Combined files and now it is too large to send. Is there a way to reduce the size of the converted file in Adobe?

How can I tell how many licenses are included in a volume license?  I can login, but am unable to see the number included, just says purchased "1", but not the amount in the volume.

Why was I requested to enter a serial number for Acrobat Standard when I am only a monthly subscriber? I can't activate the product. After I sign on with email address and password, I am also asked to enter a serial number which I was not given...

Hello, could you please help cancel my membership and subscription for AcrobatPro - CreatePDF? I bought it on Jan 30th, 2015, but I found that there was one installed in the office desktop so I don't need this one at all. Could you please advise how I can cancel it? Thanks!
