Premiere Rush

I have used The Premiere Rush On My Device Realme X7 For The First Time, I Heard Its a Pretty Nice App For Android, I Downloaded The App via Google Play Store, I Tried To Make A Project, So First I Used The Videos Which I Wanted To Edit. But suddenly the video just became a black screen i could only hear was audio, does this require a special extension for video, for e.g avi,3gp,mkv the video which i tried to edit was .mp4 & also my phone was running on the latest android version(Android 10). I need help regarding This issue as i want to edit some videos ASAP.

Hello, I have Premiere Rush on my windows 10 desktop version. I had some 2.7K footage and I am done editing my video but I can only export my video at 1,920x1,080 or 4K. What should I do here to be able to export this without losing resulution? Thanks.

Help please! Rush won't even allow me to start playing a video--not a new import, not an old one, not any that I've created in Rush on another machine (my previous AIO Dell). I just installed Rush on my new Dell Windows system, an Optiplex 7080 SFF box running an AMD Radeon R5 430 video card. Lots of RAM, plenty of processing speed (10 cores). I'm a teacher and I need to create these videos! I thought the new system would be SUPER fast--but nothing's working!  Everything still works on the old machine. Including the Rush video projects that I created. Those won't play on the new computer--though they open and show the timeline and first frame. I'm desperate! Specs attached FYI

When I add a new title it appears in my timeline as a new track but doesn't appear in my preview window. There's also no option to edit in the title window. So I'm effectively unable to use titles at all

Every time I re-open the Premiere Rush app (which is a lot because it seems to freeze up on me any time I try to create a new project), it asks me to start the tutorial, even though I've already completed it. I'm able to "skip tutorial"...but I have this app on a separate computer and it has not asked me to do the tutorial since the first time I ran through it, so I'm not sure why it's not getting cleared on this computer (Mac Mini, i7, 32GB RAM)...and it's very annoying to have to do this every time I want to use the app.

I am not yet successful in lengthening the audio portion of a video separate from the visual part of the video. Instead the entire video is being expanded. I want the audio of this first video to also be the uniterupted sound tract heard over other clips I am splicing into the video. What am I failing to do? Many thanks for any help you can offer...

Hello, after I export my video from this program to my laptop and play it back the voice is out of sync. Is there something that I am doing wrong and how do I fix this?

Whenever I cut a clip sometimes the audio will increase significantly on one side even though it says they are the same volume. So they both say 50% volume but one side sounds like it's gone up to anywhere from 60-80%. It makes it very frustrating because there is almost no way to get every segment to the same volume unless I spent a long time adjusting each one. 

When exporting the video with a custom color, the video is pixelated and with psychedelic colors (I can't describe it any other way). Green, purple, yellow and red. Totally crazy. The preset looks like this after exporting for any other video, so I have to create it again, not just clicking on preset it in a new video. But when exporting a second time, everything happens again.

Hey together, I've just cut a video with Premiere Rush. Do you know, where the video will be automatically saved? On the Adobe-Cloud? Is it possible to change this configuration? Best regards Bruno 

I created A video on Adobe rush on my iPad there are several part where this thing happens with wrong pixels appearing what's wrong and what can i do?thank you in advance   

Hi,I have got a montly membership for premier rush that has worked for at least 4 month on paypal but now it's the sixth time adobe tell me that that payment can't be processed and in fact on my paypal account I've got 6 pending payment for adobe.everything else I'm paying with paypal works so it must be an error by adobe...everyone else's got the same problem?

First time a tried Premier Rush. I created a few MP4 clips (Sony A7III), imported and edited in Adobe Premier Rush.3 Minute Video, everything looks great within Premier Rush. Clicked on "Share - Export" and once the Video is exported the Audio sync is off starting after about 1 minute in. Here is what I tried so far:- Disabled AV- Closed and resopened Rush- Make sure all updates for Rush are installed- Export in 4K, 1080p Full HD, 24, 23.976, 60 Frame Rate, Custom, YouTube but nothing resolves this issue. My Workstation Specs:Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz 4.00 GHzInstalled RAM 32.0 GBSystem type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorSamsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 1TBNVIDIA GeForce GTX 970  Any help is greatly appriciated.Roman

I am having issues adding adding Titles to my projects as well. I am a user in a corporate account. I am using a PC Windows 10 platform. All titles show up as an objcet labled either "Graphic" if you drag the title to the timeline or the name of the object if you drag it to the preview. In either case, I do not get an 'Edit' function that should populate next to 'Styles' function. If you click on the Titles in the carosel, they do not border with a blue outline. This happens to all 'Your Styles' and 'More Titles' repositories. I would greatly appreciate a response as this has been the case for over a month now and I have yet to get a forum response from anyone on the issue. I have reinstalled the software twice, started new projects, and updated to the 1.5 version. I've worked with our internal IT folks in support. Nothing fixes. The only thing that works is using old projects where the titles did work and I am left to copy and pasting the old titles across the project. Seems any

I can no longer access my videos on my phone.  All I get is a continual message to upgrade..... did that, AGAIN, still nothing.

i was working on my rush projects, and then my pc suddenly forced to restartand my working project is gone after login i have waited and re-login, it doesn;t come back

I am trying to add an audio recording that was originally recorded on my Iphone when ever I try and add the file it comes up with a message saying "File Input Faliure" "There was an error decompressing audio or video" does anyone know how to help?

I have connected my GoPro's camera card to my iPad via an SD card reader. In Premiere Rush I tap Files on the left side, then Import from Files at the top, then I can navigate to the card.1. I tap a media file, nothing seems to happen, then a few to several seconds later the Files browser disappears and the file is now in the import tray.2. I cannot select multiple files. It seems I have to repeat the process for each file I want to import. Am I doing it right? Is there a better way, a way that lets me import many files at once?

I am able to "disolve" the video clips, but, the audio does an abrupt start and stop. How do I "fade" the audio in and out? Thanks!

Hi there,  I started a project on Premiere Rush a couple of months ago. I decided I'd finally finish it today, but it's no longer there. I created this project on my pc (my phone isn't compatible with the mobile version). Does anyone know what may have happened here and can possibly help me? It took a long time to put together and I'd like to avoid having to start from scratch, ideally. I worked on this over a period of a week or so and it used to show up in my projects.  Many thanks,  Daniel

So I downloaded the Rush app on my IPhone X and went ahead and purchased the year subscription. I recorded a video with a friend of mine. I would like to make the video black and white except for me I'd like to stay in color. Is that effect possible? If so please help and thank you in advance

I am converting mp3 to mp4 files for social media. I want to prevent my mp4 from being saved on users devise and exported outside of social media. How do I do this?

I have adobe premiere rush 1.5.12 on windows 10 but it crashes each time I try to export - no matter how small the file - trying to export an MP4 30 seconds in length.  Tried rebooting - this is a fairly new PC too

In the latest version the app stops when loading ImporterQuickTime and the other versions get stuck in a gray page. I have to work and I don't know what to do! HELP
