Premiere Rush

I'm new to Premiere Rush and have uploaded some stills and short video clips to practice with on the app.As I'm working I get a pop-up telling me the program was unable to save my file and to close the app to save my work.  Sounds Odd.  I check under the 'file' tab and there is no 'save' or 'save as' function.So I close the program.  It freezes.  "Not Responding"I try a few times.  Same result.  So I share and save to desktop .....  okI continue editing video.  But still doesn't auto-save and goes non-responsive.So, how do I save a work-in-progress and stop the program from crashing.At the moment it's not conducive for me to invest subscribing to.Thank you in anticipation .....    Glynne

I cannot cut clips on adobe rush android. I want to cut clips, use speed up slow down but there is no option for that. Please add more of the common effects used in premiere pro. It's almost perfect for quick edits but I need to be able to cut clips 

I'm having trouble exporting any video. My phone has over 100 GB free and I try to export a 3 GB video and it crashes mid export saying i don't have enough storage. I don't even have any other projects in the app anymore thinking it was app storage. Incredibly disappointing after all the edits have been made

When I export my video, it looks great while editing but after exporting the quality sucks: its overexposed, desaturated and has a change in tint. This is very problematic. I'm editing on an iPhone 14 Pro.

Lots of my files saved on the cloud are damaged and only showing a red screen with an exclamation mark. what caused the problem and can I retrieve the original file back? Thank you.

It would be helpful to just transfer Rush mobile projects to Premiere via a cable instead of uploading only. Especially when you're in a "rush" 😉 

Where to you reassign the base folders for Rush so that the asset folder is not on the c: drive

Adobe has had poor app support for over 30 years. Why do they release products that don’t work? What is wrong with the beta testers? I'm so tired of unexpectly working around something that was working fine decades ago. I'm not calling for Adobe's support. Ever. I'm calling to say Adobe's app doesn't work effectively in production. I don't like being dependent upon upon Adobe's server's either. This is query is for 3XOG only. 

Can we get an aspect ratio option for 2:35:1? Its annoying trying to make a video cenimatic and you just can't crop it to that aspect ratio. Adding black bars is also annoying because if you export it you will get the black bars around your video.

When I place a .psd file (in this case a cutout of myself with type next to my head) it looks high rez until the video actually starts playing, then it becomes low rez? How to avoid this and/or keep placed .psd or .ai files high rez? I've attached a screenshot that shows the file when placed and then how it looks as soon as I hit the play button. Thanks!Dave

I bought Adobe Rush Premier and added music to a video. I thought the purpose of this music was to be able to use it,  but my video has a copyright claim now? How can I use the music with receiving a claim? I've used some other music on this app without a problem? How can I tell which music may be used in videos and what may not be used in videos?

Any video that I export have some problems with block pixels please see attachment

I instal it from creative cloud and its not ask for licence ? is that normal ?  

I just switched to the iPhone 14 Plus. I upload the videos to edit and the color is fine. I edit and save and the color is fine. When I start downloading the color is fine, but midway through the color of my video changes to a "cool blue" filter and it won't allow me to change it. I have checked the camera settings and there is no filter applied. I have checked Adobe rush and there are no filters applied. I have rebooted my phone, deleted the Rush app and reinstalled, and it is still doing it. Help!!

Hi,I've edited a short video on Adobe Rush and used Prelude from the music library. I believed this music to be royalty free but after uploading the video to YouTube I have now received a copyright claim. How do I dispute this? Duncan

As you can see attached. Once I export the colour randomly changes after the title sequence finishes. During the preview this doesn't happen, only when I export. How do I stop this?You can see attached, it looks weird. The colour is great and then it looks funny for no reason? Any help?
