Turning a document into OCR - when I click on Tools/Edit PDF I just get taken to the Learn More screen - I am logged in but this feature does not seem to work

Hi Kim,

This screen comes in Acrobat Reader, because it doesn't support Edit functionality.

If you click 'Learn More' button, now it will redirect you to Acrobat installation link if Acrobat is not installed.

If Acrobat is already installed you will get a message to use Adobe Acrobat Pro. So use Adobe Acrobat for Edit.
