Hello All, I'd like to report a bud or glitch I just discovered. I like to have my PC text sized to 150% so I can read from my chair without going closer to my computer screen. However, when I have these settings in place my PDF plans for estimating becoming laggy with text disappearing unless I click and tools unable to work at all. I.E. measure completely would not work and the "ctrl + f" function was laggy and unable to perform multiple searches before it froze. Best Regards

After starting up, but before selecting my logon, get message AdobeARM.exe-Entry Point Not Found, The procedure entry point create process with TokenW could not be located in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll. Thanks for your help.

I have 2 signed PDF files, both with a DSS dictionary that contains the chain and revocation data but encoded in different ways. If the DSS contents use an indirect object, adobe fails to recognize it, if don't they fields show up correctly.

I recently updated my Mac to Big Sur (it is up to date as of today). I'm trying to print a 41 page document from Acrobat Reader DC (which is also up to date version 2021.001.20140). The first 2 pages print fine but then it gets garbled as if the formatting is all wrong. I can print from Preview so I don't think it's a printer problem. I re-installed the printers just in case but no luck. It's the same problem on my laserjet P2035 (wired) and my Epson WF-3520 (air). Thanks in advance for any help

When i dubble click on the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC icon it takes 2 minutes befor the program is started.I use Windows 10 pro, 2004, intel i7 and 8Gb RAM. 

Is anyone else finding the new version of Reader is running really slow/freezing during javascript operations?Its happening for me on a form which has worked fine on older versions.Strangely, it seems to be an intermittent problem, sometimes a pice of code will run fine (about a second), other time it runs really slowly (about 2 minutes). This makes it hard to reproduce 😞I'm running windows10 Pro (up to date) and see it on 32bit and 64bit versions of reader.

Reader v21.001.20135. I've seen this on multiple computers owned by multiple different people. This version of Reader appears to be ignoring the following setting in Preferences, "Documents | Open Settings  | Remember current state of Tools Pane" Regardless of the state of the Tools Pane and the box is checked, Reader keeps opening with the Tools Pane displayed.

I am not able to view PDFs, how can I fix this?

After uninstalling/reinstalling with the newest version of Reader DC, the installation directory goes corrupt after a few days, where AcroRd32.exe goes completely missing.  Mcafee doesn't claim to have quanantined anything, which is the A/V offered with the Adobe Reader installation from adobe.com's own proper mirror.   File Path holding the .exe that eventually will disappear:C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroRd32.exe Work-around:  Reinstall every 2-3 days // or just copy that file elsewhere before it disappears and then put a copy of it back. Build Info:Adobe Reader DC Version 2021.001.20135  (Adobe.com auto-installs 32-bit version ??)Windows 10 Home - 64 bit editionMcAfee Personal Edition // McAfee Live Safe A/V Version 16.0 // Security Center Build (a/v Definition) 19.0.160 (02/21/21)  

Hi!Hopefully a small problem:After opening a PDF file (~7MB) the Reader DC Pro freezes for 20-30 seconds. And after this time I can use it as always.Any ideas? GreetingsSebastian

Hi, there appears to be a problem with the latest update.  I print documents that have mixed page sizes (letter and legal).  My printers have two paper trays and normally when I select "Choose paper source by page size" it will automatically print the correct page size.  It appears that since the new update reader is not recognizing page sizes and printing everything on letter size.  I have confirmed that other people in my line of work are having the same issue starting today as well.

I have a PDF file which includes hidden text. When you mouseover an area on the left side of the page, the text is revealed. On the Windows Acrobat Reader, this works as expected. On my Chromebook, I installed the Adobe Acrobat Reader app (from the Google Play store). I can read the PDF file, but when I mouseover the left side of the page the hidden text is not revealed. Is this feature not available in the Google Play app? Is there any way I can view the hidden text on my Chromebook? Many thanks.

Hello, What's the best software to extract objects from a given pdf? I assume that each object can be a pgn file. This is because one can rearrange the objects into a new pdf to obtain a better pdf for marketing reasons.  Thank you, Lou

Hi, my macbookpro is (13-inch, 2019) 10.15.3 Catalina. Whenever I use chrome (watching videos) and adobe (editing with stickers/ highlighting) together, my mac gets very hot and the fan gets really loud. I have nothing but just chrome and adobe running, I also use my fan to ensure the ventilation is good by facing it to my mac to cool it down, but it doesn't seem to work. Are they compatible? Is this normal? Please watch the two videos I attached. Thanks. 

Hello allFirst post so forgive the 'newb' if it's in the wrong place or 'dumb'.I am admin in a Facebook Group who deal with Papercrafting. A lot of our materials come to print at home, predominatly on USB, (although I am aware this is affecting data on 'c' drive as well) A large percentage of our members are experiencing a recent, (since late Dec2020), issue where Adobe is throwing an error, (see below). This is happening on Win 10, Win8 and 7. Personally I cannot recreate it, but after advising members to uninstall, reinstall the latest version, the majority have the issue solved. However a percentage are still experiencing it, wheras they can use alternative pdf readers without issue, and open the affected files without error. I have tried the media on different PC's and have no problems, so in my mind this implies that its a Windows or DC issue.Is this a Miscrosoft/Adobe issue that needs looked at please. If so has the issue been reported more recently than the other posts on the fo

As title says, we have alot of PDFs which are generated by our billing app and they randomly dont render properly, but they work in every other posibble PDF viewer app, or browsers like Chrome 100% correct every time. This was tesetd on over 30 diffferent, and completly fresh installed Windows10/Acrobat reader , same issue. I attached the example file, try opening it in Adobe or Chreom you will see

Hi all, I am currently using the free version of Reader to edit documents, but when I try to export into a Word format it tells me the package is not available in my country. I have recently moved from the UK to Cayman but I can still use the free reader. Any suggestions?

I usually read a document in four passes - one to get a global understanding, then deeper reading  - almost like I am conversing with the author, creating and follow up on action items (searching for more items, applying what I have learned, etc.) and finally reconciling with other references on the same topic I happen to read in the future.  I want an easy way to keep track of all of this. Ideally, I envision a separate status bar for each of the phases described above. Perhaps four horizontal bars each shaded for regions where I have already done the reading. From my side, when I open a pdf, I will specify which of the above four activities I am doing and also specify that I am done with a particular page. Ultimately, I want to be able to have a snapshot of where I stand with each of the documents I am reading so it's easy to just pickup.
