I use to be able to convert word documents when I finished writing them, to PDF right in my Microsoft Word 2010, then save them. I can no longer do this, Why?

I purchased the PDF Monthly Pack and I cannot open my files on my company software. I click a document and a screen comes up asking me to purchase something. I already have. Also prior to purchasing the PDF Pack I  was able to open my company documents. WTF Thank you

Why doesn't Adobe Reader recognize tif files?  I created a pdf portfolio using Adobe Acrobat X Pro.  I scanned a black and white document with my Canon flatbed and saved it as a tif file.  I am unable to import the tif file into the pdf portfolio and I keep getting a pop-up that adobe reader does not recognize that type of file.  Anyone else have this problem and find the solution?

Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit. Have had adobe reader on for almost a year. Can print everything else. Nothing shows up in the que (tried 2 diff printers and a bullzip pdf printer), R&R adobe XI, performed update. No windows updates were performed. Scanned for viruses ? parasites - system clean, even looked for root kit -none. Just stopped working today (tried rebooting too)
