Premiere Rush

Hi There, I was busy editing and after over 5 hours of editing I get this message "We haven't been able to automatically save changes to your project in a while. Please close and re-open to save now and ensure that you don't lose any work" Usually when I open the program it shows all the projects I have worked on, but it is empty. I looked in the assets and found the files I used to create the video, but its the original files I imported, no editing! I do have it synced to the cloud.  Does anyone know where it auto saves the project if not there? You cannot say save, and I have looked at all the forums. When I looked at the log files after it crashed I could see them all up till the time it crashed, but when I open it now all my log files have gone... Does this mean I have to start all over again?? I am using the Beta version as I have an Nvidia card and it crashes if I use the normal PR.

Why can't I complete my download if I have an image with a pan and zoom attached? If I delete the pan and zoom then try to download it works. Thank you!

I've got a still in my timeline. It GROWS in the viewer as if a camera is moving in. I DON'T WANT THIS.  How can a remove this effect!

 For the better part of a week I have not been able to upload any videos to edit on my rush app. Same issue from my iPad and my iPhone. It stays in "preparing media" indefinitely and often starts over. I've updated the app and shut down my devices multiple times. 

Hi all, I just completed a 23 minute project using my iphone XS. Every time I try to export it, the app shuts down and closes out.I tried multiple ideas: shutting and restarting the phone, updating the app, renaming the project, clearing room in my camera roll by deleting videos.  I also thought of exporting from my laptop but there is media missing from that version so it's imcomplete. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I have a deadline tomorrow and just need to export this darn video! Thank you

Hello,  Can anyone tell me how we tell if a Premiere Rush soundtrack is licenced? Or do we always have to licence the soundtracks and if so, does anyone know how to go about doing that? Thanks in advance.

Spent days working on a film. Tried to save it to export it and it won't render or save . Just keeps coming up to 2 percent and then says " unable to render sucessfully ". ive tried locking all tabs then saving , deleting other storage from my phone . But nothing . could anyone help please ? This is such an important project and i really would love to get it sorted . thanks !

Hi, I'm doing very simple editing in short videos in the Adobe Rush app for Android. After a few minutes of cutting and deleting clips (without doing any sound editing or separating the sound track), parts of the audio will disappear or static will be introduced. It now happens 100% of the time I use the app. Do you know what causes this issue and how to resolve it?

I created a sequence because I thought that would be better, just for context. I added a bunch of audio files to edit them for later and in total the length ended up being more than an hour.  After a BUNCH of editing I have trimmed it down to less than 30 minutes but that video length is still more than an hour I don't know how to shorten the actual timeline. Does anyone have any suggestions, I thought it would automatically conform to my content length. 

Rush seem sto be the most unstable program I've used in a loooong time. I've uninstalled and reinstalled umpteen times, but still can't rely on it. Examples:Editing a title, it completely freezes the computerJust now, having left it for an hour or so, came back to find it had stopped uploading to YouTube, saying 5' 3" remaining. So I deleted the upload, no problem, and went back to the project to upload again... and the PC froze again.I'm not keen on having to power down my machine because of a dodgy bit of software.Specs:Core i5-467016GB RAMSamsung 860EVO 1TB HDD C drive with 640GB free spaceGeForce GTX 1010Ti 4GBWindows 10 20H2 fully patchedI'll just go back to using Premiere Pro, but would like something with fewer features to do quick editing and upload for simple YT videos that doesn't fall over for a pastime.

I am using Rush in my video production class and noticed that the "tools" like animated titles etc shown in the tutorial video are NOT available in the actual application. In fact, there are only about 6 title templates - even more limited than iMovie!My school does not subscribe to Adobe Stock. This is frustrating. I went on and on about all the cool tools and how Rush was so much better than iMovie. Then when I had them open the software, they couldn't find the templates shown in the tutorial. Agh.

Ive just edited my first video with rush and its downloaded with all this terrible green striation stuff. It was doing this distortion type thing all through the editing process. It did it to the tutorial video too while i was watching that. Whats happening? 

Hello, I uploaded my videos just fine watched and clipped out everything I needed and went to add one of the available animated texts and the app froze my whole pc. I've watched my task manager and verified that nothing even goes over 50% usage. I finally have up on that it also froze when adding an image or audio track. If I can't figure out why this happening then I will be cancelling my subscription. Thanks 

I would like to make 4 different films with the same beginning and ending, but i cannot find how to copy a project.Is this possible, and if yes, how?Thanks!

I'm new to the video area and I'm testing Rush for 30 days.I saw at Envato that there is a lot of free material that I could use during the test: love-thirds, elements, video templates, opener etc.Can I use this Adobe Premiero material in Adobe Rush?If so, could someone give me some tips?

I edited my video, added a music track, and a title track. Preview player works fine. When I render it down, the main video track is gone. Only the title track shows. All the audio is there. I've done lots of other videos and this makes no sense to me. Just uninstalled and reinstalled with no affect on the render.

I've tried several tiemes to install Adobe Rush in my mac but never succeed. I've tried all the tips given in this community but didn't work.I have a MacOs Catalina version 10.15.7. Any idea?

I have a project I've been working on and an error report came up.  It crashed and now every time I try to open the project it stops at the gray screen and doesn't load the project: no timeline, just a blank gray screen.  I don't want to lose the hours of work I've already put into this project.  I've cleared the media cache, signed in/out, and neither have worked.  Help please?!  I have a deadline this week. 

 when using premiere rush I don't see the video - I see just this lines. what can I do?Thanks

I am trying to use my premiere rush account at home, due to covid, and having issues. I have an Nvidia gtx 1060 card with up to date drivers, enough vram, 3.72g, 8gb ram, or is window's 10 pro version 2004, but it refuses to export, so I uninstalled and now when I reinstall it says  my system needs upgrade?

If I need to add some audio to my timeline (soundtracks that provide Adobe Rush) I want to listen to them first fust to know that this sound is right for my footage. But clicking on any soundtrack - nothing happens. I can't ''prelisten'' to any music or sound. In that case I should add it to my timeline and only then I can listen to it. This is not right. It's absolutely inconvient. 

Hello! I've been editing a video for a few days now and I record my voiceovers directly into Premiere Rush (I find it the easiest way to do voiceovers) and had no issues with it. Since two days ago, whenever I tried to hit record for the voiceover, the slider will slide back 5 seconds like normal to count me down to the voiceover but it stops responding after that. So I hit record, the slider slides back, and then nothing and I have to force quit the app.Things I have tried so far:- Clearing my caches- Updating my OS-Unistalling and installing the app- Restarting my computer- Using different audio inputs (Blue Yeti USB Microphone, and the MacBook Pro Mic)- Duplicating the project and starting again- deleting files so my Disk has more free space- deleting all other projects on the Rush App Any suggestions on what I can do next?I am editing on a MacBookPro, macOS Big Sur, Rush Version 1.5.40 I would really appreciate help, sort of desperate. Thank you!

I want to utilize Motion Array to import text, motion graphics, transitions, etc. Based on my research, I should be able to add them into Rush using the "My Template" function. However it is NOT on my interface. Did Adobe take this feature away? I only use my iPad Pro and I don't have access  to a desktop version of Rush. HELP!

Hi there,  I've spent weeks crafting a video, but when I export it, the video glitches?  I've now used my 3 free exports changing the settings each time.  What's the story with this as it seems to be happening to a lot of people? I have the latest desktop version. Thanks
