Je viens de remplacer mon ordinateur. Comment dois-je faire pour transférer mon abonnement Adobe PDF Pack, sur ce nouvel équipement ?

Adobe Acrobat.com Services was really busy that day and I was having problems with the upload.  I didn't think that it had accepted my debit card but it did.  Now I have no idea how to get to it.  I think I had to use a different email or user name than the one I usually use because at the time I wasn't logged in as administrator. Actually I have no idea what happened I tried to contact adobe but I kept going in circles.  Can anyone give my any advice?  Please?  I feel like an idiot.  I use to be fairly competent on a computer but was away from them for about 5 years and I forgot quite a bit.  Add that to all the new technology and it feels like I have to learn to walk again.

Everytime I click a .pdf file on a webpage, I get an error stating I need to accept the Adobe Acrobat TOS but there I do not see a place to complete this task.  Any ideas how to solve?

Hi, I tried to get a number of Photoshop files converted to pdf's Each file was around 30 MB and is for a book that I want to self publish. Happened last night when I tried to get 5 files done - each after a VERY long upload time quoted Conversion Failure and when I moused over I got a message: The file has not been processed.An error has occurred which stopped the processing of the PDFI tried again tonight with another file and after about 40 minutes of waiting got the same message.I did one conversion from a jpeg of 2.7 MB and that worked. Sadly printer has requested that I continue to convert from a psd > pdf.What am I doing wrong and can you make any suggestions so it will work. I have 36 files to convert - HELP!!!!!!!Thanks

I have a one-year subscription to Acrobat XI. I am moving from the UK to the USA and will be using a different computer there. When I arrive can I log into my account and then install Acrobat on the computer there, or does my subscription only allow for one installation?

I Need help

I am working on a big project & creating everything in word.  I then am turning the documents into PDF format so they will be easy for everyone to open.  I have several PDFs that are not the way I want them & want to delete them so I don't have so many documents with similar names.  Is there a way to delete a pdf from my saved document??  This is probably very simple & I am over thinking it, but appreciate any help.

how do get started  in converting my files

I've asked the question above.  I just need to talk to someone who can tell me IF my subscription has actually expired.  If it has, on what date. And, if it has why is my credit card continuing to be charged the monthly fee.
