Premiere Elements

Liebe Community,ich bin frisch von Premiere Elements 2024 auf die Version 2025 umgestiegen.Mir ist aufgefallen das rechts oben über der Timeline keine Zoomfunktion für die Timeline +/- zu sehen ist, ich habe schon länger gesucht und nichts gefunden. hat jemand einen Tipp wo man die Funktion findet? Version 2024 Version 2025 Desweiteren ist mir aufgefallen, das wenn ich einn Text vor ein Video schiebe nur der Videobereich verschoben wird, aber nicht der Audiobereich. Früher war die Video/Audio grundsätzlich erstmal miteinander verknüpft und nicht voneinander getrennt. Ich würde mich über eure Hilfe serh freuen.Liebe Grüße Peter

I've just up-dated to Elements 2025 and jumped into my favourite feature in Organiserto create a slideshow of my recent holiday pics.To my surprise the theme type I use .  Pan and Zoom is no longer there.  It also appears to be the only theme that's not there since my Elements 2023 version. Is Pan and Zoom there coming back or is there an up-date to get it back.  Thanks Pete.

Mano: My laptop on which I had Premiere Elements 2025 has gone kaput. How can I shift the package to another laptop and a different email?

Can I place the Monitor window on a second monitor or TV?My main monitor is fine for gaming, but its color accuracy is poor. I’d like to use my second monitor/TV for color grading. Is this possible in APE 2025? 

I think I don’t understand how the color wheel works. What does it mean to ‘scrub the wheel up to increase the value or down to decrease’? When I click the wheel and drag the cursor, I can see the colors changing, and that part is fine. But I don’t understand what ‘scrubbing the wheel’ means. For example: ‘Scrub on the Shadows wheel up to lighten shadows, and scrub on the Highlights wheel down to darken highlights.’ I don't see "lighthening or darkening the Shadows or Highlights" Color Correction and Grading panel  

After a Microsoft update of my new PC, my Premiere Elements has lost all contact with the folders and files that Premiere Elements created previously. My templates that I use are not found. I don't know how to recreate or find the link back to the folders called 25.0 Does Any know how to solve the problem? 

In some page https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/release-note/update.htmlWE can see there is an update 19.4. I installed from disk and it would freeze when I click update now.Now I downloaded from Adobe account, and it's 19.0 and update is grayed.

I have had 4 sports cameras (4k).  The first two allowed me to add MP4 videos to Adobe Premiere Elements Video Editor (Elements 2023) no problem.  The latter two would not allow me to add their files, also said to be MP4, showing message “the importer reported a generic error”.  I have downloaded latest codecs but this doesn’t work.  Any ideas?  The updates option is greyed out so not sure if there is a fix

Hi I have 2 projects, with about 10 segments of video in each, I want to copy and paste different segments between the 2 projects. Is there a way to open the Adobe Premiere Elements program TWICE so i can do split screen and then drag or copy and paste between them?When i tried to open 2, the second project just opens on top of the first project and i can no longer se the first project. Alternatively, what is the best way to do this? Thanks!

Is anyone else out there having serious problems with Premiere Elements 2024. I have been using the 2021 version for years and it was great but with the new features arriving in newer versions I thought it would be worth upgrading.  I downloaded it and tried to use it but it keeps crashing, or else not importing files or something else. It has been like this for almost a year. Any ideas?

Hi, I am working on 2 screens and when I move Adobe Premiere 2020 Elements on the second screen and I click on 'Full screen' to enlarge the window, it does not go on full screen and as per picture desktop is still visible!!!!   I have tried to increase manually the window insthead of the 'full screen' button but when I reach the desktop area that is not covered during full scree, the window goes automatically on the first monitor instead of covering the area.   Can you please tell me how to fix this? It looks like a really bad bug, I am quite surprised that this is happening on an Adobe software..  

I have just bought the Premiere Elements 2025. I am not able to use any of the features in the 'Guided Edits' section (text, video transition etc). Besides, I am not able to edit any 'Text' that I want on the video even with 'Quick edits' or 'Advanced Edits'.Kindly help,Thank youAlok Dabi

Im trying to install premiere and photoshop elements 2019, but when i launch the installer it shows a blank window (shown below) but it doesnt do anything at all, has anyone else had this problem?

Does APE2025 use Nvidia NVEnc for export?I’m asking because I’ve noticed that export on my Nvidia card is very fast, even for 4K, and I can see significant GPU usage. That wasn’t the case with APE2024.I’m really happy with how quick the export is, but I’m just wondering if this is due to NVEnc being used

Guten Abend - seit einiger Zeit generiert Adobe Premiere Elements jedesmal einen "Fehlerbericht", den man an Adobe senden soll, wenn ich das Programm schließe. Das Programm wird jedoch ohne Probleme geschlossen, das vorher gespeicherte Projekt auch wieder ohne Verluste geöffnet.Wie kann ich den Fehlerbericht einsehen, der da versendet wird?Was könnte die "Fehlerberichts-Meldung" verursachen?Bisher nervt das nur, es geht ja nichts verloren. I have just purchased the upgrade version of Photoshop Premiere 2025 for the offer price of £107.78 and am unable to access the video section without a window saying upgrade for free trial! I cannot find a telephone number anywhere to access Adobe help? I use a Macbook M2 laptop with the latest Sequoia software 15.6 and if I have a problem with the Mac, I can access telephone help within a few minutes! Can anyone help me with this? Why does the programme show this when I've paid upfront? Should I try and delete the program and reinstall it? I can't even fine an email address to contact Adobe help.Thanks to anyone in advance for any information they can provide.Chris

My video is 3 minutes long and when I export it says 20 mins - I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 and I cant seem to figure out how to trim the video to export only 3 minutes. Can somebody help??

I have just installed Windows 11.I have succesfully installed Premiere Elements 13  but I cannot get it to work.I click on New Project and it asks me to sign in, which I do, but then I get no further as the program doesn't open.

I expand the size of video track 1 to the size I prefer to work, but it keeps going back to the default size after I open other panels etc. I do I stop this happening?

on my Adobe Premiere Elements my software crashes when I try to run a video shot with me Galaxy phone S24 FE 

I have a Osmo Pocket 3. I have taken 10 videos on the same day from the Osmo. I try to bring them into Premiere Elements. It brings in 8 videos and says there are two that it had a problem with HEVC. What the heck is going on. The videos were shot at the same video rate, why would it accept eight but complain about two. I usually end up having to load them up in Devinci Resolve and write them out to work with them. This make no sense.
