Premiere on iPhone to Premiere Pro (Beta) Users with Adobe accounts with cloud storage enabled can send their projects from Premiere on iPhone to Premiere on desktop (Beta) for advanced editing and a seamless workflow.   To transfer projects from mobile to desktop, you'll need to sign in with an Adobe account that includes a Premiere Pro subscription and cloud storage.
