Premiere Rush

I am trying to upload to YouTube and I keep getting the message, "An error has occurred."  It renders the video but when I try and submit the video I get the message. I have restarted the app and the computer. Please help. Thanks.

I'm newto Premiere Rush, and can't seem to get projects to sync from my phone (Android Galaxy S10+, app version 1.5.58.1319) and my windows laptop (Windows 10 Pro, app version 1.5.58 Build 64). The projects have the "cloud" icon on them, but the only projects I see in the windows app are "local only" projects. I have tried signing out and back in on both devices, pausing and resuming sync on both devices but neither seem to have done the trick. The media for the projects seems to sync, but that is it. What am I missing?

Whenever I try to view any video files, the Andriod app (Version 1.2.21.3203) shuts down.   I can add media clips to a project but I'm unable to watch or edit anything without it making a jittering noise and the app shutting down.   It worked okay on my laptop, so this suggests there is nothing wrong with the Video files shot on my mobile device.   title edited by mod

Hello,I have tried to render a project 5 times in a row and EVERY TIME it completely stops halfway. Not only does it freeze my PC at 100% once, it then goes into a state where it uses 100% graphics memory for 1 second, then 0% again, then 100% again etc every second. Hello, I get the following error when I try to export a video. I tried turning off and on the options from the preferences menu, but nothing helped. Does anyone have a hint what might cause this error?

Hi, I am unable to edit my text in Rush. I'm pretty new, so I probably missed something, but I've looked everywhere and cannot edit the text. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A50, if that helps. I can add the text, but there is no where to edit it. Help will be greatly appriciated! &#x1f605

Hi. I'm creating a slideshow style video in Rush comprising of jpeg photos formatted to 1920x1080 (72 dpi) in Windows PC for YouTube & I'm having a terrible time importing media in it's intended order. All of my photos are identically formatted & tited suqentially in order by number - but for some reason I can't find a solution to - SOME photos are importing out of order in the program. For example, I will select (via import "Your Media") "Image_01" - but the software will import "Image_07"  Rebooting, restarting the program - nothing works. All files are in their root folders on the desktop so nothing has moved - I'm very confused. Can't find a answer anywhere. Please help!

I can not open the Adobe Premiere Rush, it is loading forever. What is the problem?

Hello guys, I am having a problem with using RUSH. I am at the moment editing our company's video and there my problem is everytime i put and play the video in the working panel the voice is not aligning with the video. I mean the voice of the person talking is late than the actual video showing. What can I do? Please help me!!

Hello, my Adobe Rush has suddenly disconnected from all but one of my Networks. I need to access the other Networks to access/import my video assets. This is my first time experiencing the issue. I am unable to access the drop down menu under Network as well and can only use the Local. 

Hi ! I need to add social media links at the end of a video edited with Rush. There are videos around showing thta, but the links are already saved in the graphics and just added. I need to create them first , then save them and then use them. I don't know how to do it is the process for rush similar to premiere pro ? thanks in advance 

I am trying to edit my footage, but am unable to view any of my clips; they all show a red screen with "!" My music plays but my videos do not. I have attached a screenchot of the screen. 

I've tried everything I've read in the comment sections but it still doesn't go past the opening stage with the little blue loading circle. I need help with this. I've used the program once, and it was amazing.  But that was the trial version. I have the Package now that allows me to have to program. So I've downloaded it. Again.. Then uninstalled....again.......then installed......again... and this goes on for another 5 times. Each time i'm trying something new that have worked for people in the past according to their comments... but why can't I get mine past this stage??? Someone pleeeeaaaassseeee have the answer for me!!!

Hi all, I have downloaded Rush from Creative Cloud but I am unable to get past the tutorial. When it comes to combining the media it hangs and crashes and makes no progress. I have tried deleting my profile in my folders, i have signed out and signed in again using Rush and no joy. Any ideas? I'm on a Mac, have also uninstalled and reinstalled the software. ThanksAnna 

I updated the app this morning and it keeps crashing on the macbook.

When I try to import mp4 files, only audio is imported. No problem with mov, but mp4 does not work. Why?

Hi new to Rush. This is an image that I want full screen throughout the video, but how do I stop the letterbox border at either size happening? 1920x1440px is the size of the image. Thanks in advance.

Hi,I have a simple question if we edit a 4K video on smartphone on adobe rush why is it that we can only edit and render till 14 Min and if it is longer than 14 min video then rush wont allow it to render!!?I shoot my video on Gopro Hero 7 and my smartphone is POCO F1Please help

I have issue when I write font Khmer on App Ru it show in screen not correct but in app support font Khmer and I can't change font style as well. Please guide how to fix it.

Basically the issue is that for certain projects, Rush crashes or doesn't render. Usually this happens when I have several layers of overlays. I had to use the desktop to "flatten"  the audio and video then I returned to my iOS (after learning that I no longer have full access to desktop with my $5 monthly; not looking to address that here) it finally rendered. Still can't figure why the video didn't originally render and crashes Rush. My first clip was an MP4 animation from Spark Post. But I've incorporated those before. There was some issue rendering the still photos with the video. Just a day of frustration. I made it work but I'd like to know why it's happening. Thanks for responding. Also, not understanding why cloud sync didn't full sync to Rush on my phone. It seemed Rush was missing files that Inactiay originated on my phone. Just a day of weirds.
