Premiere Rush

Hello guys, I am new to Adobde Rush - so maybe my question is kinda weird but let me explain the problem. When I create a new project I do have some problems to add large video files - for example I do have a *.mkv file with a size of roughly 4.1GB which is just not listet in the "add media" dialog - when I take another *.mkv file which was recorded with the same software but is much smaller (like 500MB in total) I can add it without any issues. Also I can play the *.mkv files in my Windows Media Player so the problem should not be related to any codecs - also the smaller files is working as it should and since it's recorded the same way it is using the same codecs. Is there any limitation in max. file size to add into a Rush project? Since I cant find any information online. I am using the Desktop version: 1.5.16 (Build 564) on the current Windows 10 build. Thanks a lot for your asstiance.

I'm trying to use the grab bar to strech out a video clip at the beginnig and I not seeing the tool appear after selecting and hovering to either the right or left of the selected clip (highted in yellow.) What am I not doing correctly. Yesterday, there was not a problem in lengthing or shortening images and clips, but PR crashed yesterday and here I am today trying to rebuild some of my project that got lost. HELP. Thank you.

After rendering of the project I can't find my file on my phone memory or drive. Kindly help

why rush is not installing in s20 ultra, I bought this high-end mobile but still couldn't get the rush. Can any one plz rectify the problem and provide that app to us s20 ultra users also. Is there a chance of getting it in near future if there how much time it will take. And why is it available in other samsung devices and not s20 ultra. I mean how..... plz reply...

Hello,  I was working on a project,it crashed many times today but I kept opening it and editing until just now it shows "unable to open project. For the last two hours I've been trying to sync a rush project from my iphone to my Windows. I can open it on my iphone Rush app, but on the desktop app all I get is a red screen? I do not know how to fix this. Any help? 

I created some MP4 files in Rush and exported to a local external hard drive earlier this week. Now Rush will not open any MP4. I'm using a Mac and all software is up to date.Any ideas? The project is large and very important and I have a quick high pressure deadline. Thanks for any help.Sharyn Sowell

When I log in I keep getting message that Javascript is disabled, and asks me for email address and then tells me I can't get in, and I can't find a direct phone or online chat for Adobe. Any suggestions asap please?  

I am completely frustrated with this software. I have spent hours trying to locate the hundreds of .mov files that are stored on my computer and the program does not see them at all. 

Trying to add a song to a video project. Outside of Rush, the song plays fine, no problems. But when I add it to the timeline, it plays fine for a bit and then the audio sounds layered on top of each other. (Ex: the verse and chorous of the song are now overlapping.) It sounds like there are two clips, offset from each other, or that the record is skipping and then adding back in the skips a few seconds later. Yesterday this was happening about 30 seconds into the clip; I rebooted Rush, and it started happening at a minute and a half in. Today it has stayed consistent through all reboots, both Rush and computer. This error happens when I add the MP3 to an existing project and when I import only the Mp3 to its own project. I've tried it with clip optimizing on and off. I'm using Windows 10 on a laptop, and everything looks up to date.

I am trying to make a soccer highlight video for my kid.  We have most of it figured out, but can't figure out how to put a simple, but obvious, arrow in at various places.  The idea is to be able to have an arrow pointing to him at the beginning of each clip of play.  I would think I could do it with titles, but I only see an arrow going one way, it needs text in it and is difficult to size.  We would really like a bright colored arrow that is big enough to stand out and points at him.  In some clips he is far right, in others far left, so ideally it could be rotated to match the clip.  Is there any simple way to put in an arrow like this?Thank you for taking the time to read this.

After weeks of using Rush with no problems on my iPad, I suddenly cannot render/export any of my videos, big or small. This started after the most recent automatic update on my iPad Pro a few days ago. I have tried both on my iPad, and my iPhone XR, but I get an instant pop up like this:

I've used rush now for about 50 hours and I love it for certain things (render preview speed is great!) and am surprised by other things that are missing or could be improved. Here are my observations and I hope the great people of adobe will get their eyes on this feedback! I think this product is great for beginners, but I would consider myself an intermediate user, where Premiere Pro is "too big" but Rush is "too small". Observations and areas of improvement. Actual video effectsI was surprised to see no video effects existed in Rush. I'm trying to export videos on rush and they are just taking an incredibly long amount of time. It used to be reasonably quick, but I did start using a better camera for the vids (up to 4k) and that was roughly about the beginning of the long export times. I wondered if it was my computer, but I got a completely new and empty hardrive and it is still slow. I've got Google Fiber, so it shouldn't be the interent (although I'm trying to export locally so it shouldn't be the internet anyways). I've completely emptied out my creative cloud besides the video I am exporting. I tried initially in 4k, but I wondered if 4k was just too big, so now I've got it down to 1080p and 30 frame rate. It's now been exporting for roughly thirty minutes and the estimated time remaining has only gone up (now at 1 hour 22 remaining). I'm on a 2015 Dell with an i7 processor and my new hardrive has 1 terrabyte free. The video is estimated to be about 8 gigabytes of memory. That can't be a normal export tim

Hi everyone,   I'm trying to render a 12 minute video on Premier Rush on my iPhone but each time I try I get a message pop up that says "Unable to render successfully". I've gone back to see if some of my previous projects that I rendered without issue were having the same problem but they weren't. I've tried rendering the project off of my MacBook and that works but the sound is a bit of a mess and the Premiere Rush soundtrack song I used was unavailable for some reason. In closing, I'd like to be able to render out this project on my iPhone but don't know what to do to stop getting the error message and am hoping someone on here may be able to help me.   Thanks!   Title edited by mod

Before any adobe devs comment: YES my pc meets the minimus requirements. but how do i troubleshoot it. The problem is everytime i open rush, no projects will load. Only a spinning blue circle. I even had i running while i was sleeping at IT STILL doesnt load. I really wanna buy it, but i cant even use the trail version. i tried restarting and uninstalling and reinstalling rush and creative cloud all together. Plz halp 😧 I use windows 10.

Just start the project and started to upload mp4 files and it crashed.Still trying to open my project, add files and again crashed - no error codes or messages- files are not long (20 sec - 1.5 min) Thanks

Hi! I've been working on some projects and I had left them for a while, I went back to work on them (2 wks approx.) and the all of the media is grey and says media missing. This is very odd to me as I am working on the original device with the media I have used in my camera roll still. How do I fix this? I have tried resyncing media but it does not seem to work, it sometimes changes nothing or is sometimes the incorrect media and the clips all are wrong. I also don't know how to locate the files by the name in adobe rush? They show up as names like IMG_0462 and I do not know how to discern them in my camera roll like that to ensure I am resyncing the correct files. 

I was able to export one video I made previously without experience any errors. As I'm working on the second video, Premiere Rush keeps on crashing. I tried to restart my computer. It's working fine again until I added voiceovers. At first, there's a sound. Then after it crashed for several times, I can't hear any sound anymore. But I can see the audio has waveform. This seems to be a problem for a lot of people over the last year or so. I am trying to export my video from Adobe Permier Rush on my iPhone. It gets about 10% of the way through and then crashes the app.  I've tried exporting it at different qualities. Sometimes it says there isn't storage space on my phone but there is. Most of the time it just shuts down. I have exported ebout 20 videos in the last 2 months with only occasional problems that resolve themselves after a pause or a reboot.I need this video for a work project due in 3 days so this is about to become a big problem. Any help would be appreciated. Obviously I'm not happy paying for an app that won't surrender my work...Thank you
