Premiere Rush

Hi,I have recorded a video with my new iPad Pro 12,9. Now I would like to export it to You Tube. What I do is I go to Share, I rennder ut which takes quite a lot of time and than a I get to choose which social media I would like to export it to. You tube is not among them. Why? Could the reason be beeing recorded in portrait mode? The smallest size I can export it to is 720x1280. Is there a way to put it into You Tube obligatory landscape mode and have black margins on left and right? Please not that cropping is not an option as everything what was recorded on the screen should be seen. Last but not least, I do not even know where in Rush to do that - increase mz portrat view to landscape bz adding black marings to left and right. 

Hi,  I'm using the most up to date Premiere Rush on my iPhone 7, and am having issues rendering my video. For context, I'm adding captions to a video to be uploaded to IGTV. When I edit and playback in the Rush Pro app, I can see everything. When I click to export and render it, only the audio of the video, plus the captions I have added, is exported. It's a big file, about 28 mintues long, so it takes about an hour to export and save onto my phone. The actual moving picture of the video does not export, the screen is just blank/black apart from the captions I have added. I have also tried this on my laptop with the same issue.  I have noticed that when exporing on my phone, it says Sequence One (when I click on the properties of the file, it comes up with the original video file and Sequence One as separate parts of the document), which includes the captions and extras I have added. I can't see how to combine these properties together, or click to export all. I don

Hi I want to make my video finish on the end of the clip and not end on a black screen, how do I do that in Rush?

I noticed in a lot of videos being able to access Adobe Stock. I have an account but for some reason  my view isn't the same.It looks like to access templates you go to the themes/style area and when you click the "Adobe Stock" icon appears. I can't find that button anywhere. Attached  is a view of what I see vs. what I see other folks having. Probably an obvious thing but what am I missing? 

I have been working on a project n my iPhone 11 for a few days now and everything was fine until two days ago the video keeps loading but the only thing playing is audio the video won't play only the subtitles show on the screen , this is the second time this is happening  and the app is paid for , please help !

Hello,In Premiere Rush I have a long video that lasts 2 hours.I would like to divide this video in multiple sequences in my project panel. By example if I divide it in 5 sequences, I would like to have these 5 sequences in my project panel (in the same project panel as my main video).How to do this ?

For some reason, when I go to add a graphic to my project. The Title library only gives me a few options. I cannot even find the transition titles I placed into the project a few days ago. I am logged into my account but have no access to the Title stock library. What's happening here?

Whenever I try to render a large project, usually in the 1 gig to 3 gig range, I receive an error that I do not have enough disk space and the project will not render/export. When I check my disk space, I have 29-35gigs available which is plenty of space to accommodate the export. I've tried resetting the iPad, uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Rush,  nothing seems to work.  The larger files tend to not upload either to where I can render on another device.  Has anyone found a way around this yet? 

I have tried reinstalling it and creative cloud, I have uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers, I have updated Windows 10, but still the same thing.  The strange thing is that it was working just perfectly fine a few days ago, now suddenly it's impossible to even open the app. I really need to make a video soon so I need help pls. 

I have a Windows10 Think Pad laptop and my Premier Rush apps won't finish launching, it keeps getting stuck at the start up screen. I've already called and spoke to a respresenative and they tried mutilitple trouble shooting technuqies and it still doesn't work. Can someone please help me, I have 2 final projects to complete for school and I can't do it without Premier.  

Please, give us real answers.

Hello,   I am trying to use the Premiere Rush APP on my IPad mini 3. I have uploaded 3 videos which I took on my Samsung galaxy S6. The resolution is 1920x1080. They are MP4 Files. The ios on my iPad is 12.4.4   My videos are playing back choppy. I think they've been successfully imported. I have cellular sync turned on because I don't have wifi.   I am using these videos and rush to see if I can edit (learn to edit) videos for YouTube. I plan on creating videos 10-30 minutes long. Right now my iPad is the only tool I have to edit videos. I was going to buy a subscription to Rush but I need to make sure it works first. Right now my galaxy is my video recorder but in the future I will be working with a camera such as the Sony a5100, so I'll need to be able to import those videos into Rush too.   Any ideas? I use Premiere rush on my iPhone 12 Max pro and it craches. It worked for a vouple of hours but now it keeps craching. I dont perform any sprecial operation when it crach.

