Premiere Rush

I'm trying to make a fun compilation of all the moments me and my friends have had in Premiere Rush. However I cannot export the video due to it saying I'm using premium features and i must upgrade to use those. It says I'm using Auto Reframe but I've combed through ever single clip and not one has that toggled. I'm on my iPad using the Adobe Premiere Rush App most recent update.

My Go Pro 10 outputs MP4 video. Until recently the Rush editor worked fine. Recently it has been unable to load the video files due to a missing Codec. I have Rush installed on 2 computers. The desktop windows 10 refused to load the MP4 files. I tried installing different versions of Rush to no avail. Winows 10 does not have the particular CODEC required but even so the programn has worked in the past. In desperation I tried the laptop windows 10 with all the same  settings etc. The file loaded perfectly. With a creative cloud membersip, The Photography Plan Premier Rush is supposed to have the required Codec installed. Recently both computers keep receiving warning messages about my outdated Video adapter. The laptop is a Windows Surface Book with two Video adapters one in the base and the other in the screen. I have no idea what the problem is, except it is possible that on starting Premier Rush it configures itself with various settings. Maybe in the case of the desktop it is n

Hello, I downloaded the mobile verison and desktop version of Adobe Rush.  On both the mobile, and computer versions, I can't edit my text.  I have a samsung mobile (it is compatible with my os), and it will let me select the text I want to use, edit the font, boldness, etc., but I can't actually add my text in the box.  For example: I can select add graphic and select the text I want on my videos.  It will add the sample text on the screen, but absolutely will not allow me to edit the words of the text.  All I can see is "Title" or "Title, subtitle."  I try clicking on the box, double tapping....nothing works.  If I want to bold, choose another font, or italicize something, it will let me do that, but nothing else. I paid for the monthly subsciption thinking that would help, but it doesn't.  I then added it to my computer, but am still having the same issue.  Can anyone help?

Hello support community team, I've tried several times to export my videos but never succeeded. (tips are welcomed here)So I upgraded to a paid plan to be able to sync the videos and then to attempt to export them from another, mightier PC.When I click on the 3 dots on the left bottom corner of the videos, the turn sunc on options appears and upon clicking it a pop up opens that reads "Sync your projects and edit wherever you are, on any device" with the options to learn more, or go back. Upon selecting learn more, I am taken to https://www.adobe.com/products/premiere-rush.htmlWhat I am doing wrong here? How can I sync the videos?Thanks

 How can we discard/revert changes to a project instead of it automatically changing unwanted revisions?  

The Samsung Galaxy S22 (Exynos version) was previously supported. But that support has been removed. Any reason for the removal and will support be reinstated? 

I see that the Rush App on android is already available for the OnePlus 7. Can you also make it availebal for the 8 Pro?Thanks!Jan

Through an obscure post, I found out that Rush no longer supports MOGRTs created in Premiere. While people have been asking for AE support in Motion Graphics for Rush, you seem to have missed the point. Don't REMOVE functionality from a product. We just licensed 30 seats solely because we could allow our clinical associates to use our branded assets though a shared library. (Note: To others that find this post, you have to downgrade back to Premiere v15 to continue updating or creating motion graphics for Rush). Please stop braeking our toys, Adobe. FWIW, we use Rush for creating important messaging for our patients and having consistent content is invaluable to that mission. No dance videos here. 

Hi, I am having trouble with exporting a video i created in premiere rush. Whenever I want to 'share' the video, it keeps freezing and the issue is 'not responding'. I have tried multiple ways to prevent this, but the result is always the same.  When I started with the video, I could save it. But now when it is finished I cannot.  Does anyone has a solution to this problem? Please let me know!  Thanks for your help. 

the audio isn't working for premiere rush, I checked my computer audio and it works fine but it doesn't work for rush, I don't mean like warbled audio, there's no audio at all, it's non-existent. had anyone had this problem or know the solution?

I'm trying to trim a video and when I export (share) the video, the resulting video's audio and video are out of sync.I'm running Windows 10 Pro with a AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 2400GE w/ Radeon Vega Graphics 3.20 GHz processor Thanks

I do not have sync turned on for any of my Rush videos. Have them saved locally. How do I change that they should be saved onto an SSD drive instead of C:?I would like to be able to plug that same SSD into a different laptop and pick up from where I was holding. I also do not want the programs to take up room on my C drive.

Currently upgraded to Google pixel 5 from Google pixel 4. The app is no longer compatible. I cannot download if from the play store. 

Why i can't download my video in premiere rush!

I have just finished editing a project and exported it - the export proccess stopped in the middle without any notice and now when i'm trying to open the project again it just won'e open...what should i do?

Edited a video. No way to save it to my computer. No options given. 

I have a Samsung GS21Ultra. I successfully uploaded video footage into Ru and the cloud from my phone. I can edit from there just fine but would rather use a bigger screen for ease. When I log into my desktop version of Ru or Pr it shows the correct thumbnail but when I click on it the footage is just green, red, black. I press play and it shows continuous green/red/blue/gray screen. The files are mp4. I tried uploading just a 10 second file instead of all the files... no luck. I need troubleshooting help! HELP!

I was having problems with Rush playing back in double speed all the time, so I followed some advice on the forum here and reset my preferences. I had some trouble getting my projects back after that, but they have now appeared again. I'm still getting double speed playback however. How do I fix this?

I'm trying to create a timelapse video out of stills on my laptop. I have all the pics and it will play them at normal speed. I need to speed it up. The speed options won't highlight in the program. What am I doing wrong?I also downloaded the app on my iPad to try it there. I have all the pics, 1600 of them, but I have to select each one. There is no option to select all?Thanks for any help.
