Premiere Rush

Hi all,  I currently have 2 plans, 'premiere pro plan' since 2019 (includes prem pro, media encoder, rush, 15 mobile/web apps) and 'creative cloud photography plan (20gb)' since 2020 (includes photoshop, lightroom, rush, bridge, 15 mobile/web apps). As I only use Rush from the premiere pro plan, I want to cancel it (it's double the price of the other plan). However, Adobe support is adamant that Rush is not included with my photography plan even though it says it is on my account and I've been paying for the plan with it included for years. I also got an email in Oct/Nov 2021 saying that basically Spark was being replaced in my photography plan by Rush and PS express. So what is the truth? I spoke on Adobe chat, kept getting transferred, all 3 people kept telling me Rush is not included in my plan. So either 1. my plan has been a lie this whole time, 2. the email they sent out last year was a lie and Rush wasn't added, or 3. they are mistaken and I do have Rush on t

Hey everyone, lately I have been having issues with working on projects with my IPad, or in other words it doesn't work at all anymore. This only occurred about two weeks ago and up until that point it worked fine.I get the red exclamationmark in the top right corner saying that the media imported from my Laptop is missing and the upload might not be finished.I have checked multiple times, the files are fully uploaded on my laptop, I have a good internet connection on both devices and still 10GB of cloud storage left. I also have logged out of all applications and even tried reinstalling everything and nothing seems to be working, I can't even sync a five minute video.Something that also didn't work before this problem was syncing any kinds of audio or songs in projects to my IPad or the other way around.Thank you for your help, or for any tips on what I could try. All the best,Maylies 

I have a Adobe Photographic plan with 20 GB of space. I was near the limit and in order to free space I erased some Rush projects stored in the cloud.But then i ckeck that my free space in the cloud storage plan since LR, and It was the sameAnyone Know if Rush projects take up space from cloud storage plan, like LR synced photos thanks

So I recorded a video that had a lot of noise in the background and so i took advantage of the remove background noise feature in Rush and cranked it up to 70% intensity. When I would to to play back the video, the audio for the first second of each clip was very quiet and then it would go back to normal. I scrubbed it back and did the playback again and it seemed to all be completely fine.However when I went to export the video to my files and watched it from there, I had the same issue as before. Is there anything i can do within rush to try and fix this as much as possible? Thanks.

Hi I have Adobe Rush on a mac (OsMojave) and the latest version of Rush.Whenever we try and render a video (we have switched off creative cloud syncing and are rendering only to local drive) the image flickers throughout the video (preview is fine)  See screenshot at same time in video.  Any ideas what could be causing this?  Rendering settings below image.  Thank you.

Hi, why isnt possible to use this nice programm on my XIAMO device?

I excpect a PAID  basic editor to have this, hell, even CapCut has it, and its COMPLETELY FREE.

I'm trialling Rush, and was just finishing my first-ever project when everything froze, my computer had to restart, and the Project has seemingly dissappeared. Any suggestions?

Online it says the Premiere Rush Starter is free and allows unlimited exports. My Premiere Rush Starter application when I open it says I only have 3 exports in the free starter plan and will need to upgrade to export more. This is frustrating, and I'm confused. I tried reinstalling the free version, but it still says I need to upgrade to export more than 3 times.

Hi there! I was in the middle of working, closed the app to take a break, and when I reopened Premiere Rush, my projects are showing as blank. Here are two screenshots:  I'm on a 2021 MacBook Pro (M1 Max Chip). Help!!!

Hello, Having trouble with Rush on my Desktop. It's been great, but recently, it has stopped rendering. Renders, then freezes, program crashes, have to force quit with Task Manager.  Also using on my iphone 11 pro. Working fine there and projects sync.  Any ideas?  Thanks

I recently updated and went to create a new rush project. I use some files from my external hard drive and it is no longer showing as a media source in Rush. I use an iMac and have verified the drive is connected and is accessible elsewhere. HELP!

Hi, I finished my video and tried to export and the programme doesn't respond. When I eventually force the programme to cloe and restart everything is there and i can edit my file or even duplicate and make changes but any time I try to share it stops responding. any suggestions? I started making the video on my phone then moved to my desktop to finish it. I tried duplicating the file and removing audio as that was the last thing I added but still the program stops responding. I have the latest version of the programme on both devices but am mainly using my laptop. Any help appreciated.

On iOS app. Trying to splice my video in certain spots but the timeline video and audio doesn't match the main frame image (see screenshot). When I splice the video in the correct place on the timeline, it actually splices it where the video is according to the main picture frame. Why don't these match? I have opened several new video projects, each with the same issue. Yes I'm running the most recent version of the app. HALLLP 

Hello.  I'm trying to create a video clip from multiple still images.  Can I type in the duration that each image as a fraction of a second?  For example: .5, .75, or .87?  I have not been able to find documentation on this, and I am not clear on exactly what a frame is in the clip duration field.  Thank you!

I had this project in my cloud for a couple months and then when i decided to jump back into it a lot of the files are missing! some of them are still there but i unfortunately deleted all the original clips after i saved it to the cloud and now i don't know what to do!  you can see the clips that have photos on it are clips not deleted and the some of the audio isnt deleted but what do i do about the stuff that is deleted? 

Hi all,I am a novice to Premiere Rush and I am having an issue. I have finished my video and the colors in the preview look correct. After exporting, they appear washed out. How do I fix this? The footage was shot on an iPhone 13. Please help!

I just want to drop a vector logo in my video, and no matter what format i save it in through Illustrator, I can't import it to Rush. "Cannot read from disk" "Cannot preview image" How can something so simple be so complicated? Somebody help please!

When I create a JPEG in my photo gallery and want to use it on a Premiere Rush program on my iPhone, it works on the phone and at the same time sinks with my laptop but puts the files in a HEIC files.  Is there some setting I am missing to it posts on my cell and laptop as jpeg files?? Thanks. Rd

I just taught Adobe Premiere Rush to a group of students.  One student's video will not render, because a Premium Function was used.   I first removed all the additional audio, then removed the graphics.  I also look at the video clip in the various menus and for the life of me... I can not figure out where the Premium Function or Asset was used.   Is there a way to show or highlight where the Premium Function was used.   I actually did not know that Rush had Premium Functions as I have been using it with my subscription for years now.  So, I thought Rush was just free.... little did I know that there were Premium functions.  So now I am desperately trying to figure out where she used something.   I even checked the transitions..... still have no clue.  Looked for little stars to see which one was Premium and nothing shows up.   Thoughts?

I have recently updated the Rush app and changed the email address for my Adobe account. I logged into Rush and now I cannot find my project I was working on (nearly finished). Where could it be? I have all my other projects there just one missing??
