Premiere Rush

I think I maybe missing something obvious with regards to graphics but would appreciate some help as I cannot find the answer on the internet (maybe I'm using the wrong terminology).I want to buy some cool lower thirds social media graphics from one of the online marketplaces. However, places like Envato show software compatibility with Premiere Pro, but never Adobe Premiere Rush.Q1. Are these files compatible for Adobe P Rush?Q2. If not, is it easy to change the file format for use in Rush?Thanks in advance for your help.

Screenshots of issues added to post. After exporting media from Rush, the playback is full of glitchy sections that appear with multicoloured lines randomly placed throughout the length of the clip. Tried both VLC media player, and QuickTime media player. Playback within Rush itself is jumpy and not at all smooth, but features none of the lines or glitches viewable in the above mentioned media players. I also have an issue where using two or more clips of identical size on top of each other in the same position in the additional timelines causes the clip in the second timeline to become completely distorted,  Using a 2013 MacBook Air wuth the most recent version of RushProcessor: 1.3 GHz Intel Core i5Memory: 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 MB Rush export settings:Exported at both 1080p and 720p with the same problems at both speeds.Frame rate 30Video Quality: High Would really appreciate any and all help, thank y

I bought on my iPhone via Apple Store Adobe Premiere Rush for video Annual Premium Membership (yearly) on Jul, 16, 2021.When installing the app in my desktop it doesn´t recognize/sync that I have purchase the app hence all features are turned off and is asking me to purchase the app again. Could someone please help me to get my Rush working on my desktop?Thanks for your support and time!BR Miguel 

I was wondering if someone could help me with audio issues. The sound in my video is good before I split it into clips, after splitting the white noise becomes really loud and ugly in the "new" clip. And this continues with the whole video along the way when I split it into clips. First it is fine and then it goes all noisy and loud.  I have used the reduce background noise option but I don't think it does that much. I did read that someone had a similar issue when editing with the app and someone advised them to do a audio transition. After some research I guess "cross dissolve" should also dissolve the audio but I did not see any difference in my issue with the white noise when applying the transition. Would anyone have any suggestions on what to do about this? Thanks.

Hi, Could those lovely developers please add the following feature:  A 'holding track' that can be muted or unmuted, containing the entire movie file, from which sections can be copied and pasted below into the edited version, without deleting the original in the holding track.  Also 'flags' that can be added to mark pivot points or important moments which would really help when editing a long coversation, for example. Even better, if those flags could then open a little pop up window with a short note/ reference for those important points. Please please please 🙂

I've had Rush on this phone (S21 Ultra) since I got it, I guess my my sub recently lapsed. This evening I opened Rush to edit and had to resub. Then I spent a couple hours editing but it was laggy and buggy. So I started looking around for known issues. I ended up on the Google Play Store where I discovered Rush is no longer compatible with my S21 and the sub I just payed for is useless.  Did this just happen? I used Rush less than 2 weeks ago on this device without issue. Was that a fluke? Is this just me?  Ugh! Adobe is really tanking the Photoshop rep.

Hi,  I can't see my videos. The the sequences are just black. I deleted the videos I cut from on the phone. Thought the vide would be saved in premier rush. Is it possible to see them again?  /Josefine B Title edited by mod

I am trying to download Premier Rush to my phone. In the requirements is says: All the following devices running Android 9.0 and later are supported...Mine is Android 11 and it still says that my device is not compatible. I want to understand why. I have a Samsung Note 10 Lite.  Thanks!

If I copy certain audio files to Premiere, it tends to randomly swap small bits of the audio around. It's a little difficult to describe, but every half second of certain audio files seem to swap around. I think this happens when the clips are particularly long, but I don't really know if that's the issue.

I am new to Premiere Rush, having grown frustrated with the limitations of iMovie. I am running Premiere Rush version 1.5.62(build 61) from Creative Cloud on a Lenovo Laptop running 64 bit Windowns 10 with all current updates and 16Mb of RAM. I get the same result on my iPhone SE. When I attempt to upload the .MOV content from my action camera I get no video (black screen) but full and accurate audio. Windows Movies and TV (stock video player) plays these files without delay and with full audio. The content clips are in 4K 60FPS H.264 Codec. Originally I thought it was a rendering issue and initiated the Premiere Rush plan rather than the free trial to increase sync ability without success. I tried an older .MOV clip shot at 1080P 30FPS and I was able to get both the Video and Audio for that. Is Preniere Rush not capable of handling the same 4K 60FPS content that the free Windows video player app handles without pause? Is there some nuance, such as Codec, that will

Hi , I've created a project on the Ru IOS app on my iPhone then synced with the cloud. When I opened the desktop version of Ru and sync, I can see the project with videos and audio but no pictures. I made a share to force the compile but still it is not hqndling picture (black screen until the video file starts). Please help, I purchased both the app on IOS anc cloud services! Thanks, Chris

No matter how long or the size of my video they glitch while editing and in the final videos as well. I thought this might be a driver issue as a simiallr issue happened on my last computer but my new laptop does not meet the required settings to update the driver. I have also tried clearing the chache but that did not help. 

I open it in my menu and not through "Creative cloud" since through Creative cloud it doesnt open at all.When i try to open in my menu i get error message "the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP110.dlll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." On which i've tried reinstalling and restarting my computer and neither has worked. Thanks

Hi guys. I created my sequence with some clips I captured with my phone.  added a mp3 audio from epidemic sound, put some title and transitions and exported the video.  The project plays fine in Adobe Rush, but when I play the exported version, the audio skips a bit. Tried the Auto, 1080p30 and match framerate. All seems the same.   I also previously made another video using clips from my A7RIII and this happened too.    What could be the issue?   This is the link to the video I posted to my Instagram. When adding one of the videos to a track, instead of a picture in the video, a car screen with an exclamation mark appears

Will Premiere Rush support Samsung Galaxy A21s any time soon? Currently Google Play shows that it's not supported.

Whenever I open the rush, it always notices me that it does not have access to the Adobe Team Porjects service, and, after I clicking the OK button, it stays on the loading screen and I can do nothing as the button of "Create a new project" keeps grey, just like the picture shows.What should I probably do to get into the rush successfully?

When I try to import a video files into premiere it doesnt appear in the timeline like if it never import into itbut when I import the same video again it says impossible to import.Any idea what'is happening ?

Hi allOne of my Adobe Rush Project does not load it just bring me back to the home screen, the rest are ok. I tried logging in and out, restarting the machine as well as updating Rush. It is an urgent project and some advice or assistance will be appreciated. It only happened to the one project and it is the one with the deadline. Thank you in advance. 

I use Rush Premier to edit my game recordings since I'm not quite ready to livestream yet.  Lately, it seems that the videos I record are FINE (everything, audio, video, is perfect) UNTIL I import to Rush to edit.  During the import process it's like everything is being sped up.  So my audio is choppy and way to fast.  I even tried downloading and testing Premiere Pro but it's the same problem.  I just want to trim my video, add some fun stuff and post it but now I have to waste all day figuring out what's wrong and re-recording the same walkthru I just finished.  SO very disappointing for a paid app by Adobe.  Seems like Adobe is lacking lately.  Looks like it's time to stop  my yearly subscriptions.

Cuando edito un video y lo guardo, quiero pasar a editar otro video y no me deja, me bloquea el computador y no me deja incluso, cerrar la aplicación para reiniciarla.  Justo cuando tengo más trabajo le da a esta aplicación por molestar.  Que mal.  Gracias