  Whenever I try to start Rush on my Mac,, it shows up on my task bar and will sit there. When I click on the icon, the the Rush loading picture with the woman will show up , and nothing happens. I've uninstalled it , I've cycled my computer,  it's a dice throw if it works or not. This has being going on since Adobe introduced  Rush. I'm paying $30 a month to rent this from you; Should not have to deal with this.

I am creating a video and I have added some still photos to it but Rush keeps zooming/panning to the top right or bottom corner. I can't figure out how to turn it off. As soon as I add the picture to my video timeline, it automaticly has the purple bar at the bottom of the thumbnail. 

Please, I am having issues with Adobe Rush crashing after I split a clip.  Sometimes I can split a clip and then it will crash after I split it again. The project was created on an iPad Pro 3rd gen and the clip is a screen capture with audio of a PowerPoint presentation.I am editing it on a Windows 10 PC:i7-770032 GB RamNvidia GTX 1070OS Build 19041.685Rush v1.5.40 I am using Rush so I can bounce back and forth between devices.  I used this methodology to create mulitple videos for my students in Spring with no stability issues. I attempted running Rush as an admin and I updated it from v1.5.2 to v1.5.40 when the issue started. Note: Rush feels less snappy since the last time I used it. Thank you!

How do you change the slide duration time to match the length of the song automatically? Totally new to Premier and can't find the answer

I used software a few weeks ago and now want to edit these files and Premiere Rush doesnt work at all.. Crashes instantly with error of "Sorry, a serious error has occurred that requires Adobe Premiere Rush to shut down. We will attempt to save your project" Anybody have any fixes or solutions?

Hi Everybody! I have been having this issue with Adobe Rush while editing a video that is on the higher end of quality. Here is the breakdown of what is happening:Whenever I edit the video on my phone, the video runs smoothly and without issue. However, while editing on my PC, the video is extremely laggy and the frame rate is choppy. I am trying to edit on the computer because that is where I have all my sequences and files for this edit I am doing. The thing preventing me from editing this eventhough it runs smoothly on my phone (will even download smoothly) is that more often than not, after editing a video on my PC, the phone app is unable to render and download the video properly due to assets and features not being avaliable via the phone. If I download the video via my PC, the choppy lag is still there. I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations on how to get the video to play properly. Just new on Creative cloud and I'm starting to use Lightroom Classic and now Rush.Sorry for the question, but is it possible (and how) to use in Rush project the photo already present in a colleciton of Lightroom?I imported a set pf photos on Lr and ceated a colelction; now I want to create a project in Rush using the set of photos of Collection. i am trying to export a 15 second video.  All of the sudden i am getting "unable to render" errors every other time i use Rush.  Used to work perfectly and now it only works 50% of the time. No idea why.  The video is just a basic MP4.  I can play it in rush, i can play it on my iphone I can play it in windows media player, but i cannot export.  Why is this happening and how do i fix it?

Hi! I am using Premiere Rush on my Windows laptop, and can't find a shortcut to hide the Windows bar at the top. Is there a way to hide the bar? I also know how to hide the bottom desktop bar, but is there a shortcut for that too or to hide both?   Thanks!     Title edited by mod

Whenever I try to start the rush app on my mac it just gets stuck with a buffering sign on the welcome screen. This is really frustrating and I have tried things like logging out of my cc account, launching activity manager, and killing the creative cloud processes, deleting preferences on the documents folder, restarting the computer, etc. Nothing is working! Someone please help, it would be much appreciated! 🙂 I attached a picture to this post so you can see what I get stuck on.
