I have an older Acrobat 7 Professional that I am trying to activate with no success. Are there steps that I am missing when trying to activate an older Acrobat Product?

Correct answer Test Screen Name

That's very old indeed, so old that current Adobe staff mostly never knew that it can no longer be activated, cannot be installed on current Mac systems, and will not work on current Windows systems. If you have a suitably old Windows system (XP or older) you can download a replacement which does not need activation. Error: "Activation Server Unavailable" | CS2, Acrobat 7, Audition 3

Hi workplaceresource2016,

Please let us know the operating system installed on your system.

Do you get any error message when you try to activate Acrobat 7?
