When sending Adobe Send & Track emails (using the Outlook add on) he sends a link via email but when anyone clicks the link it comes up with the page not found error message.https://files.acrobat.com/a/preview/9c900e13-acb3-479a-8e6f-cfd11e39f1d5Trying to troubleshoot some causes of this? It has been working for him except for the last few days. Any file he sends out he gets this message whenever someone (even himself) clicks the link added within the email

I have started subscribing to Export PDF within my Acrobat Reader, I have several pages of Data which has been scanned in Landscape format. When I go to load the PDF document it loads in Portrait format, so when the file is converted I do not get the result I need. the exported Data is pushed into a portrait format. I need to be able to set landscape format in Acrobat Reader prior to conversion. Am I missing something??

Which Adobe should I purchase if OCR and then editing the PDF in Word is a top priority for me?  Thanks.

I am using Adobe PDF Services. I am trying to compress the file but there is no way to optimize with "save as" function as I cannot find the way to save as in desktop version. How do I compress the files in Adobe PDF Services?

Adobe Export suddenly stopped working and won't convert to word.  It looks like its converting but just goes back to the page asking me what file I want to convert.

My pdf is normal looking when I upload it to the Document Cloud, but when viewing it in Document Cloud the text is blurry/pixelated, uneven, and not the font that I used. What do I do?

Hi AllNot used a forum before so I hope this goes well. I am trying to convert PDF's into word documents. A pretty simple procedure until recently when I get to the converting progress bar which continually reads as converting. I am no longer getting word documents.

I need help. HOw can I transfer the data instead of the watermarks?

I was actually looking to speak to the customer service regarding this, does anyone have a contact for them?Basically when converting scanned bank statements (pdf) to excel, which contains tables of data, the output excel file does not place the data in any sort of order. While this is common for PDF files, a workaround is to use co-ordinates to determine the placement of text in cells. However this has not been done, it is just a dump of the text converted by OCR which really makes the service unusable for a lot of files especially scanned documents. I have had some results using notepad, but the results vary on the same type of document and the majority of documents fail to be converted. Is there any plans to upgrade the software? I wouldn't mind except I am paying for this service and it should be better than the free options. Anyone got a workaround or suggestion for software?

I took out a subscription for the PDF pack on 28th September last year and on and off since then I have tried to use it to no avail. i have also tried to get some sort of answer from Adobe but to no avail. I have in fact spent £52 just to get frustrated for the last 11 months. I would rank adobe in the same bracket as Virgin Media and BT when it come to trying to get to speak to someone.A complete waste of my money!! All that has happened is that I am nearly one year older

I have a subscription to Adobe Export PDF. Is it possible to upgrade to include Adobe Acrobat Pro DC? Can I do that on my account? If I can only have the Acrobat Pro as a stand alone, I'd prefer a monthly not a yearly subscription.

Can I change the PDF file to a fully word format that I can copy and format? Studying material is in PDF format and hampers effective learning.

We just paid to upgrade to convert PDF's to word files and I reset password etc. and every time I try to log in with our user name and password to convert it says that an error has occurred.

I thought Acrobat DC would be the answer. I'm scanning old books and then hoping to transform the text and line drawings into crisp black modern text & clean white paper or this not the right program/software ? I've gone through the Tuts but everything is geared to modern new documents. Thx 

Everything was working well with "send for signature" after I pre-purchased a year's worth of Adobe PDF Pack. Now about 2 months later, when I attempt to use the feature, I get a message that I need to upgrade my subscription to be able to send for signature. That's the only reason I subscribed 😕😕

I'm trying to use my subscription in Acrobat Reader to export a PDF to Word.  I've done this many time successfully but now I get an error that says:No Internet ConnectionThe features in this area require internet connectivity.  Please connect your computer to the internet and try again.I do have a valid internet connection and can connect to Adobe.com.I also cannot connect to the online site, https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf.  I get an error that says:We've encountered a critical error.  Please try again later.Unable to fetch basr_uris files tier.I've tried everything in No Internet Connection when exporting to word and it hasn't helped.  The only thing I found is that the folder Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\core doesn't exist on my Windows 10 machine.I have also submitted a ticket to my IT department in case it's something that's blocked on this end.Anyone have any ideas?
