Premiere Rush

I have been using this video editing service for the last several months with no issues at all, including through several updates, then today... when I tried to use it, the audio sounded like chipmunks! NEVER had this happen before. So, I did the udate thinking maybe that was the problem. Nope, still doing it. I made sure all of my computer updates were up to date... still doing it. I restarted my computer - twice - still doing it. Video source and format all the same as I have been using - no changes. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this. Please keep in mind - I am not ancient -  but not a techy either! 

Hi! I have problems running Adobe Rush on my PCs. It is HP Envy and should have enough GB for RUSH. The program stops when im editing and I have switch over to FILMORA.  But I would like to be able to use Adobe Rush,  Why cant I run Adobe Rush on my HP Envy? Best regards, Margret 

Hi there! I have been working on one of my projects for a little over a month now, and today I got the message "unable to open project". I have all of my devices fully updated, and have updated Adobe Premier Rush of my devices as well. Hello! Does anyone know what the button on the bottom left in the iPad interface of Premiere Rush is used for? It looks like an arrow/cursor with a + over it? It seems to trigger trimming of video clips but I'm not sure if that's all it does. I can't seem to find information on it anywhere. Thanks for the help in advance. 

I was editing an video on Rush on PC (using the most latest version). I closed the file on my PC, opened it on my phone and inserted a video clip. Now I receive this message everytime I open the file on my PC. It's been over 13 hours. I'm using the most up to date version on my PC, and I even unistalled and reinstalled rush.Does anyone know how to fix this? 

Hi All  I'm a new user of the Adobe Creative suite and wondering if anyone could please help. I have some video content which contains background music and voiceover clips. I know Rush allows you to remove audio from video clips, but what I need to know is it possible to separate and remove voice clips from background music? I want to re-use the background music on another video, but don't know if I'm able to voice over audio clips? Any hlep would be gratefully appreciated Kind Regards Mark   

I have experienced problems with MOGRTs in Rush. I have some I designed in After Effects and use in my Premiere Pro projects but when I use them in Rush... they don't work.   In another thread someone from Adobe suggested that is because they won't work unless specifically designed to be compatible with Rush. I asked the question... what are those parameters to design to be compatible and got no reply.   So I figured I'd add it here. What are the parameters to make a MOGRT compatible with Rush? I looked for documentation or a YouTube video and there was zero info on this! 

I downloaded a video/audio to my desktop (no audio issues) and then imported the clip into Ru. I finished my edits, shared/exported the final cut and now there is a hiss in the background audio?

I don't know what the issue is.  I'm a complete NOOB and end-user.  I haven't had issues with uploading to YouTube until now.  The video plays fine in the preview mode, but once it's uploaded to YouTube, my video is only a still image.  The Premiere Rush stock animated transitions and music track play fine.  

So last few days I've been using windows 10 Premiere Rush and having it crash on me after the smallest of changes.My laptop is specced pretty well with i7 1.8G, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Max-Q + 16gb of Ram (unsure on the ddrm) and I've already updated CC and Premiere.Nothing seems to be of an issue on the hardware side as Speccy shows efficiencies are within reasonable means.Am I missing something or is the latest update just not playing nice?Any help would be appreciated!

 My version of Adobe Premiere Rush, which I downloaded yesterday is TOTALLY different from the Tutorials. See below. This is mighty frustrating as I've been recommended this and I can't do the most important thing which is change video clips from portrait to landscape without changing everything to one or the other. PLEASE HELP……… 

Hi, I'm new to video editing but I use premiere rush and about two days ago is starting freezing up my whole computer when I try to share a video and render it and export it to my laptop. I've called Dell support to make sure it wasn't my laptop and they confirm with me that it's not my laptop it could be the app. So when I go to export a video it pauses on rendering and does not render the video at all I have a Dell XPS 15 7590 32 GB of RAM and intel core i7. My videos would render and upload fine before and there was no recent update to rush. Also, when I try to uninstall rush to reinstall it it says this in the picture below. The app is closed out not running at all and all my work is saved.  Can anyone help? 

