Dear all, I am contacting you hoping that you can help me find a solution for the following display bug that I am experiencing.The display is always normal when I open documents, but whenever I try to zoom in, to fill the document, or just if I double click somewhere, the glitch appears. It happens on every single document! Any idea on how to solve this?I have tried to repair the installation (option available in "help" tab) and looked for updates but there is none available. Thank you in advance for your help. Kind regardsManon

This is a problem I never have experienced before. Nothing has changed with my set-up in terms of hardware or software used but after recently having updated my computer Acrobat Reader is misbehaving when I try to print documents.  The orientation feature does no longer work properly. Only when using the Auto selection under Orientation will the program understand to print in Landscape orientation. Selecting Landscape does not do anything whatsoever. It just keeps printing in Portrait mode.  Also, and this may be related to it, I have noticed that, in contrast to another computer of mine, when printing, the computer continues to believe that I am printing in Letter format rather than A4 format, and creates all kinds of problems around this. Having reinstalled all software and drivers for my printer, an HP m477fdw didnt sort the problem out, but at this stage I have at least managed to get rid of the Letter problem, which really shouldnt be there in the first place.&

We have troubles with adobe reader across our company. Reader freeze when open print dialog. There doesnt matter, which printer´s are added to windows. The only one solution is remove appdata\local\adobe, appdata\roaming\adobe and HKCU:system\adobe, but after few hours is trouble back.Do you have any solution please?Thank you

I can't get acrobat reader to retain my preferences. Every time I open it it comes back to a kind of default settings. How can I freeze my preferences forever? such as reading order options or units in millimeter instead of inches? Thanks.

After update, all PDF files print out to Epson L565 inkjet color printer. The text documents only to see incomplete horizontal lines. I try to convert same PDF file to jpeg, than convert to PDF. The print out is fine.Remarks: The Windows 7 and Windows 10 same issue. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC same version.

In the last month, when I download certain files like my American Express Statement and try to Edit the PDF or Add Text, it tells me there is password protection. I did not put it there. How can I remedy this situation

With last Reader DC update my clock time will not read correctly even after manual resets.  After uninstalling Reader DC the clock runs correctly. Using firefox. Where is the bug?

Hello, I am attempting to install Adobe Reader onto a different drive (E), as my C drive has absolutely no space remaining, and I cannot delete anything off of it. I am aware of the Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution download, which I have downloaded onto the E drive, however there are still files that get placed in the ProgramData folder of my C drive, which takes up 404mb that I do not have to spare, so I am unable to install Adobe Reader. My question is, is there a way to get the full installer place those files that it places into the ProgramData folder into my E drive rather than them defaulting into my C drive?

I would like to change the defaults when I view a PDF.  1. Page Display - Set default to "Enable Scrolling"2. Zoom - Set default to "Actual Size" Help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I am experiencing the issue of a blck box appearing instead of a cursor in Adobe DC. I have opened the appdata files and located the IconCacheReader, but cannot find an option to delete it. Has anyone else had this problem?Sharon

Antes mostrava erro de acesso dai eu foi nas opções e coloquei para desbloquear a leitura do arquivo e agora informa erro de caminho, baixei o arquivo do meu e-mail. quando eu tiro ele de uma pasta o arquivo abre, quando eu coloco ele dentro da pasta da o erro. 

I open a new file with my Adobe Acrobat Reader application for Mac. It opens alright, however I cannot edit any of the open document spaces or sign. I have created a signature for Adobe. But, when I attempt to use it I get a warning/error for "bad parameters". I don't know how to proceed. And I need these files ASAP.  Somebody PLEASE HELP!

Adobe Acrobat ReaderDCI have a test pdf that I was using to solve an initial problem, but now I have this one. Using the test.pdf, I pull up the print window, select my desired printer, and click on Properties, but it does nothing. Absolutely nothing. It doesn't throw an error or open the window. The button only becomes outlined in blue. I've tried repairing Adobe, updating Adobe, and even unistalling and reinstalling. The Properties button works on other printers selected but not on the one I want. The button works on other computers and it is nothing to do with the printer's driver as it works on other computers. I've tried the registry trick with the FeatureState key in the registry, but it didn't do anything and can't find any solutions to this specific problem.  This is the computer that it is being used: Lenovo 80Q0 x64Win 10 10.0.18362 Build 18362

Hello guys, i have a problem with my Acrobat Reader DC (free version). On Windows 8.1, despide the "Open new documents in the same window" option is checked (Preferences - General), however, when i'm opening multiple pdf's, there are as many windows as the numbers of pdf's opened in the taskbar (big buttons - always combine), as if there are multiple instances of Adobe Reader, despide the documents are actually shown in tabs inside it (see the difference in the printscreen between Adobe Reader and Notepad++ which also has multiple documents opened inside it). How can i solve it? It's a bug? Thanks!

Hi I am generating a PDF using PhantomJS. However throughout the report I see "flat-lines" around the circular logos in PDF. The PDF looks good in all other PDF viewers (including in-browser viewers). Also the text looks different in Adobe. What can be the reason for this? I am attaching screenshots for Adobe and Mac PDF Previewer.

I have a problem with acrobat reader dc version 20.013.20074, it has one function "fill and sign" which does not work for me. For the last few months I have been unable to print pdfs duplex from my PC.  Thinking it was to do with OneDrive I downloaded Adobe Reader DC to bypass OneDrive but I don;t get offered duplex as a printing option.  I can print word duplex and my hsband's Mac prints PDfs duplex so it isn't the printer. What am I missing?

I've created a PDF for work.  I have created two additional pages to have a total of three pages of the same PDF.  When I type in the body of the first page the same words I type there also end up on pages two and three.  I want a three page PDF and be able to type different sentences into each page.

When I try to open an adobe document i am getting the error message:Error 0x8007016a  The cloud file provider is not runningCould anyone tell me how I rectify this, my cloud seems to running ok as I can open other documents.Thanks

I have a document that was originally a PDF document, converted to a WORD document. While I continue to edit the WORD document there are purple text boxes throughout my document that I cannot get rid of. I would like to delete them but can't get rid of them.

Help- Every Acrobat document that I open opens with a with of 48%.. Is there someway to change this?

I seem to be having an issue with one of the PC's in our environment. We have an application which uses the Internet Explorer Plug-in for Adobe Reader. Our PC is on Windows 10, Feature 2004. (64-bit if that matters). Our current version of Adobe Reader is 20.013.20074 which should have the fix for crashing when opening multiple PDF's with the plug-in, but this PC does NOT want to cooperate. We have tried using the cleanup tool from Adobe Labs, and then reinstalling once the computer reboots. We can open one PDF just fine - but anything after that and it shuts the application down. I did however notice that the plug-in version type listed in Internet Explorer is version 20.12.20041We have "Protected Mode at startup" disabled. When enabling, it seems it works just fine... no crashing and we can open as many PDF's within this app without a single crash. Issue is - we cannot print.
