I have created signatures and the look OK in Preferences but I cannot get them to be used. It worked once, but I am not sure how or why. I do not get all the dialogs.

Thank you. I read the article you cited, as well as others, several

times. Creation was no problem.

My problem is that the HELP never said, that I could find, the HELP or

HINT to search for a tool called Certificates. I searched,

Signatures, Digital Signatures, and many others but they lead no where.

I think the HELP needs some HELP.

Once you create the signature, click on tools, scroll down and click "Fill & Sign", select the file or document you want to sign, once doc opens, click on the "Sign" marker in the "Fill & Sign" toolbar and move your mouse to the location on the document and click your signature. You can also increase the size of your signature by hitting "Control +" or smaller by "Control -".

Good luck, I hope this helps.