This app has been great to use but it isn't performing as well as I think it should. I have a decenlty capable computer with pretty good specs and I can't download my finished MP4 file. Yesterday I had to try 3 differnent times as the first 2 times the download failed and crashed my computer.  Today I had to make some edits to my video and I have already tried to download my updated mp4 file with no success. 

Hi, My footage is XDCAM HD from a Sony Fs5m2. Check out this screen shot, I cannot get the "Separate audio" option to come up at all. You'll be able to see the test footage either side of my clip - with audio perfectly separated. It's driving me mad. I am willing to concede that I may be stupid and have missed something simple - but where! I also can't cross fade audio, I go to disolve, I apply the effect and... no effect whatsoever. Are these connected?

There hasn't been ONE video in the last 6 months that didn't have an image glitch at some point. Quality gets worst is some parts of the video with no reason... why? Whyyyyy???!!!! Some of us use this software for work ON THE PHONE, because it's easier and because that's why we PAY for it, to use it efficiently on every device. Now before you ask and delay the answer: shot in IPhone X. 

I have set my whole project, and it appears correct in the Preview pane, but when I Export. It's strange! Every other clip is there, but every time that one clip should show up, it's missing.  

The last two videos I edited with Adobe Rush ended up both getting messed up by the application and halfway through each video they were super choppy and with lots of flashing colors. Super annoying, as the files were not messed up in any way upon import. Any tips for fixing? 

So I just got rush to do some light editing before I post stuff to youtube but the video playback is so laggy/jittery that it's impossible to work with. I've got a decent computer but I can't figure out what I need to do differently to get it to work.Computer Specs: (Let me know what else you need to know)-Windows 10-8th Gen i7 Processor-Nvidia 2070 GPU-16gb RamVideo Specs:-Shot on Iphone 7 (so assuming the video is 1080p)-.MOV fileUsually use dual monitors but switched to just one to see if that'd fix it; No effect.

I'm using Premiere Rush on an iPad 2020, but the sync just is super buggy. There's no status to show you whether it's uploading to the cloud or what is happening at all. How do I know when it will be ready to work on in Premiere? I have a very fast upload speed, and the video clip is around a gigabyte, so shoould have taken only a few minutes. But I keep opening "Open Premiere Rush Project..." in Premiere and it's not there. Any tips for how to force this all to happen??

Hey my audio from my video is not synced at all the audio starts 10 sec after how do i solve this? I cant separate the audio from video since their is no option for that when i rightclick it. anyone have a solution?

Dear all I shot an interview with a two camera setting (SonyA7III): Cam1: Recording to Atomos Ninja V, Audio from Sennheiser XSW Cam2: On a slider, recording to Sony SD Card, without specific audio After importing the clips to Adobe Rush, I am only able to separate the audio from the SD card recordings but not from the Atomos recording. The UNLINK option just does not show up.  What am I missing here? Looking forward to your inputs.   

According to my acccount page Primeire Rush is included with my plan; however, in the application it says I reached my limit--just 2 rendered videos.  Is their a disconnect or does included mean I can look at rush but can't use it?  Please advise.  [Does doesn't sound like a community question but I can't fiigure out another way to ask the question.  Help please

I can work on Adobe Rush on my phone completely fine, however, every time I try to open it on my PC, it won't get past the initial loading screen. It appears to always get stuck loading the "ImporterQuickTime.prm."  I have tried restarting the computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the program, and signed in and out of my Adobe Cloud account with no avail. Any help please? I have a project due Thursday.

I composed a video on Adobe Rush in my iPad Pro. I switched apps for a moment and came back only to find my project stuck, now Rush is "Unable to Open Project" Synced it with Adobe to open it on my iPhone or PC but nothing. Guys, I am paying you to use the Adobe products.I need this video back, I was about to export it.
