Print dialog and Bates stamp dialog run off the page and no way to scroll down--HELP

The print dialog box is so large that it runs off the page. Fortunately, I can scroll down to select "print". No scrolling feature is present with other dialog boxes, however. For instance, when attempting to use Bates Numbering feature, I cannot get to the bottom to select OK. I am running Acrobat Pro XI with the latest updates on a computer with Windows 10 and 1920 x 1080 resolution.
