Premiere Rush

Most of the times I try to open Rush on my ipad mini 6th gen or on my iphone 14 pro max i get a small blue circle spinning for hours. Rush doesn't meant to be a "rush" app. It is so frustrating. I pay a lot on adobe cc and I don't understand this kind of issues.

When I open Rush, it stays on the loading screen permanently. I'm running the free trial version to test it out to see if I want to subscribe. I've looked across the web and this support forum for what to do to fix it.  Running the program as Admin does not fix it.Switching the display adapter does not fix it. (Nor do I think that's a good fix in general)Signing out and then signing back in will get me to the tutorial, but then I get stuck on the preparing video loading bar. I really want this app to work for me. I have 32 gb RAM, i5-10600k, Radeon RX 480 gpu.Please help. Thanks.

Hi Adobe, ich vermisse in Rush für noch schnelleres Editing und eine komfortable Bearbeitung, dass man über den Mehrfachselektor Parameter wie Dauer und Geschwindigkeit und Filter etc. auf alle ausgewählten Clips anwenden kann und das nicht bei jedem einezelnen tun muss. Und was auch cool wäre, wenn man die Standarddauer von importierten Bildern bzw. Freezframes wie in Premiere in den Voreinstellungen festlegen könnte. Danke fürs Zuhören, liebe Grüße.

I was working on a project on Premiere Rush last month and now when I tried to open Rush, it is constantly stuck at the blue loading circle. I have tried logging out, uninstalling CC/Rush and running as administrator but nothing works. I tried deleting the Premiere Rush/1.5 folder and I was able to start Premiere Rush but it is like a new account and none of my previous projects are there. They are not sync-ed to the cloud because I have 9GB of files there when I had a subscription before but i didn't bother to delete so it was always full. Please help me recover this project.

As I learn Premier Rush, I was losing track of which media files I had added to my video. So I created a new folder called "added" and moved any media files to it that I had added. All my media links in the project disapeared (syncing was not on). I moved the files back to the original folder but it doesn't see them.Is there a fix or do I need to start over?

Rush crashing continuously while trying to render 500 MB of file 

I'm not much for learning via tutorials alone; I just blame am, and I can't afford going back to college to take classes.  Any hotlines available, or chatrooms, or even better, people I can Zoom with?  I  may even be willing to pay, under the right circumstances.   Mod note: Title was changed.

I'm importing video clips shot on the DJI MIMO app and the lip sync is several frames off. Suggestions or advice?

I'm trying to stitch together several HD video clips that total 7min 59sec. I'm doing this on an iPhone 13 Pro Max 1TB with over 500GB free so it's not a space issue. I am on iOS 16.5 and rebooting has done no good. I can do this in iMovie, but I really don't like its interface and prefer Rush. Thoughts on why it would freeze every time & at different places?

Porque no puedo exportar videos con efectos,graficos,transiciones,velocidad etc..en premiere rush.

Seria interessante ter a possibilidade de alterar o padrão de cor, pois quando importo arquivos do meu iphone a cor fica como se estivesse num padrão diferente. No premiere do computador eu resol isso indo em "modify" e "interpret footage". Porém aqui não existe esse recurso.

Hello, I was editing in Rush when I got an alert that rush had not saved in a while and to exit to the main menu to force a save. I clicked OK on it and finished the cut I was working on, and then clicked the home button, and Rush stopped responding, which I honestly expected. I shut down rush and reopened it fine, but when I went to open the project back up nothing loaded, at all, it was just a grey screen with nothing, not even the UI. I could not even get options in the toolbar menus. I restarted Rush and tried again, and the same thing happened. I could open up other projects fine, but not the one it crashed on. I have room on the drive Rush is located on to save, I look and see that Rush is actually using my CPU and storage for the first few seconds after I click on the project, but it just slowly stops using them and becomes idle and just sits around. You would think that the project got corrupted or something, but I would think that the UI would sti

All my projects just disappeared. How do I recover them? I spent hours putting them together and now they are all gone. 

Hey there!I'm pretty new to Premiere Pro but already struggling &#x1f605I'm trying to edit some videos (mobile, iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16.4.1), just adding some text as kind of watermark. It worked well for the first video. When I started with the second I noticed that the first second of the video (not audio) is slo motion so video and audio don't fit. I checked everything like a million times and I simply can't find where I made the mistake. Maybe the screen record helps... I'd be glad to know what I did wrong 🙂

Nowadays even last time i used premiere its always give me headache in importing video from my iphone to premiere rush. It is always stuck, and i have to do it multiple times until it start loading.. i paid for annual subsciption and not worth the 100+ dollars if this is always the issue...

I've called in a video to install and edit Premier Rush, but the cut video below is normal.The problem is that the video source screen above is green.If you edit and export the video, it doesn't come out in a normal color.What's the problem?

I uploaded my music video as an mp4 file to Rush and this is the 1st time I've had this issue where the audio is slowed down and or distorted. All I wanted to do was add text for tiktok ig etc. When I export it comes out fine sometimes. I updated and uninstalled/reinstalled off my galaxy 23 ultra with no results. Help!!!

Hi! I pay for the Creative Cloud All Apps plan, and I just downloaded Premiere Rush. It says I only have three exports available, though. I thought the All Apps plan included this program. I'm wondering if this is a glitch, or if I have to upgrade my plan to use it. Thanks in advance for your help!

I am using Adobe Rush on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I have multiple clips in a sequence and now one of my clips just turned to a black space. The app wont let me select the clip to delete it or move it. Its just a black space filling up that section in my sequence.I know that the file cant be corrupt or anything because its a clip from a longer video, where another small clip from the original video is working just fine. I have tried refreshing the app & even logging into the project from another device & it just shows the same black space. Please help. I would hate to start this project all over due to the amount of work I've already put into it. Attached is a screenshot of how it shows up 

I can access my cloud files from my ipad (I have 2tb storage with apple cloud) but i can not find the path to my cloud storage from rush desktop app interface....

Hi,  I am wondering if there is a way to identify the names of the video clips.  I imported the video clips on my iPad Pro.  I have the sync turned on and they all (24) synched to the Adobe cloud (no more circle).  I synched down to my PC but I still see a bunch of RED videos with an exclamation point showing the link is not there on my PC.  On my pc the Creative Cloud said that file sync is completed.  I am trying to figure out what files my PC thinks are not synched?  Or is there a better way to fix the sync issue?  I have restarted Rush on both the iPad and PC and turned off sync and turned it back on with no improvement. It's a huge file.  About 3 hours worth of video and it's been uploading since 10 am pst and it's 5:30 pm now. Thanks for all your recommendations.

I have a Gen4 iPad Pro with the mk2 chip and am trying to use Premiere Rush to do first drafts of videos while away from my main computer. However, no matter what I do I keep getting a media import error - unsupported media type message every time I try to create a project. I shoot with a Sony a7iv and dji drones. I have tried importing log files and normal files but get the same message. I want to use Rush so I can then continue editing in Premiere Pro but if there is no easy fix I may have to switch to DaVinci resolve (not my preferred option).

Hey there, Does anyone have a fix for this situation in Premiere Rush? When I play the project, it looks fine (full screen like in the timeline), but when I pause it or export it, the video appears as this tiny vertical stripe. I have no idea what is going on. Any help? Thanks!
