Premiere Rush

I have a Moto G22 phone over 20 GB free space .When uploading files my phone keeps crashingApp not responding wait or close messageHave fibre fast broadband band virginAll working correctly Any help appreciated VPN on and VPN on still won't upload file ?? 

I want my voiceover to be heard on both the L and R channels, but my mono mic is only recording to the left channel. How can I adjust this so that I get my voiceover heard on both channels? I can't find a way to tell Rush that I am recording mono, and I can't find a way to duplicate the track and "reassign" it to the R channel. Does anyone have insight into solving this issue?

Hello fam! I'm new to adobe and premiere rush- am I still able to synce Premier rush between my mobile and desktop or is that option no longer available?

Hello! I have a computer lab at a school that uses Adobe Premiere Rush and they're all the same computer model, Dell OptiPlex Micro 7020. Frequently the computers when attempting to import videos from File Explorer to Premiere Rush will cause the application to crash. I have seen other issues where the videos will freeze during playback or won't load at all. I check regularly for updates whether it be for Adobe, Windows, BIOS or drivers. Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-14500T 1.70 GHzInstalled RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)Edition Windows 11 EducationVersion 24H2OS build 26100.3323This information should be uniform among all of the computers that are experiencing issues. Hi there, fellow adobe creatives!I can't work out why it's happening, but the audio is repeating the last 0.5 seconds of the clip on export, playing it on my iPhone 11 Pro in 'Photos'. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?18 sec clip attached.Thanks for any help!Jonny 🙏🙌🎶 www.jazzuits.com 

I have plenty of room on my ipad and Rush has turned into a total piece of garbage.  It crashes 4 or 5 times before I  can get it to start and now it will not save any changes I  make to my current project.  Even while in the project it crashes most of the time.  I'm just a little over the 2 minute mark.  I'm running NOTHING else on my ipad at the time because I  can't trust  this product anymore.Do you people  even support this product anymore?  I've complained about  this  before, but I've not seen anything that resembles an answer.  I'm going back to imovie because this  things sucks so bad at this  point..

When i try export rush is only rendering part of my video. It will have the audio fornthe whole video,  but not the actual video. 

How can I save Rush projects so that my teammates with their own Adobe account can also see and edit them? Is that even possible? 

I edit on a Windows PC. For example, I want to open the same project that is on an external hard drive, but I can't find the project file. Where is it?   Like from adobe premiere ".prproj" I put a photo attached.   Mod note: Title and text were edited slightly.

I can not catch a break with this app. Makes it impossible to work with. Can we please get an update to fix the constant bugs and crashing?!

The timelime of Premiere Rush on phones is so inaccurate. Does someone has a solution ? Please make it more precise so we could see how long our clips last (accurately)

I have a brand new iMac with upgraded Ram and Memory, I have installed Premier Rush and successfully edited a 30 minute sequence, with music, and pop up text effects etc.I now am trying to export. I am finding that when I turn 'ON' Use Optimized Clips, I get black screen in Playback (still get sound), turning this 'OFF' I get High Quality Playback.  I have attempted to export with both the Optimized Clips turned on and off, both trying to export to Hard Drive, Desktop and Youtube and none are showing the video, all attempts are showing Black Screen. I have attempted to chat with Adobe Support however their suggestion of unintalling and installing Rush again isnt an option as I have probably spent 5 hours on this Project. I am really needing to get this resolved as I have a deadline of when this video needs to go Live on YouTube. Please Please help me 😞 Side note: I have also attempted to open the Project in Premier Pro, and last night it opened it, but

I cannot save my projects in premier rush.  It won't load to the cloud.  I cant access it on other devices and it says "no network connection. Only projects you have previously opened on this device will be available."  Yet  I can't even save it on my device or on the cloud and I just lost a project I was working on. I have iPad iPhone and Mac. 

For some reason, Adobe Premiere Rush won't import a small H.265 clip. It gives me this error when it opens the folder where the clip resides:"This file requires the HEVC codec which is included with a Creative Cloud membership. To upgrade to a paid plan, go to..." I have purchased Rush. I have uninstalled it then reinstalled it. I have signed in and out of Creative Cloud on the Web as well as the desktop app. I still get the error. Also, the thumbnail of the clip, when trying to start a new project shows "Unable to Load Preview." When I select it and click Create, I get another error message:"The importer reported a generic error." Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I recently purchased or upgraded to an iPhone Pro Max 16. My old one was a iPhone Pro Max 14. On my old phone I never had any problems importing videos however with my new phone I'm having trouble importing any videos. I went to the old phone Went to camera in settings and changed all the record videos settings to coincide with my new phone. Even though I did this, I'm still unable to import any videos to Premiere Rush. Every time I try, I only get a response that says "unsupported media type."  Is there anybody in here that is able to help me resolve this problem? I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello, as I live in Europe, I'd rather work in 25fps. I needed an editing software on the go, if I cannot set my frame rate this premiere Ru is just a useless waste of time. And no, it did not adjust itself to the original clip's frame rate...Thank you.

Buenas a todos, Llevo usando Rush en varios dispositivos un tiempo y no ha generado nunca un problema de conexión recurrente. Esto solo me pasa desde el iPhone (otras aplicaciones como Lightroom o Express funcionan perfectamente). Tengo una conexión estable y fiable, la sesión de Adobe es la misma que en otros dispositivos. No hay manera de solucionarlo ni reiniciando el dispositivo, ni cambiando el punto de conexión, ni reinstalando la app... a alguien le pasa también y sabe cómo solucionarlo?Es una pena porque justamente lo interesante es poder trabajar en un mismo proyecto entre dispositivos. Y esto lo impide completamente...!Espero que alguien me pueda ayudar :). Gracias de antemano!

It would be very useful for me to be able to swipe down with a long swipe to cut two or more clips in the timeline. Rather than jumping between tool sets I'll often tap and cut each clip and it gets monotonous. I would love to do a down swipe that cut multiple clips at the same instance. Thanks!

Could be nice if it was possible to add background to text add it will be more user-friendly for mobile user if we were able to move the text without using the scale parameter.

HiFirst time user!I have uploaded a video and added a voice-over that works great in the app, but when I download it, only the original video is downloaded (The voice-over is not there) .Any suggestions, what I need to do or what I have done wrong? Thank you for any help

After being logged out of my account for awhile, I eventually logged back in and found every single video projects that I've deleted in the past, popped up, but then disappeared shortly after. I repeated this, and it happened again but entered one of the previously deleted projects saved it as a new project to have evidence that this was happening and still have it. This shows me that Adobe secretly stores all my saved projects even and I've never synced to the cloud. Why aren't the videos deleted from Adobe's servers when the user deletes them in the Rush app? How to make a request to delete these old videos from your side and how to op out from having my private videos secretly saved without my approval?
