Сперва была ошибка обновления Reader, после этого я его удалил и пытаюсь поставить новый, но выдает ошибку "у вас уже установлена более новая версия" Все что было связано с Adobe Reader вроде удалил с компа, CCleaner-ом реестр почистил ...ничего не поменялось

this my first time using acrobat. I have edited a certificate that I want to print. How do get rid of all the mark up that I do not want to show on the printed version, please? Is there a way to save the document ready for final printing

Hello I think such a function could be found in Arcobat reader, where if I click on a text, an image is displayed. I simply want to add a certification in a pdf file, but I do not want to add a big sized image, I would like to put in either two ways: 1- Click on a text with certification name, and so the big-sized or original image is displayed.2- Put an image sized like an icon, and when clicked, the big-sized or original image is shown? How to do so ? What are good sources to learn from ? Or what are good keywords for this process?

i have 8 activation key for Adobe Standard X and missed tracked of activation due to the machine reset. Is there a way to clear all the activation from your system so i can re activate and track the activation keys?

We have created a pdf with images embedded into each page (activity book). However, when we try to take that pdf, and click on the "Organize Pages" > Insert Pages, and set the page location (after) etc)., It addes the blank page, but turns EVERYTHING else blank after it as well. How do we fix this?? There are no issues with the pdf prior to this, so is this a bug or is there a workaround? Adobe returns a "contact the pdf creator" - it was us - there's ZERO issues on our end as to why it's happening. Suggestions??

Does anyone know if Adobe Reader XI works or is compatible with Server 2019?   

I have looked at a few solutions others have posted but the clean up/unistall tool for this version of adobe was only for Windows.  I am unable to get to the EULA file before it crashes. It will not allow me to open any pdf file for more than a few seconds. I am not a tech savvy person.  Help!

When trying to print a PDF file using Adobe Reader (Version 2020.013.2006) , the list of installed printers do not show up. show up. When i open a PDF in adobe reader,  click File > Print, no printers are listed.  When i open the same PDF file ina different program (Google Chrome, Edge, Foxit) i am able to hit file > print and select the desired printer, and print.  I have uninstalled Adobe reader, restarted computer, gone to https://get2.adobe.com/reader/ and installed the latest version of adobe reader, set adobe  reader as defaullt PDF handler, and have no luck printing. I have also created a word document, saved as a PDF and i cannot print this test PDF file from Adobe, but can still print from  any other PDF program. 

Hello, I am an IT tech for my company. We are having issues with PDF's being opened from IE. (Several programs we use are still only compatible with it.They receive an error stating: "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (523:523).My team & I have been through the posts previously mentioning the issue to no avail.The issue appeared with update to Vers. 2020.006.20042. Our systems are all Windows 10 1803 and newer.Disabling protected mode is something we cannot do in our environment so that solution is a no go.We found disabling the adobe add-on in IE bypasses the error but causes some of our programs to malfunction as they require use of embedded pdf's. Disabling Enhanced Protected Mode in IE has also proven to not solve the issue.The problem persists when IE is the default browser of Adobe set to default pdf reader.We have even disabled Edge as that proved to be a source of the problem in some previous posts, but it did not hel

I have a user running Adobe Acrobat Reader DC v2019.021.20058 who continually receives the error "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat Reader.  If it is running, please exit and try again. (523:523)" while working in SAP.  The Acrobat Reader has been reinstalled.  We have also tried the fix found online of disabling protected mode but the issue continues.  The user seems to only have this issue with SAP.  Can anyone offer any other fixes?  

Hallo,ich versuche schreibgeschützte PDFs auf dem iPad über Acrobat Reader zu öffnen. Auf dem MacBook funktioniert dies tadellos.Auf dem iPad hingegen nicht, es kommt auch keine Aufforderung das Passwort einzugeben. Es wird nur eine weiße Seite bzw. eine leere Datei angezeigt. (plugin fileopen)Weiß jemand vielleicht, wie ich die PDFs öffnen kann?Vielen Dank 

Buenas tardes. Estoy intentando usar la herramienta para comentar de Acrobat Reader, pero cada vez que lo haga, la aplicación se paraliza unos segundos e inmediatamente después, se cierra. He consultado en los foros de la Comunidad Adobe, y he puesto mi propia consulta, pero no he conseguido solucionar el problema. ¿Podrían ayudarme? Muchas gracias.

Hallo zusammen,ich habe folgende Problematik:In unseren PDFs sind Rasterkästen aufgedruckt (siehe Anlage). Diese Rasterkästen sollen aber nur gedruckt werden, wenn nichts eingetragen wird.Werden hier Eingaben getätigt, sollen die Rasterkästen verschwinden und nur der Text angezeigt werden. Ist diese Funktionalität über Adobe Java Script gegeben und umsetzbar? Danke für eure Hilfe. Viele GrüßeChristian

Hello,according to the manual, to delete a digital ID, the entry "Preferences > Digital ID" should be selected via the Edit tab. However, I do not have the entry "Preferences" in the Edit tab, so I can't delete the old digital ID.What can I do? Thank you in advance for your feedback. Regards Monika

Just with the first comment.I tried everything I've seen in other similar posts:-updated my Nvidia graphics drivers (RTX 2070)-reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Reader (latest version)-accepted the EULA.exe-repaired Adobe Acrobat Reader-please remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html, reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/I have even tried to collect the crash logs, but after following all the steps, I don't know why the crashdumps folder doesn't appear anywhere.Could you please help with this issue.Thank you very much and best regards,Jose

i cannot get a correct print when printing a pdf and open with adobe reader . It will print in colout but i cant get it to print in black for the writting 

Hi, I'm having issues with my adobe acrobat with reading some images. Could anyone help with understanding why it's not showing colors properly? I've tested the same PDF on a windows computer and it works. Thanks

One of my users just upgraded to a Windows 10 machine from Windows 7. On the W7 machine, the user was able to edit PDFs but they can not do so on the W10 machine. We do not and never have had a paid account with adobe. Why is the edit feature not available on the W10 machine but it was on the W7 machine without a subscription? 

Hello,I converted my file to a searchable pdf however when I type in the word I am looking for it shows a underline text instead a highlighted text I never changed anything, not sure how that happen, It hard for me to find the word I am looking for in an underline text. please assit
