Premiere Rush

Do I need to upload my project into Premier Pro before I can refine the detail adjustments with a keyed in value vs. just having an imprecise slider.

I have no Adobe Premier skills so was hoping that a simpler tool like Adobe Premier Rush would work for me.  All I want to do is take videos and remove repetitive or irrelevant content from them. I.e delete a few seconds here and there.  But the save time - the render time always takes ages.  Does a video have to completely re-rendered if you just remove seconds of it?   Is there no quicker way to save the resulting video file?

If I know my project is going to have vertical footage from an iPhone and 720p footage, should i start the project off with 720 to keep the frame size throughout the project and then introduce different media sizes. I understand there will black borders on some footage...thanksMark

I just spent the morning editing a video with cross dissolve transitions, and title screens. Waited for the export to finish only to see the above mentioned missing... Can you say what went wrong? I'm afraid to try again because I only have 2 more free exports. Running on Windows 10

I uploaded an audio clip from my mac to dropbox in mp3, wave, and aac formats. When I try to add media in Rush, it sees none of these files. I tried to restart Rush, but not luck. It sees other audio files in the dropbox folder, but not the one's I recently uploaded.Also, just to test, I tried to upload one of the audio files from DB that I did not want, the app just hung up at 'loading' and never loaded the audio.

Hi!I've just finished editing a 2,4 min video. After exporting it's slow and glitchy in some parts.Used the desktop version. Checked the MAC system requirements – everything seems to be alright.Is there a way to fix this problem? I still have two more free exports.But I was thinking to upgrade in order to use it for my work.Thanks a lot!

This is my first time using Premiere Rush. I need to record audio from the footage I have and duplicate it throughout my project. I've been watched YouTube tutorials on how to use Premiere Rush audio, but I cannot find what I need. If anyone could help, that would be much appreciated.

Hi Guys, I was wondering if I could have some help. I firstly downloaded Adobe Rush CC to my phone. I managed to edit everything there, the only problem was that it kept crashing all the time.. So I decided to get the app on my Laptop. The project that I was working on was saved on my account but I can't seem to access all my footage.The footage has been added to my creative cloud, the only problem is that things are still syncing on my creative cloud. I have managed to save everything to my dropbox account and the laptop. I have tried to find the missing files and tried to add them to the workshop but it didn't work. It would be great if someone could help me as it wasn't a short video and I don't want to restart it on the laptop. I can access it on my phone but not my laptop. Thank you. Theophilia

Hi, I am a YouTuber so I decided to try out Premiere Rush, but everytime I open it,It is stuck on preparing projects so I have no choice but to click on the cancel button which leads me to a gray screen with a circle spinning in the right and the Create new project button greyed out. I seem to be having a problem (much like others) with .mogrt files and Rush. I’ve included version and build information at the end of this post to aid diagnosis.I’ve created a .mogrt using Premiere Pro CC on a windows machine. I had read that After Effects authored .mogrt files are not supported on Rush so wanted to avoid any importing errors. No errors on saving the file when using the ‘compatibility with Rush’ checkbox.I can see and import the .mogrt into Premiere Pro and use it just fine. I try to import into Rush (on both windows and the iOS version) and get odd results.On the Rush windows app I can’t see the .mogrt files at all. (see screenshot left of Windows Rush app).The “Branding Mogerts” heading refers to a Library I’m using to store the files. I’ve already tried Installing a .mogert from a local destination but it doesn’t show up at all, even when changing the drop down to “All”. While trying to edit long video on my iPad Pro 11, the preview window often freezes and and nothing renders no matter how long I wait. My only fix for this at the moment is to use the readjustment slider which forces a rerender of the preview window. I've seen on the Adobe Rush support page that rendering may fail at times due to low battery. I've tried this at low battery, 100% battery, and 100% battery while plugged in and nothing fixes it. I've tried deleting the project and redownloading it, no fix. I've also tried reinstalling the app, still not a fix.EDIT: I’ve discovered the issue only occurs when the device is in landscape mode.

HiI have several types of files in one video but all my JPG. files get stretched when I play my video, they look fine when the marker is standing still over the file. I have a mix of HEIC. MOW. and JPG. has anyone  a solution for this?

Hello,I've tried to export my video with the free edition of Rush, but it failed.It still reduced my free export count by one.Now I'm afraid to try it again.Why doesn't it just reduce the count when the export finished successfuly?Best regards,Steffen

I have been trying to export my video from adobe rush, but each time it goes almost to the end, then stops. Today, it finishes but doesn't show up in my camera roll and now I can't do anything because that's 3 exports.

I made a project on my desktop using Adobe Rush and it created the optimized proxy and uploaded it to the cloud like usual. Then I go on my iPad to try to edit the project and the video is out of sync with my audio and it seems that the audio is slightly slowed down because my voice is deeper. Along with the fact that after the visual ends, the audio keeps going, even though it's not stretched out any longer in the timeline. I'd like to think this is a frame rate issue but I'm not sure.The video format is:1920x108060 fps.mp4 formatIt happens to all my clips and they range between 18-32 GB in size and they're all about an hour long. Ive added titles to my project. In my playback it shows over a transparent background so I can see my video track underneath. However, after I exported, the titles have a solid black background and hide my video track. How can I fix this?

There's a 5 GB limit to single uploads onto Creative Cloud. I work with large video files (30-80 GB) and I want to be able to make a rough cut on my iPad and finish them at home on my desktop with Premiere Pro. If I start an edit on my iPad will that footage sync considering I have 100 GB of free storage or does that 5 GB limit still apply. And if that limit still applies, is there a way for me to get those projects to my computer to finish in Premiere Pro?

I have created a video project in Premiere and when I encode it through either Premiere Pro or Media Encoder, the final product shows intereference. I have spliced together about 7 short videos and each shows correctly for a couple sentences, then a few of them show interference with vertical CMYK lines across the screen like the four color channels aren't aligned. I can't figure out why it's happening. So frustrated!Thanks for your help!

Just recently had to switch laptops and was poking around in Rush looking at a different problem and discovered that I can't access any video or audio files via the Rush Media Browser. Only images show up. I can't even access the sample media, it's just showing "No files to show".My specs are macOS Mojave 10.14.4 (Just updated)Macbook Pro (15-inch, 2018)Adobe Rush v1.0.4 (Build 2)I uninstalled Rush and installed it again. And I've signed out of Creative Cloud and signed back in.My next step is to see what happens if I turn off Trend Micro Security Agent which our IT department installed. I need them to figure that out I think they locked it down. Anyone else having problems with Rush and an antivirus program?

I've been using Premiere Rush for a little while now, to edit my church service videos into short clips for social media, and it basically wouldn't load for a handful of days, and when it finally did, all the clips I've made aren't showing up. Can anyone help me out?

hey thereI just bought the iPad to try over the Adobe rush on the go, and since I have a lot of Templates (pproj I.e. premier pro templates) I really want to try them on the iPad on the go. The thing is that when I download sample file in a ziped format, with pproj extinction, I don’t know why but the system just doesn’t  recognize it at all  it’s just ? Symbol on the file. Theref I can’t open it with Adobe Rush. Although I really want to.I also sometime purchase certain templates on Envato and I want some right away, but since I don’t even know how to install them properly on my iPad I can’t decide whether to buy or not.Can you pls be more specific on the steps should I make to work with Premier Pro templates, what extinction should the file be, how to add them to adobe rush.I’m familiar with adobe products and video rendering.
