Premiere Rush

*I am using Adobe Rush on my iphone 7.   I am new to Adobe Rush and just started my first project, which is a slideshow.  I am stuck already on the very beginning.  I have added a few photos, some songs, and a title slide.  I want the title to appear all by itself (with music) at the beginning before transitioning into photos.  However, I when I move a photo another one pops into its place, and I can't slide the title to the left because it's already at the start.  How do I add a text or title slide that appears on its own?

I created a new project on my computer and synconized it with the Creative Cloud. Unfortunately only half of all files are syncronized. So I can't continue editing on another device. I've also tried to re-syncronize it by deactivating it, deleting all files from the cloud, and then reactivating them. Unfortunately without success. Does anyone have an idea or even a solution?

Hi, I have to add a very long disclaimer at the end of a video. I used a title box, but can't seem to find out how to wrap the text. It is just in a very long line. I have looked at this forum, videos, and anywhere on the internet. It makes it challenging as Premier is the original product and most articles are about premier and not Rush.  Can anyone help me out on how to wrap the text or an idea to make the disclaimer fit on the slide? 

Help! I cannot access any of my work, my phone memory is NOT full, and neither is my RAM. I cannot access any of the editing I have done and can not get any further work done. I've encountered this issue before but only when dealing with low memory and trying to create a video that was too long. I'm dealing with about 9 minutes of footage which I have had no issue doing (other than slow loading) before the recent update. I don't want to lose all of that work and I am paying for inconvenience at this point!

I have the 'standard' color presets showing in Rush (Cinematic, Film, SL X, etc), however when I browse into the Rush program folders I find there is a 'Effect Presets' folder containing 3 files for DJI drones, and 1 for a Hero 4 Session. However, done of these are showing anywhere in Rush - is this a hidden feature yet to be unlocked yet?Also, is there a way to manually load any LUT's for use in Rush yet?OT: I hope they allow us the ability to adjust clip speed or the program will be pointless to myself, but so far it looks to be a good replacement for Resolve for myself.

Hi,When I create a User Preset on my desktop in Rush, it isn't populating into the mobile version even though I have sync turned on.  Other project files are syncing.  Do the presets not sync back and forth between devices?  If so, can you give me some pointers on how to make presets I create on my desktop sync with mobile?Thanks,Emily

Finally the Android version... Unable to download though as it says my device isn't compatible? It's a Sony xperia 10 a recent phone running Android 9 is it due to 21.9 screen? please make compatible had been looking forward to this app

A video which was working fine a few days ago has now gone completely black. I can see all of the video snippets in their proper arrangement, but the preview is pitch black and it doesn't let me play it. When I try to exit it says that Adobe Rush is not responding so I am forced to close it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted my computer. Nothing seems to be fixing this.

I have Adobe Rush for mobile on an Android device. I am trying to import a large collection of videos from my gallery by date created. It appears that it only allows videos to be imported by date modified, which are out of order. Any advice?

  Hi, I can no longer trim clips (at least the majority of them - for some reason I can trim a few). The wide orange bars do not appear when I try to shorten or lengthen clips (updated with screenshots showing the difference) This also means that the clips I have trimmed can't be lengthened to their original length. Is this a cloud storage issue as I am using the free version of rush with only 2GB of creative cloud storage? Any help appreciated! Thanks,Alex

Hello, I currently have uploaded a video into adobe rush on my PC and turn sync on to access videos on my iphone. Worked great and perfectly fine with one video but all the other videos don't work at all. When I click on the video on my iphone, it's nothing but a grey screen and video won't playback at all. Works perfectly fine on Desktop version but video won't play on iphone, why is this?

Im having the same issue found in other threads with green and pink videos. I have followed link on website to update intel. I run software have opened and saved it each, updated premier rush, and event went to intel and had it do an automatic update on all my intel and im still having issue.

 Hello, I have trouble using this app.The file format of my videos is MP4-MPEG-4 because I used my camcorder.When I imported my videos from gallery, it didn't work.And I searched this website and found that this app doesn't support this file format.Is it possible to help this app support more various formats like MPEG-4?This is an editing app, so I think it must support all the other formats.Please let it become. 

Hi,I'm missing the speed button that is supposed to show on the right hand side. Help?!   

I have been trying for 3 days to render a video I made. Since the video is 18 minutes but long the rendering takes awhile. I plug in and turn off auto lock and let it render. After 6 attempts it just says Adobe can’t render project. It happens at random times during the process. I really don’t want to redo this video as it took awhile. What could be causing it to not render. I tried rendering another project and it worked fine. 

I am stuck in a loop of 'upgrade to export' and 'you already have an account.' I pay the monthly membership and have only stumbled into this problem after having to do a phone factory reset and downloading Rush again.

The app provides 3times for free video exporting. I exported 3 times also can’t save to my phone and can’t share to any social media including YouTube and Facebook. I can’t share my video that edited for days, even can’t export it any more if I don’t upgrade the app. I’m worried about that if I spend and upgrade it I still can’t export any files.

Hi, New user to Premiere Rush, never successfully got it running.I always stuck at the "preparing media",  the loading bar never shows progress. And when I click "cancel", it fully stucks and I had to force leave. Newest MacBook Pro...... Model Name: MacBook Pro  Model Identifier: MacBookPro15,2  Processor Name: Intel Core i5  Processor Speed: 2,4 GHz  Number of Processors: 1  Total Number of Cores: 4  L2 Cache (per Core): 256 KB  L3 Cache: 6 MB  Hyper-Threading Technology: Enabled  Memory: 8 GB  I have read other post about this, but never found real solutions.Look for help !

When opening rush I am able to preview media and add a collection to edit, but my preview screen is black when the sound of the video works, Any fixes to see the video whilst editing ?

Hello, I researched this problem a bit online but have only found solutions for Premiere Pro.  I am trying to get Adobe Premiere Rush to use my RTX 2060 Super rather than relying so much on my CPU.  Is there a way to get it to point to that? Thanks,Joe 

They used a subscription using my card without my consent, how can I deactivate it?

I'm trying to add a transition, but when I drag it between 2 clips it shows up as just a black screen instead of the trasition. I am using Rush on my laptop. Anyone else having this issue? 

Using Note-10+. The rendering result can be uploaded to YouTube, FaceBook, Instagram and Behance. How can be the rendered video saved to phone Gallery?

I have been trying again and again and again to render the video, I have tried switching video quality and frame rates but Rush app keep crashing. I have paid for the full software and I have my final uni assessment, in which I have to present my video. Is there any way, through which I can save the video on my phone. I am so worried. Please help me out.

I am using Samsung Note-10+ with English UK and Hebrew. The Text I enter in android Rush using Hebrew fonts like like the dowloaded Adobe font Myriad Hebrew, and also Samsung provided Noto Sans Hebrew, Noto Serif Hebrew allows to type in Hebrew characters ,but the text shows in Left-to-Right instead of Right-to-Left as should be in Hebrew.Any sugestions?
