Premiere Rush

Hi,Anyone know how to download video from Premiere Rush from my Personal Adobe Account to Company Account. Basically, I have done my Premiere Rush video from my Personal Adobe Acc. Because the account is expired I have registered through Company acc. Appreciate it if anyone can help me with this. Thanks in advance! jasmineksl

So I've tried rendering a video that's about 18 minutes in length, each time it renders and completes (2+ hours and tons of battery life later) it only seems to create a video about 14 1/2 minutes in length.   I've ran this several times and have gotten the same result. I even emptied my storage of clips, thinking maybe I just ran out of space - same result. Anyone have a work around for this? I'm running a Galaxy S10+.    title edited by mod

Hi,I am new in Premiere Rush, trying to create my first project. I have following issue:1. Premiere Rush is running on Windows 102. When added audio into project bar, cant hear any sound, albeit audio graphic bars on right corner are moving.3. I dont have issues hearing that audio in player and I dont have anz issues with other sounds so it must be Premiere rush. Added screenshot from my project with audio settings displayed Any advice? Premiere Rush not loading properly - does not open on Home page so cannot see projects. Seems to keep crashing.

I've spent a couple of days trying to find the answer to this question.I'm trying to sync a separate audio track to my video. I make a clap track and want to align the two tracks visually. I know I can drag the audio track but I need to nudge it by tiny increments. dragging doesn't work. I can't control the movement well enough. Please help. Thank you. 

My Adobe plan includes Adobe Premiere Clip, but I understand it is no longer available. I think Rush is Premiere Clip's replacement, right? However, when I download that App and tried to use it, it says I'm using the trial version and I have to purchase it if I want to generate video. Any advice on how to fix this? I already paid for the plan. 

Hi. I am editing video in Premiere Rush (3 free exports). I have spent 1 export last month. Yesterday I edited new video and export it. Today I saw that this video doesn't work. So I enter Premiere Rush and export it one more time (to local storage + YT). Video still doesn't work. Now I don't have exports anymore and I'm still without edited video (I mean .. I edited it but I don't have it). What can I do?

Been running into an audio issue on several videos.I'll be editing a video on one device (Samsung Galaxy S10+) with the videos at normal 50% volume with zero issues, occassically spikes into yellow but otherwise normal. When I move to my laptop however the volume spikes so far into the red i have to reduce it down to almost 10-15% volume.  When I upload the clips I'm working on into Rush from my laptop though the volume is normal as well, it's only when I work on a project across devices where the problem occurs.  Has anyone run into this and found a workaround, because I honestly don't know which volume I should trust as the "real" volume before I export. 

Hi thereI'm actually trying to participate in an Adobe Creative Jam right now - but my Adobe Rush has stopped workingI can load my videos for editing and clip and all the options etc come up but when i click play I only get audio??Prior to this, earlier this week it was just freezing and i could get no audio or video to play on new projects or projects from my cloud.Was working fine? Till this weekReally confused... hoping you can help! Would have been great to be able to participate!Cheers

I have Adobe Premiere Rush. I made a whole project on my ipad pro. I've been working on it a week. Now when I try to open the app, it just crashes as soon as I try to open it. I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall. Now the app won't even open for me to sign in. Adobe has failed miserably with this app. It's undependable. Just like adobe customer service (that's a whole other post).  

Hello!  I've watched copious videos, followed tutorials and I am unable to edit a title slide in my video.  I've pulled in a template, and according to all the videos I should be able to either click on the sample text and edit or click on the "text" tab on the far right of the screen.  I have run updates, restarted my computer and I don't know why I can't get any titles to edit.  This should be simple.

I tried rendering my project on my S9+ and it renders all the way and then it says Error saving file to disk! And I've used up 2 of my free exports being victim to this error please help! How to fix this?

I'm looking for some advice on titles and sound. I'm having an issue sometimes when I place a title above a clip, sometime the sound, which is in sync up until the title appears, suddenly goes out of sync for the duration of the title, and then jumps back into sync when the title is over? Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong?

I recently edited a video and whenever I export none of the given links work. Is there a way I can just download the video to my gallery because before you could upload it to google drive and now it's not a option anymore.

New update is not exporting my video correctly it exports like old tv artifact and even Premiere exports the same, I tried to use another computer and its the same, the file in the other computer was weird and tried to replace a video now all my titles are gone¡ hours of work 😞 please fix it.  Exports like this https://d.joo.mx/Rp6ipO  Also why there is no replace media option? or why you sync online and you dont give us versions?  I'm really upset 😞

Hi. I'm working on a project that I want to post tomorrow and there's a weird issue all of a sudden! On rush, everything has been edited and plays perfect. However, when I publish the project, part of my video is frozen on an unrelated section?? Two clips play where I cut them to in the editing screen and then I publish and they're both frozen but the sound for each still plays? I've checked the video button is on and everything else seems fine. I'm not sure why it's doing it? The video clips can't be corrupt because they play fine in the editing stage? HELP

Good day all - hope you are well!I'm a new user and having great fun with PR, but I think I may have tried to be clever and shot myself in the foot so to speak! I need to do a series of videos with a common Title / End sequence and have created both in PR already. They include a music track, video footage and titles. I had hoped to copy / paste or similar these sequences into different projects so that I could speed up my production, but I cannot find a way to either copy or move them into a new project. Is there a way I can do this at all, or will I need to keep altering the main file content for each video I make? Thank you all: keep safe! Kingsley

This has only happened quite recently but when I either open a project or create a new one, it will not play. All other functions work fine it's only when I try to play the preview that it doesn't work. When I try to move in the timeline it also works fine until I try to press play, after that the slider moves but it does not register. The play button doesn't even change into the pause button.

I always use premier rush in my iPhone. When I edit my video on that, it suddenly turns off and go back to my home screen of my iPhone. I didn't figure out how that happens like this is because of short storage, what I make a mistake on the process of editing or what.please teach me how to solve it. I am in a hurry to submit my video..

I've used up my 3 downloads/saves and since upgraded to my PS/LR account to allow me to edit more videos while I practice. BUT, my upgrade will not work, despite showing on my account. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Rush, but to no avail. How can I get this working as I am now paying for it, and not able to use it. Wullie

Hi, I have a friend who has snail-pace internet speeds where it takes them hours to upload a video on YouTube. Would Rush be able to help them upload videos faster?
