Recently discovered that when opening up a fillable PDF in Acrobat Reader while over a VPN the form loads extreamly slow, file opens but all the fields populate one at a time on a single page. Also the app will lock up when selecting a field or entering text or even trying to scroll.   I have tested this on multiple computers and multiple forms.    Only happens when opened in Reader,  works fine in Acrobat Pro and other PDF viewer apps. Running Windows 10. Acrobat Reader DC 2021.001.20145.Anyone else having this issue? 

Hi all,I have got a Huwawei P20 Pro phone and I get sent a pdf attachment to my email once a week.When I try and open it, I get a message saying the file is corrupt or damaged. The pdf is basically a weekly invoice and since I have had my P20, I have been unable to open any of the pdf files. All other pdf's from varuous sources, I can open without any problem. I have contacted Huwawei just to make sure its not a phone issue but they have said if I can open all other pdf's, it must be the way the company are sending the pdf. I then spoke to the company and they said they haven't received any complaints from customers. I can access the pdf on my laptop though! I have tried opening it using various apps which I downloaded via playstore that open pdf files but to no avail.I hope someone can please help.ThanksNas

The distribution site only has the 32bit versionBut i want to use the 64bit version please see below  where can I download the 64bit version?  

How can I downloa a previous version of acrobat pro, it is not listed in the cloud app downloads dropdown menu for acrobat. The current version 21, is not working with my system, too many glitches to name.

We want to distribute Acrobat Reader to all devices within our organization. According to this page we need a Distribution Licence Agreement. But when visiting the "Apply now" link under "Apply for a desktop licence" we get an 400 error. We reached out to the Adobe Support and they told us to post here. Anyone who can help with this?

I need help. I tried downloading a previous year's tax return and when I try to open it I get a message to.enter a password. I never set a password for this document. What do I do?

Acudo a la web "Get Acrobat" y me descargo seleccionando mi sistema operativo e idioma el Adobe Acrobar Reader DC para leer PDFs.  Al abrir la aplicación, observo que es la versión de 32bits y pienso que igual puede traer problemas pues mi equipo corre en 64bits. Me imagino que no, y que será una preocupación tonta. Es por quedarme tranquilo. Muchas gracias de antemano.

HiPost upgrading to Adobe Reader DC 21.1.20145.0 we are regularly experiencing slow printing of PDF's accross the printer estate. Print jobs a regularly stuck in a Spooling state. The Event Viewer on the print server shows numerous errors stating "Document xxx, Print Document owned by xxxxxxxxx timed out while printing on xxxxxx. The spooler waited for 240000 milliseconds and no data was received".Anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix and/or work-a-round available?Thanks

I have a pdf file includes a opentype font "SourceHanSans" what is generated by JasperReport 6.3.1 + iText 2.1.7. The pdf can been viewed by other pdf reader such as chrome pdf reader. But the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC prompt an error and it cannot display the font correctly. I found the Adobe was fixed the similar problem in past. I've always been able to select as many pages of a pdf as I wanted, click and drag to my desktop, then let go of the mouse button, creating a brand new pdf file with those selected pages. However for some reason now when I select multiple pages and drag them to my desktop, letting go of the mouse button does nothing, no new pdf file. Can anyone help with this?

Hi, When I open a pdf that was scanned in horizontally and I use the "Rotate" option to correct the file I then click file save as and resave it so it will open correctly to who I send it.Problem is even after it is saved even as a new file name it still opens horizontally. Why? How do I get this to save properly? Thanks

Buenos días. Dispongo de un PC portatil, marca Compaq, modelo Presario CQ70 (ya tiene unos añitos pero funciona perfectamente). Tiene instalado Windows 7 Enterprise. Sistema: Intel Pentium(R) Dual CPU T3200 @ 2.00GHz. Memoria Ram: 3,00 GB. Sistema operativo de 32 bits.PROBLEMA: He estado un tiempo sin utilizarlo, y al volverlo a utilizar y querer descargar un documento en PDF me daba error saliendo una ventanita donde me sujería reintalar el Adobe Reade. Actualicé todos los programas instalados en el PC, incluido el Adobe Reade y volvía a salir el mismo error y sujerencia de reinstalación. Desinstalé por completo el programa de Adobe Reade, y al volverlo a instalar de nuevo, me sale error de instalación por tener ya el programa instalado y actualizado. No entiendo nada ...Gracias anticipadas por vuestras respuestas. Saludos. 

Hello. We have a problem with displaying signature in pdf. If I open the document in a browser, i can see a signature, but when I open it at Acrobat Reader DC (free version 2021.001.20145), the signature is not displayed. What can this problem be and how can we solve it?

I scanned a 20 page document upside down. Yes, I can rotate it in View. But I'd like to *save* it in the correct orientation. When I press Save As, it just reverts back to the upside orientation of the scan.  (Yes, this is an idiotic question. I'm dyslexic. Be kind)

Hi all, When i open a document and leave for more than 2 hours i automatically get an error message as "There was an error while reading the stream" Mutliple users are facing this issue Tried all the soultions given in Community portal(like updating the Software)

I am trying to change the date format from 2 digits for the year to 4 digits. 

I tried to typed comments in the pdf file, and I used Chinese, but all the words I typed were shown as little boxes. Does anyone know how to fix it? 

Just tried to print comments laterally but couldn't find the proper settings to do so. Just succeded printing comments summarized after any single page? Any ideas on that? THANKS!

Since the latest update I can no longer open and edit pdf's stored in my OneDrive using Acrobat Reader on my iPad. Before the update I could access them via Files -> Locations -> Browse more files, and then select the OneDrive account. I have the following versions:iOS: 14.4.1Acrobat Reader: 21.03.00OneDrive: 12.21

how can I stop headers from reading aloud? they are not tagged but suddenly began to read aloud

I am brand new and it has been frustrating to get the box small enough to only delete one line.  How do I make the box narrow enough, so that it doesn't delete two lines??!  Makes me want to cancel my membership as I can't even find a tech support number.

Does adobe/acrobat have a function that can batch digital signature w/ certificate? Having issues with a design plan set of up to 1000 sheets. I am looking for a app function similair to Bluebeams.  Looking for the best way to handle. I know Docusign online can process but what if I am using desktop adobe?  Thank you all 

Hi, so like in the subject I've got issue with my adobe acrobat reader dc on my laptop. Even when i try to open 14 Mb file it start loading slow and even not responding.  My laptop spec:Lenovo thinkbook 15pCpu: i7 10750h 2,6 GHzRam 16 GBStorage : SSD  Do You have any idea what could cause this problem ? 

I recently received a new lap top running 64 bit Windows 10. I downloaded Adobe Reader DC but it is only 32 bit. I can open a file of drawings, go to the proper drawing than everything freezes and message says "not responding". I am about ready to stop trying to use this and find a different PDF reader.
