Project Neo (beta)

Hi, I don't know if this is just happening to me, but whenever I try to copy a vector from Illustrator and paste it into a Neo project, it never pastes anything. I can't paste any vectors at all. There's also no connection when I try to send something as a vector to Illustrator; it seems to be sending the vector, but nothing appears in my Illustrator file. It's incredibly frustrating not being able to connect Illustrator and Project Neo. I've seen others paste vectors into Project Neo or transfer things from Project Neo to Illustrator, but I just can't.is there a solution for this?

I am unable to load Adobe Project Neo in the browser. When opening projectneo.adobe.com, the application fails to initialize and displays a client-side exception. The page does not fully load and the browser console shows multiple JavaScript and WebAssembly errors.Key console errors include: RuntimeError: function signature mismatch (neo_engine WebAssembly) TypeError: Failed to construct 'URL': Invalid URL TypeError: Invalid value used as WeakMap key TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'message') CustomElementRegistry error: "susi-sentry-light" already defined Client-side exception occurred (Next.js) Troubleshooting already attempted: Hard refresh with cache disabled Clearing site data Reloading the page Environment: Browser: Chrome OS: Windows 11 The error occurs immediately when loading the site before any document or project is opened.

When using Project Neo, when the curser is passed over an asset the XY positioning is then ghosted across that asset - likewise, if grabbing the XY handles, this is also then ghosted.  This renders PN pretty much unusable.  Have tried this in both Safari and Also Chrome, the issue is present in both.  refreshing the browser clears the issue, however this is again present once the curser passes onto the work pane again.  Likewise clearing the Cache makes no difference. 

I see that the technical requirements to use Adobe Neo on a Mac are an Apple M1 Pro with 16 GB of RAM, and my iMac is a 3.6 GHz 10-core Intel Core i9. My question is whether I'll be able to use this new tool with these specifications. Thank you.

Across multiple projects, everytime I delete a group of snapshots, upon project reopen they re-appear. I have tried the following: Duplicating said projects Renaming duplicated projects from step 1 Deleting Renamed-Duplicated Projects from steps 1 & 2 and trying again.  Step 3 failed. Time to hard clear the cache.  Repeating Steps 1, 2 & 3 in Safari (sigh...) No joy.  Repeating Steps 1 & 2 in incognito mode in Chrome Sighs, makes a cuppa tea’  My tea helped - I’m going to create a ‘new project’, named ‘new-project’, and new snapshots.  Close ‘new-project’. Re-open ‘new-project’ and delete snapshots. Close ‘new-project’. Open for a third time - and the deleted snapshots are back to haunt me. I now can’t help but feel this a personal vendetta.   Console log. It’s NextJS - shouldn’t be difficult. Nothing apparent other than UI feeback.Please advise.

No element shows any shadowThere is an environmental option that has a shadow to select and unselect, but it doesn't do anything...this is happening only on this artwork, if I open another one it works normally.Thank youThe screenshot below shows the environment without shadow, none of the elements has shadowDo you know what is possibly going on? Thank you

Exports are proving volatile.Timings can be anything from 3s (best) to 90s (worst).1 in 10 fail.   

Trying to script an export automation, as I really don’t warm to the idea of having to manually export 500+ images. I’d just like to know the html element name that contains the export modal so i can target it.Many Thanks in advance.  

It appears that the rotation for mp4 export is z-axis only. I need y-axis rotation and I would imagine that's the most common use case?

Looks like there's 15 character limit for the layer names. I initially thought my keyboard had broken 😨 Can this be fixed?

Max feedback - transform palatte shows the wrong z value when rotating cube primantive. x value and y value both toggle numbers except z value doesn't when doing free form rotate-Jesse

 네오가 사진처럼 실행이 안됩니다. 네오를 한번도 써본적 없어서 문제를 더욱 모르겠습니다. "Try it!"을 누르면 사진처럼 "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred while loading projectneo.adobe.com (see the browser console for more information)."이 뜨면서 먹통이구요, "+Create"을 누르면 다른 사진처럼 무한 로딩이 걸립니다. 최소사양을 확인하고 모든 업데이트를 다 해봤는데 똑같습니다. 뭐가 문제일까요? 그래픽카드가 최소사양보다는 높지만 추천사양 이하라 그런걸까요?<컴퓨터 사양>그래픽카드 : NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3060CPU : 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700FRAM : 32GB

Is it possible to export an STL file from Neo?

There was suddenly an error with my project and it force quit, so I tried opening it up again, but it is stuck in constant loading. Weirdly enough, when I try to open other files straight after, they can't be opened too, but when I refresh and open the other files, they can for some reason. Is it possible to have Neo embedded into Photoshop as when doing composition so that you can get the correct perspective and angle for the composition ? As well, I'd like to see some basic point editing and booleans. 

I created 2 accounts by accident...on personal and one business related and I'm trying to combine them into one by either sending all my files from one account to the other.  Is there a workaround for this?

Hi  I tried to ungroup the objects, but suddenly some of the assets were gone.and then now it keeps showing "oops, something went worng" pop up & can't open the project. is there a way to fix this issue...

Hi, I've changed the position of my last object by using the properties. After clicking enter, none of my objects is visible anymore. You can view them inside the navigation bar on the right handside (they are not set to "hide" or anything) but clicking on it as well as creating a new object won't show anything on the screen. Does anybody ever had this issue and knows how to deal with it?
