragging from the end of each clip on the timeline. All clips appear trimmed until I play the timeline and they are no longer trimmed.I have also trimmed each clip on the timeline by advancing four frames and splitting, then deleting the unwanted four frames. Same story, all clips appear trimmed until I play the timeline and once again all clips ar

I have an older project that was made with Photo Story 1 and have it saved to an WMV file. I am finding that it will not play on some DVD players. It will play on a computer. Can I either Convert it to a file to burn it to a DVD so that it will play on older DVD players? (I did Google it and it seems like there are some downloads to be able to do this but am hesitant to download a 3rd party offer)Or is there a way to take the movie that I have burned to disc and copy it and reburn it in a format that will play on all DVD players?Thanks

Hi,I want to render video in .mov format but all the presets in Premiere Elements 10 are set to 720x480 frame and in Advanced settings I am not allowed to increase frame size. And I cannot find any way to create my own QuickTime preset there. Is there any fix for this? What's the use of a low quality output like 720x480 anyway?Thank you

Hi,Im trying to copy+paste amharic writing into Premiere Elements 12, but it can't read the symbols (there are only squares with crosses appearing). I've already downloaded an amharic font (Keyman for Amharic | በአማርኛ ይጻፉ), so I'm now able to type amharic letters, but it doesn't work in Premiere Elements. I've seen that there are websites to change arabic letters into a format which can be read by Premiere, but I couldn't find anything similar for amharic writing. Does anyone have an idea how this could work?Thank you for your help!

The directions/help say that I should see a dialogue box when I open a new project, and the directions follow from there. However, I see no dialogue box. I currently am using premiere elements 14. When I output my 1080 p 60fps video to a blue ray disk,  my only option is interlaced at 29.97 fps. If I upgrade to version 15 can I now burn 60 fps @ 1080 P? Thanks for a quick response.

I would like a refund to my account please hoovey1969@yahoo.com for both Adobe Premiere Elements 14 and for Adobe Premiere Elements 15.Over a year ago, I purchased the bundle for Adobe Premiere Elements 14 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 14.  I have been with Adobe since about release 4.Unfortunately, with Adobe Premiere Elements 14 I never successfully could export a video.   I had recently recovered my system after a crash and started over in my environment setup.  I gave up after searching online and trying different ideas and went back to using Adobe Premeire Elements 11 without issue.   I occasionally would see the "red" in preview, and I would almost always get "error compiling movie. unknown error." whenever I do a project.I have recently now been having issues with Adobe Premiere Elements 11 with the imported videos some coming in as a 1440 x 1080 size and somem coming in as 1920x1080 and having to manually resize them all.  It is a pain so I fin

I got some problem when I have to burn my Movie to Blu-Ray. I do not got anything on the disk, tray different way even to burn to DVDWrite to Adobe in Sweden about that, they may not have any solution. As I understand they send my question to you.Now I have got very meny mail form Adobe how I have to go round my problem. I am very thaksfull for that hope yopu may tell them all I have now find the solution.Do not know anything about ISO file which I got when i burn to my disc. After lerning from many of your mail I got. Copy my ( empty disc) to my computer, there I find my ready Movie. Than I want to burn from the computer file to a new disc that i can use on a recorder to TV. Even that make problem, could export my computer filebut burn not exepted to the Blu-ray, tray to install using my dator mouse and that work. How do I keep a batch of images that I have uploaded to the asset box in numerical order.If I take a batch of, say, 20 images/files from a folder and upload them to elements they appear in a different order to that in the original folder. This means that I have to rearrange the files individually onto the timeline rather than copy and paste them. This take a long time but is also irritating if you miss 1 or 2.How do I avoid this and make my workflow quicker and more efficient?Phil

Just bought a copy of Premiere Elements 15 so I could burn a DVD of some simple video files. I am getting a "transcoding error" immediately after initiating a burn. This issue is unchanged if the type is ISO to a folder or to DVD. I do not get the error if I burn a Blu-ray or AVCHD ISO to folder.I have simplified to a short *.mov or *.mp4 video file with no menus.Thanks for the help. Bill

I had a lecture recorded with a video camera. To have better sound quality i recorded live my voice in a digital audio recorder. I input in Elements 14 (mini mac) the video file with its audio and also my extra audio file. I had clapped hands in order to have a clear sync sign. I muted the audio of the video (of the camera), but i cannot syncronise in the timeline the "good" audio. I cannot put the waveform of the audio from the video to match exactly the audio waveform of the "good" audio. I dragged carefully in maximum zoom, but the files cannot come exactly one over the other. In the first 10 min its rather ok, but then the sync is lost. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. I have read the forum questions regarding this and still not able to come up with a solution. I am basically finished with my project and want to render it before I burn. Here are my specsPremier Elements 12Windows 10Gray tabs span the entire timelineVideo Preview "same as project"  236 GBImported clips are 1050x750450 clipsSettings  DSLR Time Base 29.97Frame size 1920 x 1080Pixel Ratio Square Pixels (1.0)Are there any suggestion that will help? The first portion of my project is rendered and than there are sporadic orange and green lines on the rest. When I try to render it starts briefly and than quits. It than revert back to the beginning of the project.

I downloaded Elements 15 to Windows 10. There it appeared as "Adobe Photoshop Elements _ 903??Then told me to get an app for installation, However Window store does not have an app for Elements  15??Used PS elements app and only got  a very small sample of usage?? I have been using Premier Element 11 to import and edit my Mini DV tapes since Adobe in their wisdom removed this feature from PE-14 which I have.The program has been running fine on Windows 10 until yesterday when Windows 10 updated itself.I play the tapes in a Sony DHR-1000 deck but now when I try to access DV camera the program crashes and the following error message is displayed" Adobe Premier Element 11 has stopped working. A problem caused the Program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program"I am now left with 7 years of memory on Mini DV tapes to edit.The computer is home built and has been working fine and all drivers are up to date therefor I won't bore you with specs.Any help, advice and guidance is greatly appreciated.Mike
