Is there a script that will display a date in a set format no matter how it is entered. Ex. entered 021119 or 2/11/19 and auto displayed as 11-Feb-19.

It happens automatically when you set the Format to Date (and use the latest version of Acrobat or Reader).

No. How will it know that "021119" is 11-Feb-2019 and not 02-Nov-2019 (as is common outside the US), or even 19-Nov-2002, etc.?
